"The guesthouse facilities are quite new, with the backyard and downstairs still under construction. The 270-degree glass window offers a nice view, but it's only good from afar; up close, you just see construction below. The hot water was a bit inconsistent, and the bathtub water would get cold quickly, so overall, it didn't feel as reliable as a hotel. Let me emphasize the breakfast: aside from the congee and noodles, everything else was cold. There wasn't much variety to begin with, and even the scrambled eggs with corn and cucumber slices that my child ate were cold. Breakfast officially ends at 10 AM, but we ate at 9:30 AM. All in all, I probably won't stay in a guesthouse again next time."

"This is a very unique guesthouse with a great location, close to the scenic area and convenient transportation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Each room also has a large terrace, perfect for enjoying tea with family and friends in the evening. The owner is very attentive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They even gave us a complimentary Americano and handmade ginger brown sugar. Thumbs up! I'll definitely come back next time."

The service at this hotel is simply outstanding. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. They immediately offered to help with my luggage upon arrival and patiently provided recommendations for nearby attractions and local dining options. Check-in was handled swiftly, with absolutely no waiting time. Moreover, the staff proactively assisted me in booking tickets for the Detian Waterfall for the following day, which saved me a lot of hassle. Throughout my stay, any request I had was met with an immediate response. Their service attitude truly couldn't be faulted. As for the room, I stayed in one with a balcony. It was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities: 24-hour hot water, air conditioning, TV, telephone, and complimentary Wi-Fi access. The Wi-Fi, in particular, was remarkably fast – perfect for streaming videos or gaming without any lag, which was a huge plus for someone like me who relies on constant internet access. The hotel also features a restaurant offering both Chinese cuisine and breakfast. The breakfast selection was extensive, including various porridges, breads, eggs, and more, all tasting quite good. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant serves specialty Vietnamese dishes that are both affordable and delicious, giving me a chance to savor authentic foreign flavors. Furthermore, the hotel provides complimentary parking, which is extremely convenient for guests traveling by car. The parking area is well-managed and secure, so there's no need to worry about vehicle safety. "This guesthouse is right next to the Dongnayuban Scenic Area, and the views are absolutely stunning. It's like a painting outside the window; you can watch boats coming and going on the lake right from your room. The guesthouse itself is very clean, and the decor is unique and charming. The hostess is incredibly warm and thoughtful, providing everything from mosquito repellent patches to alcohol wipes – you can really tell she puts a lot of care into it. If I had to pick a fault, the area outside the guesthouse was under renovation, which caused a bit of inconvenience for vehicles entering and exiting. However, there's a large parking lot right in front of the guesthouse, which was a plus."
