"Please read my comments before choosing this "hotel." This isn't a hotel at all; it's just a private room above a hot spring center. The service is terrible. Most of the staff are clueless. They didn't inform us beforehand that the "hotel" staff only start work at 1 PM. We arrived after 12 PM, and the gates were locked in the freezing cold. Security wouldn't let us in and told us to go to another hotel 500 meters away to check in. When we got there, they said it wasn't the right hotel. We walked a kilometer with our luggage! There wasn't even a decent lobby; we went through the staff entrance to our room, which was incredibly dark. It's 30 kilometers from Erdaobaihe, and a taxi would cost 90 yuan (without a ride down the mountain). The "hotel" has no amenities, only grilled sausages and similar food. There's a bus every day, but it's infrequent, and the staff's directions to the waiting area are unclear! Breakfast is at a hotel 500 meters away, and it's awful! (Picture 1 is the hotel corridor; Picture 2 is pushing our luggage to the hotel in Picture 3 for breakfast.) In conclusion: I would choose a 300-yuan room near Erdaobaihe. I'm so angry! 😡"

"The room's location is very close to the Changbai Mountain North Slope Distribution Center, just a ten-minute taxi ride away. Manager Dong at the hotel provided exceptionally thoughtful service. Initially, we couldn't book the same room for two nights, but the manager directly upgraded us for free to a identical king-size bed room for two nights, saving us the trouble of switching rooms. They also upgraded our breakfast and hot spring services free of charge."
