"The hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious with excellent lighting, and the owner clearly has great taste – the entire hotel has a fantastic style. It's located right in the Enduli Resort area, so stepping out to go shopping was incredibly convenient, and it's also very close to Yunding Tiangong. The shuttle service to Changbaishan Station was a huge plus. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast variety; it would be even better with a few more options, like pastries, which kids would definitely love."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Erdaobaihe Town, with beautiful surroundings and a wonderful winter atmosphere. There are three deer on site that guests can interact with closely. Breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options. Our butler, Xiao Yu, was available 24/7 and provided exceptionally thoughtful service, promptly addressing any needs. The room's interior design is also very good, with a soft bed and a large bathtub, plus complimentary disposable tub liners. Every staff member was incredibly enthusiastic. It's even better than established five-star hotels like Hilton that I've stayed at before. For this price, to get such an environment and service, it's truly a no-brainer – just come!"

"The room decor was really cute. The pick-up service was great; even though our high-speed train was an hour late due to heavy snow, the staff member waited for us patiently. It's also very close to the North Distribution Center, just a few minutes' walk away.
The downsides are that the room is on the top floor. After taking the elevator up, you still have to climb another flight of stairs, which isn't ideal if you have heavy luggage. While breakfast was unique, it got cold easily, and the restaurant's heating wasn't very good, making the meal feel chilly."

"The location is great, right in town and close to all the attractions, within walking distance. Upon arrival, I got a free upgrade to a room with a window, which was a nice surprise. The hot spring on the top floor was quite comfortable, though you can't stay in for too long. You can even catch the fireworks from there! Eating and shopping were also very convenient. The only downside was that the North Slope of Tianchi was never open during my stay, so I had to go to the West Slope if I wanted to visit."

"Extremely satisfied! The room was spacious, and the owner was lovely. The hotel also has many animals, and a different breakfast is served every day. They can also help book various activities, which was a lot of fun and very comfortable. You can even set off fireworks in the courtyard at night! I highly recommend everyone to stay here."

"On the first day of check in ERIC 和Jackson assisted us and even taught us how to buy the tickets for changbaishan. However they were on break during the rest of our stay which led to quite an unpleasant stay. The ground crew did not communicate and handover properly and they forgot that we were going to the mountain and made us wait over 30 minutes in the lobby for the transport that never came.
Location wise, there’s nothing nearby and food choices were limited. However it is very near to the changbaishan mountain and this making the trip to the mountain relatively accessible.
Hotel Breakfast is not bad too, many choices and the concierge is really friendly and helpful.
Overall it was an alright stay but we expected better service for the price we paid for."

GGuest UserThe hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.

GGuest UserI went there on New Year's Day. The villa is particularly beautiful. In the mountains, it's so beautiful when it snows! ! ! ! ! ! When I booked Tianhuofeng, the room gap was quite large. My friends had to pay attention to room allocation when traveling. The room is a bit dark, but very beautiful! ! ! All are wooden. The hotel gave away ski tickets and hot spring tickets. For the hot spring, I chose Lanjing Ecological International! ! Super super pretty! ! The service in the villa is very good and the people are very nice! ! Recommended! ! ! It is recommended to drive there by yourself.
