5-Star Hotels in Antu

This hotel offered the best service I've ever experienced. We were on a road trip, and only realized upon reaching Changbai Mountain that this was a guesthouse located within a scenic area, meaning our car couldn't reach the entrance directly. We had a lot of luggage, and the staff, without any hesitation, helped us carry everything to our room (we were on the second floor). On the day we checked in, I sprained my ankle while out sightseeing. I asked the staff for crutches, and they even borrowed a wheelchair for me from another guesthouse. They continuously checked on me, asking if I was okay and if I needed to go to the hospital, offering to drive me there. The next morning, the staff came to check on my ankle again and suggested I go to the hospital (it turned out I really did have a fracture after getting an X-ray). They continued to monitor my condition and provide excellent service throughout our two-day stay. When we left, they wished me a good recovery and helped us load all our luggage back into the car. The service at this guesthouse is far superior to that of a five-star hotel. As for the facilities, though the guesthouse entrance is small, the location is excellent, close to the entrance and the Water Plaza. We could even watch the evening fireworks from our room. The linens were spotless, and the hot springs were also very clean. We plan to come back next year!

Traveling solo to Changbai Mountain, I stumbled upon Qing Shu He Gu, and my experience truly exceeded expectations! The hotel is tucked away by the riverside, offering an incredibly comfortable environment. Open the window, and you're greeted by the mountains and forests – so peaceful and healing. The butler and staff are all very attentive, responding quickly to any questions. Their service feels natural and not forced, which made me feel very relaxed. It's also conveniently located for accessing the North Slope scenic area, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the town. If you want to escape the crowds and get closer to nature, this is definitely the place. My solo trip was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to truly relax and let go of city anxieties. If I ever come back to Changbai Mountain, I will definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice hotel. Although the facilities are a bit old, the location is superb, right in the town center with plenty of dining options nearby. The group buy deals were also very good value. We could walk to Enduri and the Cloud Top Market. There's also the Chinese Merganser Park next door, giving you a forest-like feel up close. Listening to the water by the stream was very therapeutic. The hotel offers airport pick-up service, and Honghong, who picked us up, was very nice and provided us with lots of information. Breakfast was also good and plentiful. We booked tickets to go up the mountain at 7 AM, and the restaurant was already open at 6 AM, providing us with energy for our day on the mountain. Even though our child exceeded the height limit, the hotel still gave them complimentary breakfast and hot spring tickets. The best part was the hotel's hot springs and swimming pool. There were many hot spring pools, and the outdoor pool was beautiful. It was a bit crowded with kids at night. When we went the next afternoon, there were hardly any people, and the blue sky and white clouds above Changbai Mountain felt incredibly relaxing. There was an added surprise if you wore glasses: a transparent bottom that allowed you to see the restaurant below, which felt magical. This trip to Changbai Mountain left a wonderful impression. Tianchi Lake was beautiful, and Erdaobaihe was lively and comfortable. This hotel also contributed to our pleasant experience. I still recommend staying in town when visiting Changbai Mountain; it's more convenient for dining and shopping.

I had always wanted to stay at Jiuzhai Yongguichuan, and since Changbaishan had just opened, I specifically chose to come to the North Slope this time, forgoing the West Slope resort. If this review had been written yesterday, it might not even have received a three-star rating, but since the hotel made an effort to adjust yesterday, I'm giving it four stars overall. From an environmental perspective, there's nothing to fault; the decor and design are excellent, and I really liked the room. However, my check-in experience on the first day was: The service attitude was very good, but they were incompetent at actually getting things done. The problems included: absolutely no turndown service (I had asked the front desk about this during check-in, and they said someone would come find us upon arrival, which never happened); The so-called welcome ceremony was just two glasses of water and three pieces of *dagaos* (rice cakes), with no ladies in traditional attire as advertised; My stored luggage couldn't be found by the front desk; There were no coffee beans for breakfast 😂; The curtain in the room was broken, and I was woken up by the light at 5 AM...; There were only mineral water bottles, no soft drinks as listed; And all services were incredibly slow, giving me the impression that the service was more like a private guesthouse than a hotel – very chaotic. Because the check-in experience was so unsatisfactory, I provided feedback yesterday. After yesterday's feedback, today's breakfast had coffee, and the room was also changed. This was quite good :) For a hotel at this price point, my experience at Yongguichuan this time was still a bit disappointing, mainly regarding breakfast and service.
