Guest UserChangbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station pick-up/drop-off service: Very convenient, saves the hassle of calling a car and waiting.
Travel butler service: Butler Da Ling'er provided attentive service and was always responsive. She was thoughtful and considerate; knowing we were immediately heading to Tianchi and our child hadn't eaten yet, she quickly prepared fruits and snacks in a bag for us to eat on the way.
Unlimited access to the Lan Jing Julong Hot Springs for 3 adults and 1 child: After a tiring trip around Tianchi in the heavy rain, the hot springs were a therapeutic and relaxing experience for both body and mind.
Lan Jing is the closest to the Old Mountain Gate, and the hotel's shuttle bus is the first stop, making everything very convenient. Choose Lan Jing if you're going to Tianchi. Highly recommended.

Guest UserThis is my second time staying in Erdaobaihe Town. Last time, I stayed at the more secluded Jingya Villa, but this time I'm in town, and the styles are quite different.
Right across the street is the riverside green belt of Erdaobaihe, which is perfect for walking the dog. A short walk south leads to the Chinese Merganser Park, which is a bit busier, but thankfully, people there, whether old or young, aren't afraid of dogs.
The guesthouse is located in an older residential area, and the only downside is that parking can be a bit challenging. However, for both days I was there, the owner and housekeeper went out of their way to find me the closest parking spot, making it convenient for me to get my luggage.
When the owner's family saw we had a dog, they proactively invited us to let our dogs play together. Unfortunately, my super introverted dog gets very nervous and wary around all dogs, big or small. Plus, there was a hilarious mix-up when we first checked in, and my dog ran into the owner's room, leading to a little doggie squabble, haha!🤣
The housekeeper's service was also very attentive and responsive. They were always available via WeChat.
The room felt very homey. On this trip, from Shanghai to Inner Mongolia, to Mohe, and then to Changbai Mountain, this was the most relaxing stay. It's the combination of the layout, cleanliness, and facilities that gives you this feeling. Dogs aren't allowed in the scenic area, so I spent a day playing with my dog in the room and around the guesthouse, and it truly felt like being at home – relaxing and enjoyable.
There are plenty of food options around the guesthouse, making it very convenient for both takeout and dining in.
The summer weather in Changbai Mountain is truly delightful; the temperature is very comfortable, and it's not even too hot in the sun. On the day my family went up to Tianchi, they were incredibly lucky to have clear skies and see the lake. My fondness for Changbai Mountain continues to grow, and I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in the area.

Guest UserWe were driving ourselves and had a bit of trouble finding the hotel parking once we arrived in the area near the scenic spot. The front desk staff guided us remotely to the parking, saving us the hassle of driving around in circles. The check-in process was handled with a constant smile, and they proactively recommended authentic local Korean ethnic cuisine. They also thoroughly explained the locations of nearby supermarkets, shopping malls, and gas stations. The check-out process was simple and quick, with no hidden fees. The staff were meticulous and genuinely warm-hearted in their service.

Montchill in Changbai Mountain is an absolute gem and easily one of the best stays in the area. The surroundings are breathtaking, with beautiful mountain views and a peaceful, cozy atmosphere that feels like a true retreat. The rooms are stylish, spotless, and extremely comfortable, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
What truly stands out is the warm and thoughtful service—every detail feels well taken care of, and the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. Whether it’s enjoying the scenery, resting in the calm environment, or simply slowing down to enjoy nature, Montchill delivers an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Changbai Mountain. 🌲✨

Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

Huge thanks to the lovely front desk lady who upgraded my room! One of the staff members was truly amazing, and I really appreciate her efforts and kindness. There's a great 'iron pot stew' restaurant about 200 meters to the left when you exit the hotel – the food was delicious and I'd definitely recommend it. The owner even suggested we try ice fishing! However, apart from the excellent service from that one staff member, the hotel's facilities and room amenities were pretty average. I didn't feel it offered great value for money. The pictures are dedicated to that wonderful lady who brightened our stay.

zhai_liliThe high temperatures persisted, so we came to Changbai Mountain to escape the heat and stayed at the Yunshuilanting Hotel. Upon check-in, Manager Dong, knowing we were two seniors over 70, provided us with the warmest service imaginable. She patiently explained the surrounding area, important considerations, and evening activities, and even brought us local seasonal blueberries. It felt like home, with the warmth of children around us. Despite it being peak tourist season and the hotel being fully booked, the cleanliness and dining were still top-notch. Of all the places we've stayed in Changbai Mountain over the past few days, this was by far the best experience. Manager Dong is an excellent leader, managing an outstanding service team.

Right at check-in, we were given two warm bottles of Changbai Mountain mineral water. The room was standard, and the heating was very strong – we had to sleep with the window open. The hot springs, however, are in a separate building, and you have to walk through the lobby on the ground floor to get to them. The lobby and the breakfast area on the second floor weren't warm enough, making it easy to catch a cold after coming back from the hot springs. The hot springs themselves are communal and only have a few small pools; it's not really worth going unless you just want a quick taste of Changbai Mountain's hot springs.

This guesthouse is conveniently located right at the end of the Daquan River rafting experience, making it super easy to head back after your adventure. The staff is really helpful and will arrange taxis for you if you want to go out for food or other activities. They even organize carpools for longer trips to places like Yanji or Xue Ling. The owner is a great person! Our room was very clean and tidy, and we had a really comfortable stay. You can even step right outside and play in the snow, offering a truly immersive experience.

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household.
The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money.
The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests.
Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.
