Surabaya Hotels with Bars

This is a new hotel with a great environment and super clean rooms. It's also very quiet, unlike my previous hotel in Jakarta which was too noisy. I'm really happy with this one! They also have a nice swimming pool, and there's a mall right next door with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment options. Plus, there's Tea Ji and Jasmine Milk White nearby!

Hotel is connected to a mall. Great location. Room is clean. Breakfast at Magnolia has an extensive spread. Quality of food is good, nice presentation and service by staff is excellent. Ambience at Club lounge is nice. What stands out most in this 5* hotel is the world class service rendered by all staff consistently. There is no staff that isn’t polite or helpful. Many go the extra mile to ensure that the hotel guests needs are well taken care of. Special thanks to Evan of the Club Lounge who attended to us when we checked in and Tian when we checked out, Bayu and colleagues (Conceige) who assisted us with ordering of Spikoe lapis cake and Bu Rudy, Lita and David (Magnolia) who served us at our table and Bastian and team for keeping the room clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

A truly excellent hotel. The environment is stunning. I had expected rain for my trip, but the weather turned out to be perfect, and I got to see some beautiful scenery. The hotel has a pool, which is fantastic for anyone who loves to swim. I was on a business trip, so unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy it. The staff's service attitude was exceptional. What impressed me most was that every morning at breakfast, they remembered my name when they saw me. It was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely be back here the next time I visit Surabaya. Breakfast was also delicious.

I always stay here whenever I visit, but this time the experience was a bit disappointing. It has many positives, otherwise I wouldn't keep coming back to Surabaya and staying here. Let me talk about the negatives. I drove all the way from Bali, feeling a bit tired and unwell. I wanted to check my blood pressure, but when I asked at the front desk, they said they didn't have a blood pressure monitor. I believe a blood pressure monitor and some simple health check tools should be readily available. They're not large pieces of equipment, and it's essential for hotels to have some basic medical supplies for guests who feel unwell. This is just my personal suggestion. Also, during holidays or public festival days, the hotel's advantage of convenient transportation and being connected to a mall turns into a nightmare. You have to wait a long time for the elevator to get to the basement parking, and finding a parking spot becomes extremely difficult.

The room is very bright thus enough light when its needed for me to work during my business trip. The breakfast have decent amount of choices. Will definitely come back and stay here in the future trip

This hotel was by far the most pleasant surprise of our entire Indonesia-Malaysia trip. Directly managed by the French Accor Group, it excelled in every aspect: decor, service, room amenities, location, and cleanliness. The rooms boast a modern yet stylish design, and all facilities are new and comprehensive. The surrounding area is fantastic, with numerous restaurants boasting Google Maps ratings above 4.7, plus popular chains like McDonald's, FamilyMart, and Pizza Hut. The food quality here is easily on par with what you'd find in Surabaya city center, but with much better traffic conditions. It's also only about a 30-minute drive from the airport. For travelers who aren't interested in exploring Surabaya's downtown areas like the Old Town or Chinatown, you could easily spend your entire time just wandering around the hotel's vicinity, as all your daily needs and amenities are readily available.

Very good hotel. The service and staff are some of the best i have seen so far. The taste of the food included in the breakfast is very good to. Rooms are clean and the housekeeping doesnt mess with your stuff when your not there. The only stuff i can think of this hotel could improve on is stuff others mentioned before already: Very loud traffic,some of the drivers think they are valentino rossi.. so some more soundproofing would be recommended. The airconditioning is ok in deluxe premiere and higher rooms,i booked a deluxe double wich ment me and my girl were being cooked alive but the staff upgraded our room to deluxe premiere for free wich was absolutely very nice of them. The water pressure is ok but could be a little higher. And the food despite tasting very good is being held warm on electri hotplates but they need to set these to a higher temperature for some of the food so that its still warm after it has left the kitchen. Final verdict: 4.5 stars out of 5 and would recommend this hotel to others but as foreigner who struggles with indonesian temperatures i recommend you book a deluxe premiere or better room.

This is my second time here. The staff are genuinely nice and will greet you every single time. I had an issue with the aircon not being cold enough. The technician, front desk are all very patient and attentive to my request. Reaction was quick and I also had a room change. The room is very spacious with a great view of the city. Amenities aplenty and will cater to your needs. I had a good three nights rest and a wonderful stay here. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A very good vintage hotel in Surabaya Old Tiown. Loca yes just across Taman Sejarah and near Jembatan Merah. The service is excellent, when I got a warm welcoming letter and a plate of chocolate cake.

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Surabaya City Center. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in the heart of the city. What truly made the stay memorable was the outstanding service from the staff; they were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my entire visit. Additionally, the hotel's spa service was fantastic and highly relaxing. I am very impressed with the hospitality and overall experience here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Surabaya.
