MM517835****This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The facilities are excellent, the room was spotless, and the decor was superb. We had a super comfortable two-night stay. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and recommended so many beautiful spots for us to visit and take photos. There are even traditional Korean outfits (hanbok) in the lobby that you can try on! If you're coming to Changbai Mountain, you definitely have to stay here!

LLisery_liThis B&B is very good. The furniture and facilities are very new. It can be seen that it was recently renovated. It is clean and tidy. It does have two floors and two large beds. It has all the necessary facilities, 24-hour hot water, air conditioning and kitchen. It is provided once. Sex bath towels and other items, there are many things that need to be actively explored to discover the goodness of this B&B! The location is great, very close to the scenic spot. There is a barbecue just across the street from the door. It is very convenient to go out and play. The service is also great. The boss is very enthusiastic and generous. He can answer any questions in time. If necessary, he can also pick up the high-speed train at a discounted price, just like a friend. The room was big and clean, the bed was huge, and it was very comfortable. The food around is also good, with all kinds of food available. It’s also close to Edelweiss and Genting Market, which is super fun! I sincerely recommend it to everyone, just come and live here in Changbai Mountain! 😎

MM335094****Service: The service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. They offered free pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station, which was very convenient. They also provided VIP access to Changbai Mountain, avoiding long queues.
Facilities: The facilities were generally good, but the water heater was unreliable, with inconsistent water temperature.
Unlimited access to the hot springs was available during the stay, and there were also several outdoor pools.

The service was top-notch—proactive and enthusiastic, and any issues were resolved promptly. The breakfast spread was extensive and well-balanced. Overall, it offers great value for money. GGuest UserFive stars, highly recommend this B&B! We arrived at Changbaishan Station late at night, and the owner was so thoughtful; she proactively arranged a complimentary pick-up for us. Since we were starving, I asked her if she could give us a room closer to a restaurant, and she readily agreed, which was a free upgrade! The driver even helped us carry our luggage upstairs (our suitcases were super heavy). They also gave us a free ride to the restaurant we wanted to go to. I'm so grateful! 😊 With such amazing service, we definitely had to extend our stay for another night! The owner can also help arrange activities!

It's also close to the ski resort, so we had a lot of fun. All the staff members were incredibly nice. It was a very satisfying stay!

MM318364****Absolutely amazing! It's super close to Changbai Mountain, easily walkable there and back, and I didn't find the taxi situation inconvenient at all, contrary to what I'd read online. They even offered a pick-up service from the high-speed rail station! Plus, they upgraded our room type! The soundproofing is excellent and the room is huge, we felt completely at ease. Loved it, loved it!

MM313160****The room itself was great, but I'm sharing my experience hoping it helps someone. Don't trust anyone's predictions about Changbai Mountain; just check the weather forecast. Changbai Mountain can close without warning. It's really awkward when you've booked a non-refundable hotel and then the scenic area closes. Trip.com's customer service was excellent; they helped us communicate with the hotel. Although in the end, the hotel still didn't agree to a full or partial refund, perhaps they've already made thorough preparations for guests before check-in. Plus, if everyone checked out the moment the scenic area closed, it would be quite troublesome for the business, so I understand.
