Everyone was friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. My room was clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities and soft, clean bedding, which ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to attractions made sightseeing very convenient, and the hot spring water quality was excellent. There were also plenty of local dining options nearby. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with a wide variety of choices. Overall, it offered great value for money. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again!

MM305019****The hotel is located inside Enduli, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. We drove there and parked in the North 2 parking lot, which is the closest. The hotel provides a shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off, which is very convenient, though it's also just a short walk. The room was very spacious, and the environment was elegant. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.
The hotel also provided tickets for the 'Cloud Top Heavenly Palace Light and Shadow Show', which is very close by, so we could enjoy the light show in the evening.

Special shoutout to our 管家小彭 and 月月!!!both of them were so sweet and helpful the whole stay 🥹❤️ Really made everything feel extra comfortable and smooth for us. Can feel their effort and care 100%!! Replies were always super fast (almost instantly) and they really accommodated all our needs 🥹felt so well taken care of the whole time🥹🥹 crowne plaza please give the two of them some well-deserved credits!😍

CChangyousifangThis Mercure hotel (Huazhu Group) is excellent. It's very new and all areas of the hotel look comfortable. The front desk staff were all enthusiastic and diligent, recommending local delicacies and specialty shops. The lobby has a unique design with artistic flair (the murals are copyrighted), offering coffee, tea bags, and ginseng-infused water. Breakfast was also very good, with ample variety and quantity, and featured local specialties like rice sausage, beef soup with rice, Korean side dishes, and thin pancakes, and the baked sweet potatoes were delicious. The hotel is not in the town center, which is perfect as it's quiet and has a large parking lot, ideal for self-driving. We stayed for several days, waiting for suitable weather to go up the mountain. In town, we enjoyed the autumn scenery by the Erdao River, had iron pot stewed fish and ginseng chicken soup, both perfect for the cooler weather. Next time we visit, we'll try a different season and would happily stay here again.

MM536331****Our stay was incredibly comfortable and pleasant! The hotel room was impeccably clean, and opening the window revealed a wide-open view of the street, which was super relaxing. The owner was exceptionally kind; not only did they pick us up and drop us off at the high-speed rail station, but they also drove us to nearby attractions and recommended great local restaurants that didn't disappoint. Their service was thoughtful and attentive throughout our entire stay. We're definitely locking this place in for future visits!

MM482715****The service was excellent; the hotel staff, especially the aunties, were very warm and helpful, even bringing up our takeout orders to the room. When one of our food deliveries went missing, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us by checking the surveillance footage. Parking is conveniently available right outside the door. My only minor confusion is why, despite the room being so spacious, the bathroom was designed to be quite small (though it did have a smart toilet and was very clean).

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

MM449380****The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the staff are warm and patient. You can enjoy the hot springs; although there aren't many pools, soaking in them is very comfortable. The transportation is also convenient, with the Meiren Song Scenic Area right across the street, and it's not far from the Rime Rafting. It's a 10-minute taxi ride to the Edelweiss Camp, which has a small reindeer park. The entrance fee is cheap and includes a portion of food to feed the elk and sika deer. There's a snowman at the hotel entrance, and I don't know who built it, but it's wearing a scarf and a hat – very pretty! Overall, it offers good value for money.

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.
