AAnonymous UserThis five-star hotel gave me a great sense of security. I was so lucky to see the Heavenly Lake (Tianchi) at Changbai Mountain. They have a VIP fast track that saved a lot of time. And our butler, Li Chao, was incredibly responsive, arranging everything thoughtfully and promptly for guests. We missed the hotel's shuttle to the ski resort by a few minutes, and the butler immediately arranged for a dedicated hotel car to rush us to the next stop, the Crown Hotel, to catch our transport. It was incredibly thoughtful! For lazy travelers like us who don't want to think too much, it was such a stress-free experience. The breakfast was also excellent. The front desk was fantastic too; upon arrival, they upgraded us directly to a business executive room, which was comfortable and spacious. It's in Building 1 with direct access to the hot springs, and we enjoyed them for two nights – my child absolutely loved it. All the staff were welcoming and very attentive.
The Food Court (Meishi Hui) had a great variety and generous portions, and everything was delicious. At the barbecue stand, I even got to try on traditional Korean clothing. Seeing the Heavenly Lake, which is only open for 50 days in winter, was an amazing experience. The train station shuttle service was also five-star; on our return, even though it was just the two of us, the bus still picked us up on time. Truly VIP service!
Next time I visit Changbai Mountain, I'll definitely stay at Lan Jing again.

MM500908****Extremely satisfied! The room was spacious, and the owner was lovely. The hotel also has many animals, and a different breakfast is served every day. They can also help book various activities, which was a lot of fun and very comfortable. You can even set off fireworks in the courtyard at night! I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

MM420940****Facilities: For a B&B, it truly meets five-star hotel standards; the facilities are incredibly comprehensive. The front desk upgraded our room, and I especially loved the upgraded balcony – you just open the door and there's the snow!
Cleanliness: Spotless.
Environment: The lobby is very elegant and immediately puts you at ease. The street right outside has everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping.
Service: A big thank you to all the staff, both male and female, who served us from check-in to check-out. They made us feel right at home. I'll definitely choose Huazhu again on my next trip to Changbai Mountain.

**Facilities:** The facilities are all very new and complete. The all-wood decor gives a very comfortable and pleasing aesthetic.
**Cleanliness:** The cleanliness is excellent. The surrounding areas are very well-maintained, and every nook, cranny, and surface is wiped clean. The cleanliness inside the room was beyond reproach – very nice.
**Environment:** Overall, it's a very serene and relaxing place, incredibly pleasant, perfect for small gatherings. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, and the snowy scenery outside with the trees is truly beautiful.
**Service:** The staff here provide excellent service, paying great attention to detail. They even noticed small things for me. They were cheerful and smiled a lot. They were very professional when explaining all the benefits.
**Overall:** This hotel offers great value for money. It includes VIP access to the mountain, so there's absolutely no need to queue. They also offer high-speed rail transfer, picking you up directly from the station to the hotel. The breakfast is delicious. They even gave us a complimentary hot spring experience, and this hot spring is truly beautiful and so comfortable; a soak left me feeling completely refreshed.

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

On our last night, they thoughtfully considered our elderly family members and let us stay in the same room, saving us the hassle of moving – a huge thank you for that! The room was spacious and very clean, and there's an open-air hot spring on the top floor. The hotel's location is excellent; it's convenient for visiting any attraction. Cloud Top Market and Endori are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, fruit stalls, a pharmacy, and bubble tea shops nearby – it's a bustling and very convenient area. Highly recommended!

高鐵站接+北景區集散中心送全包。尤其在北坡，自己叫車不確定性強，民宿按時接送，省下的不止是錢，更是心安。
❸ “祛班味”圍爐煮茶，不是擺拍道具
在獨立茶室自己動手烤橘子紅薯，茶葉選擇多，氛圍鬆弛。能真正坐下來聊聊天、發發呆的體驗，在匆忙的旅行裏太難得了。
❹ 最戳我的隱形服務：免費借羽絨服和雨傘

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.

SShuaiqikeaideduolaamengI brushed the north slope twice, but the last time was in the most beautiful season of autumn. This time I took the challenge of driving there in winter. The hotel has convenient parking and a large house. Our team building team came from Beijing. The team lived in a villa which was very lively and they could also play mahjong. The Changbai Mountain Hot Spring that comes with your stay is great. You must experience the ice and fire of Changbai Mountain Hot Spring in winter. If you check into the hotel, there will be a car that will take you directly to the Changbai Mountain North Slope Scenic Area Transfer Center. When you come back, the bus will take you back to the door, which is really convenient. The hotel lobby manager and the front desk lady are very warm and thoughtful. Following people's advice to have a full meal, we listened to the hotel's arrangements and were the first to go to Tianchi in the morning, and successfully saw Tianchi. Due to the strong wind, Tianchi was closed, haha! Also, buying skiing and rafting tickets at the hotel is cheaper than online, which is very affordable.
