We went on Chinese New Year's Eve and even ordered dinner from the owner's sister. The fish was absolutely delicious! There was also an activity to wrap Ciba (glutinous rice cakes), and it was the best Ciba I've ever tasted, fresh out of the oven, haha! 👍 We also wanted to have a barbecue and a tea ceremony around a stove, and the owner's sister arranged everything perfectly. We had a wonderful Chinese New Year's Eve, and opening the door revealed a beautiful lake right in front of us.

The customer service I contacted in advance was excellent and very considerate! The entire guesthouse's decor, furnishings, and amenities were all very nice, which I liked. The afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious! However, the front desk staff were very impatient, barely looking up when I asked questions. When they finally did look up, they frowned and stared at their computers before I could even finish speaking! It was a very unpleasant experience! Also, there's an extra charge of 168 yuan for two adults and one child to check into the room. I questioned this, and the reply was that it's a Ctrip policy, but I was quite tired after a long day of sightseeing, so I didn't bother arguing. I was woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of suitcases being dragged on the floor, so I logged onto Ctrip and asked customer service, who said it was free! Light sleepers shouldn't stay on the first floor!
