Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. I especially loved their small breakfast rolls; they change daily – one day it's corn, milk, fruit, and eggs; the next day it's yogurt, bread, etc… They're all very clean and hygienic, and the packaging is well-suited to a wide range of tastes! The most thoughtful touch is that they deliver breakfast to our room every morning. Perfect for lazy people like me! The day before, they'll ask what time we're having breakfast the next morning and let us message them when we wake up – so considerate! As a coffee lover, I ask the owner for a free cup of coffee every morning ☕ – so relaxing! It made us feel right at home! We especially loved their bedding 🥰—it was so soft and had a light, pleasant scent! The food they recommended was excellent; the portions were generous and the prices were reasonable! Their place is right next to Wild Duck Lake Park, and during the day we fed the swans and took pictures all the way to Enduli—it was so close! The only regret was not seeing Tianchi Lake. I'll definitely come back next time and stay here again!

There were too many ladybugs in the morning when the sun was full. There was a room full of ladybugs. Since the hotel has not yet been heated, the temperature difference between day and night is large, and it is very cold in the room at night. Fortunately, I took a bath after running the hot spring, otherwise I might catch a cold easily. The toilet seat in the upstairs toilet is broken, which is very annoying. The overall hygiene is quite average. In addition, the sound insulation of the room is quite poor. It creaks when walking on the floor. If one person in the family wakes up very early, it will affect the rest of others. If you have the conditions, it is recommended to book a hotel. The price-performance ratio is average. A building costs 3,000. It may be better in winter.

The guesthouse's location is excellent; it's about 2km from Edelweiss, the North Slope Distribution Center, and Endori. Right downstairs, there's a bus stop for the hot spring shuttle. You can walk to most places where taxis might not be available. The room was very clean and spacious, and it was already warm enough without needing the AC. The host can directly book many activities for you; we booked our rental car and tickets for the hot springs and Snow Ridge through him, which saved us a lot of hassle.
