"This hotel offers excellent value for money. The service is great, the environment is beautiful, and the experience was fantastic. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The service is thoughtful and attentive, and it's conveniently located for exploring nearby attractions. The amenities are rich and varied, creating a wonderful overall atmosphere. Staying here made my trip very enjoyable. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time."

"The room facilities were decent, though the room itself wasn't very big. I received a free upgrade to a room with a bathtub, which I didn't actually use, but it was worth about 200 yuan more. The shower water pressure was very low, and it was too hot, making temperature adjustment difficult. The service, however, was excellent. Responses were prompt and efficient, and the butler was very patient, answering all my questions. The complimentary transfers to the scenic area and high-speed rail station were very convenient. The hot springs were also great, with many pools and a nice environment, and unlimited access. It's less than a five-minute drive from the North Slope entrance of Tianchi, which is incredibly convenient. The only area that could use improvement is breakfast. There wasn't much variety, and it ended at 10 AM; extending it to 10:30 AM would be better. When I went at 9:30 AM, most items weren't being refilled. There was no chicken soup, and very few hot dishes. The tofu pudding was too soft and shapeless, and the braised sauce lacked flavor. There were no desserts like cream cakes or even packaged yogurt. For a hotel of this price and caliber, it was a bit disappointing. This might be due to the hotel's remote location (about a 40-minute drive from Changbaishan Station), making ingredient sourcing difficult. The hotel's bunnies were incredibly cute and would chase you for food. I didn't have time to try the complimentary溯溪 (stream tracing), but I saw other guests wearing the gear, and it looked quite professional. I'd suggest adding more activities like rafting or ginseng digging, as the location is quite remote, and staying for several days could get boring. Overall, I still recommend it!"

"The room was just okay, with standard facilities. For the price, it wasn't particularly good value, probably because it's located within the Enduri scenic area. Breakfast didn't include yogurt, so it wasn't very comprehensive. The front desk was quite responsive, and arranging the shuttle to the station was smooth. I've seen the 'Huazhu' brand in other travel destinations, and in similar locations, they tend to be on the higher end of the price range."

"Given the price, my expectations for The Lump were quite high. However, our family room faced a huge music plaza, which was noisy during the day and incredibly loud at night. When I raised this with the hotel, they said there were no other rooms available. The breakfast was very basic, essentially just simple meals. I honestly think the instant noodle self-service in the evening should be free for guests. The staff, or perhaps the receptionists, were completely unhelpful. Finally, when I had arranged a high-speed rail transfer, they told me the car had already left, and they didn't proactively arrange another one. Why? Because the Baidu car picking me up at the north gate was 8 minutes late, causing me to arrive at reception very late. I repeatedly asked the front desk if there was a car, and they were very slow to respond, sometimes texting, sometimes calling. For this price, I'd rather stay at a Crowne Plaza. The breakfast isn't even as good as Huazhu, which is in the same park."
