IIlham FajriantoI had a surprisingly great experience there, the whole place was super clean and had such a bright, welcoming energy. My room felt incredibly cozy, providing just the right atmosphere to unwind after a busy day. Most importantly, I actually got a solid night’s sleep because the bed was so comfy and the environment stayed nice and quiet. Honestly, I didn't run into a single issue during my time there. It’s the perfect spot if you just want a reliable, comfy, and chill home base!

For such an affordable price, I felt like I received 5-star service. Breakfast was included and quite satisfying, and the welcome drink was really refreshing after a long trip.
I dropped my luggage before check-in, and it was super convenient, I even got early check-in, which allowed me to explore the city right away and save both time and money. After check-out, I also left my luggage at the hotel and enjoyed a nearby café before my departure. So helpful!
The facilities were excellent: power outlets conveniently placed for charging, fresh towels and linens replaced daily, complimentary bottled water, and reliable hot water for showers. There’s also a dispenser for hot and cold water refills.
The view from my room was a bonus, I could see Tunjungan Plaza right from the window. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Surabaya.
Absolutely loved my stay at Amaris Hotel Embong Malang Surabaya. Definitely staying here again!

EeverydaytravelThis is the best hotel i could find when i go travelling in Surabaya. I like how the towel is wrapped by plastic showing that its new and not used by other. The facility also is good, theres a refridgerator that you can use to cool foods and drinks. The wifi is also good and fast. The one thing that i dont like is maybe they cant refresh your card right away if youre extending your stay, but its good that the steward is willingly to help you to open your door until 2 pm.

It must be free excess to bed think about emergency ppl get out from bed will hit the table and the cabinet
