AAnonymous UserI have to commend the exceptional service provided by Butler Xinxin at Changbai Mountain Lan Jing Hotel โ our entire experience was absolutely fantastic! From arranging our pick-up at the high-speed rail station before check-in to promptly processing our arrival and personally escorting us to our room, Xinxin went above and beyond. They even thoughtfully prepared child-friendly amenities like a bed rail for our little one. As soon as we settled in, the butler provided a warm welcome, detailed information about hotel facilities, park entry requirements for Changbai Mountain, and essential ski gear. They even helped us arrange ski suit rentals, saving us a lot of hassle. The next day, our ski tickets and shuttle bus were pre-booked, making the entire process worry-free. When we wanted to visit Edelweiss Town after skiing, the butler immediately arranged for a driver to pick us up and drop us off. The driver patiently waited for us until we returned around 10 PM. The hotel room was quiet and comfortable, and the butler proactively checked in each evening to see if we needed anything, and in the mornings, they provided timely updates on the latest Changbai Mountain park entry information. The day before our departure, the butler once again pre-arranged our shuttle to the station, ensuring a seamless connection. The dining also deserves a special mention; breakfast was particularly delicious. The noodle-making auntie was very friendly, and the staff clearing tables were quick and attentive. From the small details to the overall arrangements, everything was impeccable โ professional and heartwarming. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Changbai Mountain!

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, making both check-in and check-out a breeze. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the bedding was so soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. Excellent value for money โ I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

Aaone ใข ใช ใWhen I was planning my trip, I looked at a lot of hotels. Honestly, we rarely choose hotels that have been operating for a very long time when we travel. However, after seeing many bloggers' recommendations and explanations, I ultimately chose the Crown Plaza ๐.
**Facilities:** The decor is indeed an older style, but I have to say, the hotel's facilities were incredibly detailed and sophisticated for their time. This hotel must have been considered super luxurious when it first opened. First, it has a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, which many new hotels and even five-star establishments don't necessarily offer. Second, the sink faucets are positioned high, which saves most of us from back strain. Third, there are hooks outside the shower for hanging clothes โ such a simple amenity, yet many hotels lack a place for clean clothes while showering. Finally, the shower stall has a built-in seat, the water pressure is strong, the water is hot and comfortable, and the showerhead isn't wobbly from long-term use.
**Environment:** It's located mid-slope on Changbai Mountain. I asked the driver, and he said the Crown Plaza is already one of the highest hotels on the mountain in the vicinity, surrounded by pristine forests. It's the closest hotel to the North Slope scenic area and even offers an exclusive VIP transfer channel. There's also a shuttle bus that circulates within the scenic area to pick up and drop off guests at the hotel. What I loved most is that Julong Hot Springs is right inside the hotel, offering unlimited free access to natural volcanic springs, which washes away a day's fatigue. It's incredibly pleasant to soak in the warm, comfortable hot spring while watching the snowy world outside.
**Service:** Super-duper VIP! Even before I checked in, various butler services contacted me to arrange everything before and after my stay, including hotel transfers, booking my itinerary for the next day, and VIP transfers to the North Slope. Whatever difficulties I encountered, they were immediately handled. A huge thank you to hotel butlers Shanqiu and Songyue, and travel butler Smile, for making guests feel at home and alleviating the anxiety of arriving in an unfamiliar city. ๐ To all the hotel staff, everyone shines in their role! ๐๐

The bedding was soft and cozy, and the mattress had just the right amount of bounce, ensuring I slept soundly every night. The soundproofing was also superb, completely blocking out any outside noise. Furthermore, the room was fully equipped with amenities like a smart toilet, an HD TV, and high-speed internet, meeting all my needs during the trip. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the toiletries were of high quality, with plenty of hot water for showers.
My stay here was absolutely perfect; everything was impeccable. Whether for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend everyone to experience it! I believe you'll fall in love with this hotel too.

IIznurSpacious and clean room. Owner was really helpful with our needs such as rides to railway station and anywhere we want to go. Communication mainly done via wechat (with translation). The hotel is conveniently located at the end of the rafting stream and guest would get free ride to the rafting entrance.

**Facilities:** The facilities are all very new and complete. The all-wood decor gives a very comfortable and pleasing aesthetic.
**Cleanliness:** The cleanliness is excellent. The surrounding areas are very well-maintained, and every nook, cranny, and surface is wiped clean. The cleanliness inside the room was beyond reproach โ very nice.
**Environment:** Overall, it's a very serene and relaxing place, incredibly pleasant, perfect for small gatherings. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, and the snowy scenery outside with the trees is truly beautiful.
**Service:** The staff here provide excellent service, paying great attention to detail. They even noticed small things for me. They were cheerful and smiled a lot. They were very professional when explaining all the benefits.
**Overall:** This hotel offers great value for money. It includes VIP access to the mountain, so there's absolutely no need to queue. They also offer high-speed rail transfer, picking you up directly from the station to the hotel. The breakfast is delicious. They even gave us a complimentary hot spring experience, and this hot spring is truly beautiful and so comfortable; a soak left me feeling completely refreshed.

They offered pick-up from the high-speed rail station and VIP access to scenic areas, making it incredibly convenient and hassle-free during the National Day Golden Week holiday. Highly recommended! It saved us a lot of time and was perfect for families with children. The Northeastern Chinese cuisine at the guesthouse was also delicious, and our whole family was very satisfied. The view from the guesthouse's observation deck was also fantastic, offering panoramic views of Changbai Mountain.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo โ fantastic! ๐ Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.

MM35346****Huge thanks to the lovely front desk lady who upgraded my room! One of the staff members was truly amazing, and I really appreciate her efforts and kindness. There's a great 'iron pot stew' restaurant about 200 meters to the left when you exit the hotel โ the food was delicious and I'd definitely recommend it. The owner even suggested we try ice fishing! However, apart from the excellent service from that one staff member, the hotel's facilities and room amenities were pretty average. I didn't feel it offered great value for money. The pictures are dedicated to that wonderful lady who brightened our stay.
