MM58065****這是我這次去東北十天旅遊體驗住過最好的酒店了，還沒到，酒店經理就提前打電話問我們什麼時候到，到了酒店和退房那天，都安排了保安叔叔幫忙提行李那些，真的服務特別周到細緻，環境也很乾凈！！！贊👍住酒店還能免費泡温泉，不然就得花268元一人的門票，送的水果也是我住過的酒店最多品種的，早餐也很豐富，牛肉湯特別好喝，湯鮮肉多，隨便喝幾碗都行，哈哈～温泉真的特別舒服，湯池很多，室內室外都有，也很乾凈。一下水，就有服務員來幫忙把拖鞋擺放好，整的我去另外一個池子泡的時候，都不好意思亂放拖鞋了，嘿嘿！雖然相隔千里，但泡温泉，真的就得去長白山，而且還是要去臨溪火山温泉，吃住玩，温泉酒店裡都有，下次我還要來，並且多住兩晚才行。

SstephanieeeeeeeeHad a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, offering thoughtful and punctual shuttle services. Everyone was friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. My room was clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities and soft, clean bedding, which ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to attractions made sightseeing very convenient, and the hot spring water quality was excellent. There were also plenty of local dining options nearby. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with a wide variety of choices. Overall, it offered great value for money. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again!

Special shoutout to our 管家小彭 and 月月!!!both of them were so sweet and helpful the whole stay 🥹❤️ Really made everything feel extra comfortable and smooth for us. Can feel their effort and care 100%!! Replies were always super fast (almost instantly) and they really accommodated all our needs 🥹felt so well taken care of the whole time🥹🥹 crowne plaza please give the two of them some well-deserved credits!😍

MM33904****I really have to commend this hotel's service. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful with all sorts of issues, from arranging transportation to recommending nearby attractions and even local specialty shops. Truly nice! The room's cleanliness and facilities were excellent, perfect for couples or families with 3-4 kids who want to play in the snow. It's also just a 500-600 meter walk to the Shuise Rafting. Highly recommend!

Two tickets to Puyu Hot Spring: These tickets were also a great deal! It was a lot of fun inside.
It would have been even better if the bathroom wasn't so smelly, but once the room door was closed, you couldn't smell it anymore.

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Facilities: This is a very new guesthouse with grand decor. The furniture and soft furnishings are comparable to a five-star hotel. It has both underfloor heating and air conditioning, allowing you to control the temperature yourself. The hot spring here was a pleasant surprise; my skin felt so smooth after bathing in the hot spring water. Plus, you don't have to brave the minus-20-degree outdoor temperatures at those popular,网红 hot springs.
Cleanliness: This guesthouse is professionally managed, so cleanliness and hygiene are guaranteed.
Environment: It's located right at the south gate of Enduli, making transportation very convenient. If you're driving, you can park your car at the North Gate parking lot, and the guesthouse provides a shuttle to help with luggage. It's also very convenient to go into town for various foods and to visit nearby attractions.
Service: The ice fishing, snowmobiling, and private car services booked through the guesthouse were all very reliable and of high quality. They weren't budget tours, which suited the overall taste of guests choosing to stay here. The guesthouse was very responsive to our needs during our stay. We even had a pickup service from the high-speed rail station at 11 PM. They also provided a humidifier upon request. If you're visiting during a holiday, be sure to book Changbai Mountain tickets in advance, as they're very hard to get.
Although there were a few minor flaws in the facilities and breakfast was quite crowded during the holiday, even international five-star chains aren't immune to these issues during peak seasons. For someone as picky as me, this was a great experience.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel offers a free shuttle service from the station, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. They even upgraded our room for free. On our last night, they thoughtfully considered our elderly family members and let us stay in the same room, saving us the hassle of moving – a huge thank you for that! The room was spacious and very clean, and there's an open-air hot spring on the top floor. The hotel's location is excellent; it's convenient for visiting any attraction. Cloud Top Market and Endori are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, fruit stalls, a pharmacy, and bubble tea shops nearby – it's a bustling and very convenient area. Highly recommended!

My friends had to pay attention to room allocation when traveling. The room is a bit dark, but very beautiful! ! ! All are wooden. The hotel gave away ski tickets and hot spring tickets. For the hot spring, I chose Lanjing Ecological International! ! Super super pretty! ! The service in the villa is very good and the people are very nice! ! Recommended! ! !
