GGuest UserThe hotel environment is undeniably beautiful. We had a packed two-day itinerary, so we didn't stay long enough to fully enjoy all the amenities, but the hotel breakfast was incredibly diverse. The hot spring area was also very comfortable and beautiful, with very few people around. The hotel's small forest and swings were great, and the blue hour was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious, the bed was huge, and the bathtub was perfect for a soak – they even provided disposable tub liners. Anything we needed was delivered promptly, and the butler service deserves a five-star rating!

MM517835****This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The facilities are excellent, the room was spotless, and the decor was superb. We had a super comfortable two-night stay. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and recommended so many beautiful spots for us to visit and take photos. There are even traditional Korean outfits (hanbok) in the lobby that you can try on! If you're coming to Changbai Mountain, you definitely have to stay here!

The hotel's location is superb, directly facing the stunning Changbaishan scenery. The environment is serene and peaceful, fully immersed in a mountainous forest atmosphere, allowing for a deep connection with nature's greenery. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, elegantly decorated, with soft and skin-friendly bedding and a mattress that's just right – making for an amazing sleep experience. The room was spotless with no odd smells, and the hygiene details were meticulously maintained. The toiletries were of good quality, and the facilities were complete and smart, ensuring maximum comfort during our stay. The hotel's main highlight is its natural hot springs. The pools are clean and comfortable, and soaking in them amidst the forest creates a wonderful ambiance, soothing travel fatigue, and providing a truly therapeutic and relaxing experience. The service team was warm, attentive, and responsive, offering meticulous and thoughtful service from check-in to check-out, truly making us feel at home. Breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh and high-quality ingredients, catering to both northern and southern palates. The hotel's amenities are excellent, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. It's perfectly suited for both relaxing holidays and leisure stays, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Changbaishan. Highly recommended!

MM35346****Huge thanks to the lovely front desk lady who upgraded my room! One of the staff members was truly amazing, and I really appreciate her efforts and kindness. There's a great 'iron pot stew' restaurant about 200 meters to the left when you exit the hotel – the food was delicious and I'd definitely recommend it. The owner even suggested we try ice fishing! However, apart from the excellent service from that one staff member, the hotel's facilities and room amenities were pretty average. I didn't feel it offered great value for money. The pictures are dedicated to that wonderful lady who brightened our stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

MM431433****Choosing Mingrui Canggu Hot Spring Resort for this trip was absolutely the right decision! From the moment we entered the hotel grounds, we could feel the tranquility of being surrounded by mountains and forests. The air was incredibly fresh, and the deep valley scenery was so healing. I felt completely relaxed as soon as I arrived.
Room Experience:
The room we stayed in was much more spacious than expected, with a well-thought-out layout, clean, tidy, and great attention to detail. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful sleep. The privacy was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch.
Public Hot Spring Area:
There was a wide variety of public hot spring pools, including herbal baths, flower petal baths, original hot spring pools, and a children's play pool. The water temperature was consistently stable, and the water quality was very clean. Staff regularly patrolled and cleaned the area, which was reassuring. After a soak, my skin felt smooth, and I felt much more relaxed.
Dining Experience:
Breakfast offered a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, with fresh ingredients and good taste. For dinner, we ate at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and I highly recommend their local specialties – generous portions and authentic flavors.
Service Experience:
From check-in to check-out, the service was incredibly attentive. The front desk was efficient and friendly. The butler service was an added bonus; any requests were promptly addressed, and they proactively introduced us to hotel facilities and nearby attractions, making us feel very welcome.
Environment and Facilities:
The entire hotel is nestled amidst mountains and forests, with elegantly designed walking paths, viewing platforms, and rest areas. It's also very photogenic; every snapshot looks like a professional shot. The hotel also features a children's playground, tea room, and book bar, catering to guests of all ages.

SSunflower917Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household.
The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money.
The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests.
Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.
