Very friendly service. There was a problem with getting a taxi at the train station and the lady at the counter drove herself to come pick us up! The room is very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. They also booked us a taxi to the mountain and drove us back to the train station as well. Very convenient, warm and helpful hotel.

We were a group of 7 people and stayed in 3 rooms. My husband and I stayed in a king-size bed room on the third floor. The viewing platform was very large and the view was the most beautiful! We were all very satisfied. The boss was very enthusiastic and introduced us to a lot of food and fun! It was not a bad experience at all. The experience was simply amazing! Friends who come to Changbai Mountain should go to this place with their eyes closed!

I make correct decision to choose this hotel not just global brand facilities of hotel are all goods but all stuff have good service mind for foreigner not just only chinese's client. thank You Clever Chen and GSM staff to handle me with the good moment in Changbaishan not even service in their hotel ( hot spring, very nice, cute pet for kids) but to help booking ticket/ find lost mobile phone. i would like to suggest if you do not sure international hotel choice for foreigner....Crowne Plaza Changbaishan is good choice.

Very good transit hotel. We went to the west slope of Changbai Mountain early the next morning and saw Tianchi as we wished. The hotel service and breakfast were satisfactory. The only complaint is the pick-up service. We waited for half an hour and the driver said he just received a notice and rushed here. I don't know what the problem was?

After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Antu hotel features parking on site. There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent.

The advantage is that the No. 3 bus from Changbaishan Station goes directly to the entrance of the community. It is about one kilometer away from Chibei Distribution Center. You can ride electric bicycles in public, but you are too tired to take a taxi when you come back.
Disadvantages: There is no air conditioning or fan. Construction in the community starts before dawn, which is not a good experience. There is an iron pot for cooking at the door, and the price is relatively high. I couldn't find a clothes drying rack, but there was a clothes drying pole in the yard.

GGuest UserThe environment is particularly good, and it is very close to the Changbai Mountain North Scenic Area, just next to the tourist distribution center on the north slope of Changbai Mountain, and it takes a few minutes to walk. It is also very close to Erdaobaihe Town, and it takes a few minutes to drive out of the town. The boss Lao Wang helped give a lot of suggestions for our local itinerary, and also recommended local delicious and inexpensive restaurants.
The design of the room is simple and natural, but the equipment is very modern, and the smart toilet has a constant temperature shower. Before leaving, I also gave us a small gift. Although it is not too expensive, it is enough to feel the boss's intentions. In the future, it will not be Changbai Mountain. I hope to stay for a few more days. It is too comfortable.

There is a supermarket in the community where you can receive express delivery, which is very convenient. The location of the house is great. It is very convenient to go to Beipo Distribution Center and other attractions. There are bus stops and shared bicycle stations just two steps out of the community. The boss was very nice. When we picked him up, he told us where to go nearby and how to get there. Opposite the community is the Jianshui River Park and the wetland flower sea, Edelweiss. Across the street is the Merganser Park. You can also walk to Daomi Station. It is very convenient to go to Yunding Market and Yiqiu for cycling. There is also a post office nearby. Excellent location.

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Environment: The architecture is very beautiful, much better than the one in Yanji National Park. Unfortunately, the photo taking service here is too expensive. Otherwise, I don't need to go to Yanji if I take photos here.
Hygiene: Clean and hygienic!
Service: There is a train station pick-up service, and there is also a round-trip shuttle service to the hot springs. I had to get up early the next day to go rafting. I told the front desk that it was late, but they still prepared breakfast for me during the holiday. Thank you!

GGuest UserI particularly recommend the VIP access to Changbai Mountain North Scenic Area. It’s very cost-effective. Facing the huge queue with children, I was very happy to book this hotel. The service is also great. The girl at the front desk also answered all questions and was very enthusiastic. The included breakfast is also clean and hygienic. It's a pity that I was short of time and didn't have time to experience the hot springs. I will choose this place next time I come to Changbai Mountain.

GGuest UserMy friend booked the nearby Zaizhihe first. When we booked, the premium was too high and we couldn't afford it. In desperation, we saw this Valley Hot Spring Hotel. It's cheap and you can live in a villa. Isn't it great? Hahaha!
Pros first:
1. Big enough, super big
2. Quiet enough
3. Sufficient heating
4. High cost performance (2-3 families can stay together)
Disadvantages:
1. The hot spring is not open (it is said to be due to winter, but whether the tourists take a bath or not is one thing, whether they will freeze is another, and whether you open it or not is another 😭)
2. There is an operating room on the first floor, which is not locked. There are various pipes inside, and there is a well-like place (too dark to see clearly). Children always have to open it and it is easy to fall in. This must be improved)
3. Breakfast can only be said to be enough to fill the stomach (some picky eaters will definitely think it is inedible). For those of us who are away from home, we just need to eat something, and we are not picky!

BBritoThe hotel is very close ( 25 yuan by taxi or 15 mins) from the train station. The staff went out of their way to make my stay more pleasant: they helped me to get a nice Korean dinner and since I told her my train was at 7 am and I wouldn’t be able to take the breakfast. They prepared it for me in a bag for me to eat it at 6 when I leave to the train station. Really warm staff. At first I was placed in a room with very poor soundproof and the next door neighbor was quite loud , had a duster screaming “ mom look” all the time . So the front desk had me moved to another area of the hotel on e same floor . I had a sound sleep. Something that needs improvement is that I needed 3 pillows , the hotel could not provide extra pillows and the ones the Ed has are a bit too thin. But I would stay again!

RRuch-ailinI went on a spontaneous trip with my mother and booked online in a hurry. I didn't know how hard it was to get a ticket to Changbai Mountain during the peak season until I arrived at the hotel. If you are in a hurry, you should spend more money. The hotel is easy to find, clean, and the service attitude is very good. The hotel hot spring closes at 9:30 pm. If you want to go, you can go earlier. I personally think the breakfast is average, not to my taste, maybe others will eat well.
