"On the first day of check in ERIC 和Jackson assisted us and even taught us how to buy the tickets for changbaishan. However they were on break during the rest of our stay which led to quite an unpleasant stay. The ground crew did not communicate and handover properly and they forgot that we were going to the mountain and made us wait over 30 minutes in the lobby for the transport that never came. Location wise, there’s nothing nearby and food choices were limited. However it is very near to the changbaishan mountain and this making the trip to the mountain relatively accessible. Hotel Breakfast is not bad too, many choices and the concierge is really friendly and helpful. Overall it was an alright stay but we expected better service for the price we paid for."

"I got a free upgrade to a king-size room, which was lovely. The breakfast was also good, and they offer high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off, which is a great service. It was May Day, so it was quite busy with people coming and going, probably because it was the first day of the holiday. I was surprised they could still pick me up even though my train arrived after 11 PM. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful."

"The accommodation and dining at Mei Ju were quite good, located in an independent building next to a small park. We chose a deluxe twin room with a balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows facing the park, offering a nice view. The TV was large, but watching movies required a membership. The location was a bit far from the main street, so the front desk staff helped us contact the hotel driver to take us to the main street for 10 yuan, which was about the same price as a taxi and more convenient. However, the hotel's travel butler was a bit arrogant. We had called the front desk in advance to book a ride to the high-speed rail station. The next day, when we came down on time, the butler, with his nose in the air, said there was no such service. I showed him the ”hotel confirmation letter,” and he claimed it was a platform service and had nothing to do with the hotel. After some argument, and fearing we'd be late, we decided to call a taxi. Then he said that even though there was no such service, he could arrange for someone to take us. We didn't want this 'charity,' but we couldn't get a taxi on short notice, so we ended up taking his arranged ride. When booking a hotel, make sure to confirm whether the services listed on the hotel confirmation letter are actually valid, so your travel mood isn't ruined like ours."

"The room was decorated warmly and comfortably, very spacious, and had excellent natural light. The bedding was soft and cozy, and the mattress had just the right amount of bounce, ensuring I slept soundly every night. The soundproofing was also superb, completely blocking out any outside noise. Furthermore, the room was fully equipped with amenities like a smart toilet, an HD TV, and high-speed internet, meeting all my needs during the trip. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the toiletries were of high quality, with plenty of hot water for showers. My stay here was absolutely perfect; everything was impeccable. Whether for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend everyone to experience it! I believe you'll fall in love with this hotel too."
