2-Star Hotels in Surabaya

The hotel is clean. But the bathroom door is a bit broken. Hard to open. The receptionist is friendly but did not stay 24 hours.

Exceeded expectations! For such an affordable price, I felt like I received 5-star service. Breakfast was included and quite satisfying, and the welcome drink was really refreshing after a long trip. I dropped my luggage before check-in, and it was super convenient, I even got early check-in, which allowed me to explore the city right away and save both time and money. After check-out, I also left my luggage at the hotel and enjoyed a nearby café before my departure. So helpful! The facilities were excellent: power outlets conveniently placed for charging, fresh towels and linens replaced daily, complimentary bottled water, and reliable hot water for showers. There’s also a dispenser for hot and cold water refills. The view from my room was a bonus, I could see Tunjungan Plaza right from the window. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Surabaya. Absolutely loved my stay at Amaris Hotel Embong Malang Surabaya. Definitely staying here again!

Overall during my 2 night stay, the best thing was their hospitable, kind and friendly staffs. All of them was very nice even simply lending us a food utensils. The room is quite 🤏small but tidy and clean. There is no any amenities at all like body soap or even toothpaste on their bathroom. Even a towel is not there. Just very sad about that. What is make it even worse is my room is on the first floor just under the stair where i found its quite destructive of noises from the guests or people that go up and down during my stay. I got ******* from the noises behind the wall from the outside corner during my first night which make me couldn't sleep well. Lastly, there is no fan to circulate air in the bathroom at all so we need to open the door to make sure there is air from the AC enter the bathroom. It is kinda weird i think.

The room setting its not right looks very tight if put the table in front of bed....its hard to move around It must be free excess to bed think about emergency ppl get out from bed will hit the table and the cabinet Safety first ....... This place is strictly for low-budget travelers who just need a roof over their heads. The room is below average in almost every way. Amenities are minimal and feel pretty worn out. Cleanliness isn't their strong suit – towels and bed linens looked faded, and honestly had a bit of a musty smell. Also, they don't provide blankets or proper bedsheets, which was a bit of a shock. The bed itself felt bare and not very inviting. That said, the price reflects all of this – it's dirt cheap, so you get what you pay for. The one saving grace is the location. Within 300 meters, you've got Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and local restaurants to choose from, so eating out is super easy. Pakuwon Mall is also just about 3 km away if you need more options. Overall, it's a pretty depressing room to be honest, but if you're on a tight budget and plan to spend most of your time outside, it'll do the job for a night or two. Just bring your own toiletries and maybe a travel sheet for peace of mind.

Another great stay. Comfortable capsule with good privacy. There is a functional kitchen and a drinking water dispenser. Wifi worked well even inside the capsule. I recommend Autumn Living.

Friendly service, the place is also quite strategic, only yesterday I got the 4th floor and there was no elevator. For towels, soap, shampoo, bring your own facilities, guys

Good service, friendly, location is very close to the ampel mosque, the price is not expensive, not cheap ... just yesterday there was a little.. experience.. in the middle of the night I want to urinate,,, the water is not running.. *************find water in the next room get..
