I saw some mixed reviews about Yuexiang Biancheng online, and I was a bit hesitant at first. But after staying there myself, I realized it offers really good value for money. The hotel entrance looks quite ordinary, but once you get to the backyard, it's a completely different world. I was especially pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room. The room was spacious and comfortable, which significantly enhanced my stay. All the hotel facilities are well-maintained. They have all the essentials for long trips, like a self-service laundry room (with dryer) and a self-service gym. It's very practical to be able to do laundry and stretch a bit when you're tired from traveling. The backyard also offers a lot to do. You can cool off in the spring water pool, and in the evening, there's an outdoor garden cinema where you can watch movies with the mountain breeze, or even invite friends for a BBQ. Compared to many hotels in the same price range where you're mostly confined to your room, here you can truly relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. The environment is quiet, and it's very close to Detian Waterfall, making it convenient for sightseeing. Despite the varied reviews online, experiencing it firsthand was the most reliable. This is definitely a place to consider when visiting Detian Waterfall.

The paddy fields were harvested in winter, and the cloudy weather definitely detracted from the scenery. However, the B&B facilities are very new and clean, and the landlady's service attitude is excellent! 👍👍👍

Great Location, as Visitor Center, Mingshi Tourist (明仕旅游度假区游客中心) and most attractions meeting point was just right in front of the hotel. But need to walk 3mins to the main street to enter the compound (Big Carpark). There were street night markets and mostly selling food. Rental of bikes and bicycles is right on the street too. The reception and service crews were helpful and friendly. The room was big, neat and clean with great view (Room 306). Overall : Happy Stay

Located right inside the Old Kapok scenic area, by the Vietnamese border river, it's super close to Detian Waterfall, which helps you avoid rush hour traffic. Breakfast was at the Old Kapok Hotel, and the 'Lao You Fen' (local rice noodles) was delicious. This was my first time staying in a tent, and it was a great experience – I woke up to the sound of birdsong.

The hotel is very clean and new and we were welcomed with very friendly staff from the main entrance to the Front desk for registration. The hotel is very spacious with very relaxing furniture facing the scenic mountainous area. The breakfast is a balance meal with fruits and bun, served individually with choice of noodle or porridge - making sure that it is hot when served. The location of the hotel is also very strategic - just about 400 meters to the right is a food street with souvenirs shop and café and about 300 meters away is the Mingshi Scenic Area with performance at night. Generally we are very with our stay in Youjian Hotel .. will certainly come again if we have the opportunity .

It rained continuously during our trip, totally disrupting our plans, but the hotel was so amazing that it completely saved the entire journey! As someone who is extremely picky about hotel cleanliness, staying at Tusi Manor with my elderly parents and kids totally exceeded my expectations. The floors were so clean that I felt completely comfortable walking around barefoot. The hotel has a private courtyard and is very quiet, unlike typical village guesthouses. The family room is super spacious; the two beds easily accommodated two adults, two kids, and grandma—all five of us slept very comfortably. The kids loved the slide and the swing! Because of the rain, the swimming pool water was too cold, so we didn't dare let the kids swim. However, the little ones had a blast soaking in the large bathtub and refused to get out. The hotel food also suited the kids' tastes very well. We ordered the bone fish, bamboo tube rice, and passion fruit pork ribs, and the kids loved them. The young lady at the front desk was very warm and always greeted us with a smile! The bedding at the hotel was also top-notch, and they provided hand-crafted shampoo and shower gel. I fell in love with them and asked the proprietress to buy 3 sets to bring home—they were very affordable and worked wonderfully! Let's just treat this trip as a scouting mission. When we come back next time for sunny weather, we'll still choose Tusi Manor!

The B&B's location is fantastic, making it super easy to visit all the popular attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The host was very friendly and always responded quickly to any questions I had. Overall, my stay was incredibly pleasant, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

My stay at Huayue Shanshui Gallery Hotel, Daxin Detian this time far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is nestled by mountains and rivers; just opening the window reveals layers of green hills and a flowing stream. The damp wooden corridors on a rainy day created an incredibly atmospheric setting, surrounded by banana plants and lush greenery, providing a full sense of tranquility amidst nature. The design of the common areas was very thoughtful. The warm yellow front desk is complemented by wooden furnishings, and there's a convenient mini-mart, a tea room, a mahjong/card room, and a fully equipped scenic corridor. The outdoor pool directly faces the karst peaks, allowing for both swimming and sightseeing. The guest rooms are in a two-story wooden cabin structure, offering an open and quiet atmosphere. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the environment was clean and elegant. It’s perfect for both a relaxing getaway and group travel, allowing one to fully immerse themselves in the slow-paced, scenic life of Guangxi. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Daxin Cunshang Cunsu B&B offered a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with windows looking directly onto the stunning karst landscape. Opening them revealed a unique, picturesque mountain and water vista – the view was absolutely breathtaking. The owner was incredibly thoughtful, even providing a complimentary breakfast that was both varied and delicious. The only minor drawback was that the shower controls weren't very user-friendly; adjusting the temperature and water flow was a bit fiddly and slightly detracted from the overall experience. Nevertheless, I still highly recommend it.

I really liked the location – it's tucked away from the main road, so it's quiet but you can still see the lively street! The small soaking tub was perfectly relaxing. Just a heads-up about the large glass windows: privacy can be an issue as people on the street below can see in quite clearly. I personally felt the rooms on the third floor were a tiny bit larger than those on the second, but that's not a big deal. There's no elevator, and I felt a bit awkward asking the staff to help with my luggage. Breakfast is served across the street, which is very close. Overall, it's a good place and offers great value for money!
