Really clean room, I check few spot that might be missed by the cleaning crew but it's spotless no dust... Unfortunately there's no smart tv, I think if they plan on updating the room they should install them to make the guests more comfortable

The hotel is clean and the staff also nice..location is the best and if can come during weekend (Sunday), you can join Surabaya's Car Free 😊

The service was truly exceptional. Staff always opened doors for us and helped with our luggage. The environment was great, and the location was super convenient. There's a mall right across the street, and it's a very central spot, so getting anywhere is quick. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the facilities were complete. Overall, I was very satisfied and had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Business Room 207 was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Business Room 211 was noisy; I could hear the outdoor AC unit, which was very disturbing and uncomfortable. There was a humming sound, and the room was cramped for a business room – not recommended. Breakfast: Lacked variety and felt haphazard. Hotel staff were friendly and responsible. Check-in and check-out process was easy.

The location is really strategic, in Gubeng, close to everything. The room is small but quite comfortable, especially because there's a connecting door for families. The bathroom is tiny but decent. Hot water comes out quickly. The only thing is that the shower position isn't ergonomic; it's in the middle-top, so water splashes everywhere. It would probably be better if it were wall-mounted or a handheld shower. Breakfast is fine if you're only staying for one day. It tastes good with a minimalist menu. However, since we stayed for 3 days, eating the same standard breakfast three times became boring. If I hadn't seen other people's reviews, I wouldn't have known you could order omelets/fried eggs. They really should state that it's available and can be ordered. The pool is small but good enough to entertain the kids. The gym is not well-maintained. The treadmill is decent because it still works. The service is pretty good; the staff are responsive and helpful. I borrowed an iron and a hairdryer, and they were delivered quickly. I really appreciate that. Amenities are standard; you still have to ask for slippers. Please update the towels and bed linen. How can they still be used when they're already ripped? In general, with the affordable price and all its pros and cons, this hotel is quite recommendable 👌

The location is super strategic, right in the city center and close to everything. Public transport access is also nearby. I stayed there for 5 nights, and on one day, the room wasn't cleaned even though I had requested it at the front office. I'm a regular here; whenever I need a hotel in the city center, I always choose this one. There's a semi-indoor swimming pool and a mini-fridge in the room. The view from the upper floors is also beautiful.

This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart. Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste. The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget. I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution. But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby. I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

Located in the heart of Surabaya, about a 10-minute walk from the department store. On the way, you'll pass some great sports shops. A simple breakfast is included (you can ask the staff to fry eggs, they're delicious!). The two male front desk staff were unhelpful and immediately said they couldn't assist with anything (very passive problem-solving), but the rest of the female staff went out of their way to help us with our issues!

cleanliness is quite good friendly service the bathroom is quite clean but the TV is very gloomy moreover the bed is sagging until it tilts almost falling. for the price of 200K it is still very lacking... better to find another alternative.. like fave, my tower or other cheap hotels just add a little bit and it's clearly good..
