Wow! This place is a true gem...I was so impressed with the ease of booking and then after a long drive from Wyoming, in a snow storm, I got a text saying our room had been upgraded to a king suite! We were able to get into our room without needing to have contact with anyone, this is huge during a pandemic. I was also traveling with two small children right before Christmas and the RSVP made us feel like royalty. Our room was incredible and spacious and as a minimalist I truly appreciated the simple modern chic decor. The little touches like vitamin pack, coconut water, art of tea, silk robes, books, etc...made me feel like every need was thought of by the owners and staff. It was quiet, so clean, super fast WiFi, and easy to check in and out of through tech. In the morning we walked a few feet to the Farmer’s Daughter for breakfast and that did not disappoint either! Wow, it was slow that morning but the staff were pleasant and the food was phenomenal! I can’t wait to come back and stay longer. We were picking up a Christmas puppy and I see they are pet friendly, so we will definitely return and for a family weekend soon. Thank you all so much for making our short trip one to remember!

The conditions in West Yellowstone are absolutely ok. It’s unique and don’t even think about the service. There are Chinese and Western food nearby. It’s very convenient to see wolves and bears. Just go to McDonald’s for breakfast.

The page states that breakfast is not included, but in reality, all rooms include breakfast. It's a basic American-style buffet, but the standard is lower than other hotels in the city, though better than nothing. The room is quite spacious, with two 1.5-meter beds. The hotel Wi-Fi is decent, but cell phone signal is intermittent. Parking is free.

Room: The area is relatively large, the facilities and hardware are relatively new, the surrounding environment is quiet, it is a little far from the city. Service: The front desk and restaurant have a good service attitude, there is free coffee in the lobby, hot food for breakfast, fruit, not many varieties but enough to eat, 5-6 there is free happy hour.

The independent wooden house design is suitable for family travel. Can cook rice bowls and pans all but there is a problem when staying. Our 2 families have 2 rooms marked with twin beds but the hotel tells us that it is a suite with 3 beds. I said that adolescent children 1 male and 1 female are inconvenient but The hotel is telling the room is like this. Thank you, Ctrip overseas customer service has not shirked responsibility. I have been actively contacting and finally told me that because I only showed a passport, the hotel mistakenly thought that we needed 4 beds in the room. They didn't, but I was very surprised on the order. Written 2 names 2 rooms and we have repeatedly indicated that we need to be independent 2 room hotels will not understand? Pros: Hot water, coffee available at lobby. Room comes with breakfast in the morning (bread, cereal, waffles, banana, muffins, egg). Staff is friendly. Lobby interior decoration is quite nice and cosy. Room is spacious. Pay per use washers available in the building. Cons: Walls are not fully sound proof, heard a family arguing next door in the middle of the night. Strange design in bathroom, there was a drop in the ceiling height above the basin as if there is a stairs above it.

The hotel is very unique, with a cute wolf on the doorstep. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it suitable for families. The standard American breakfast was very good. I asked what time to go to Yellowstone Park in the morning to avoid queuing, and the front desk patiently told me that it was best to go before 8 o'clock.

Good location, downtown of West Yellow stone. The staff is friendly, But the facilities are a little old and poor, the bed sheets seem a bit worn. There seems to be a leak under the faucet when the water is turned on. The front desk is closed before 7 and after 10, so we were not able to get some hot water or coffee.

It is cold here and thick clothes are worn, so it is still very convenient to wash. The room is also big enough, the bed is soft enough and I am quite used to it. It is good to stay for 3 days, but the shower water is not big.
