"This is a very good hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable, and the front desk is warm and attentive. I stayed in Yanji for two nights. The price is super expensive and the hotel is not that good. The price of this hotel and Yanji's more than 800 yuan should be similar. The 380 room I stayed at in Yanji actually had disposable non-woven sheets, bath towels and other supplies! If you have plenty of time, you can live in nearby counties instead of Yanji. The conditions and prices are much better."

"Located right next to Endouli Water Plaza, the courtyard design is absolutely stunning. The welcome fruit and aged white tea were a lovely touch, and the private hot spring was clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed having the Changbai Mountain moon and stars all to ourselves in the quiet night – it was such a unique and atmospheric experience. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The chain's Duo Le breakfast was exceptionally rich and varied, and my kids absolutely loved it. This will definitely be our top choice for our next trip to Changbai Mountain! 👍"

They even upgraded our room for free since they had availability, and they were so patient and enthusiastic. "The hotel boasts a convenient location, just a three-minute walk from the scenic area's main gate, surrounded by lush forest. From the room, you can enjoy distant views of Changbai Mountain. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station. Coming back each evening to soak in the hot springs is incredibly relaxing; the spring water comes directly from Jūlóng Volcano. The personalized butler service is also a thoughtful touch."

"I've stayed at many internationally renowned hotel chains like Intercontinental, Marriott, Hilton, and Accor, and for years, I've always been satisfied with their facilities and services. So, even though this was a newly opened hotel, I booked a 5-night stay based on my trust in the Sheraton brand. However, this experience makes it really hard for me to give a 5-star rating. The check-in process was quite frustrating. We arrived at the hotel a little after 10 AM, and the front desk staff said there were no rooms available for immediate check-in, which is normal and understandable. Because it was a very hot day, we went out for a while, but couldn't stand the heat, so we returned to the hotel lobby to wait. From 12 PM to after 2 PM, we watched as groups of other guests checked in, yet no one ever informed us if our room was ready. We asked the front desk twice, and each time, the reply was that the room hadn't been cleaned yet. It wasn't until we finally lost our patience and questioned the front desk, asking why guests who arrived after us had already checked in while we were still waiting, that the front desk surprisingly replied, 'There's nothing I can do, I'm just following procedures.' I don't know what 'procedures' they were referring to, but what do these so-called 'procedures' have to do with me, the guest checking in? Does the hotel have some special 'procedures' that must be followed for a 5-night stay? The critical point is that immediately after we raised our concerns, a room became available for us! The hotel's location is somewhat remote, with no lunch or dinner service available currently, and no restaurants nearby. You have to walk quite a distance to find a few scattered small restaurants that I wouldn't dare to eat at. To get to Meiren Song Park, it's a half-hour walk, definitely not 'right across the street' as other reviews claimed. Since it's a new hotel, the facilities are new and the room was relatively clean. However, on the day of check-in, I noticed that the sink drained very slowly. Upon inspection, I found a lot of hair under the drain stopper that hadn't been cleaned. Similarly, the shower drain was also very slow, but I didn't bother to check it again. The shower water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. During our 5-day stay, on one of those days, the housekeeping service only emptied the trash and replaced towels, without even folding the duvet. The room ran out of toilet paper, and the staff was so stingy, only providing one roll. We had to call the front desk repeatedly for more every time it was almost used up. Imagine suddenly realizing you're out of toilet paper or don't have enough at an inconvenient time. What's commendable is the hotel's unlimited supply of bottled water, which is also standard at other Four Points by Sheraton hotels in different cities. This is the first time I've written such a long review. It's not to deliberately disparage the hotel, but rather to hope that the hotel can improve its details and services."
