Lovely escape from the city! As soon as we got there (only 15 minutes away from the train station) we were greeted warmly and offered an upgrade to a villa. The villa was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the hotel staff even drove us wherever we needed to go each day. We were lucky and had a very clear view of the lake up on Changbai mountain. I’m glad we chose to stay at this hotel. My children loved the open space, the cats, and the hot tub. Thanks again for your kindness and attention to detail. We hope to be back in the fall.

The check-in experience was very good! The hotel called to make an appointment for the high-speed rail station pick-up one day in advance. The driver Wang Yan was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. On the way to the hotel, he took us through the Genting Market and the Merganser Park. He introduced these two attractions to us in advance, so that we didn't even have to make a guide! In the next few days, we said we wanted to go to the Edelweiss Park, and he sent us there for free; we said we wanted to go ice fishing, and he also picked us up for free. He enthusiastically helped us make an appointment for the car to go to Xueling! When we arrived at the hotel, both the concierge who opened the door and the front desk who checked in were polite! The room is very large, the bathroom and toilet are separated, and there is a bathtub that children like! There are also super large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the snowman army outside the window is unobstructed! The hotel has a large back garden with a lot of snow and piles very high, so children can play in the snow without leaving the house. In the morning, there are twos and threes of alpacas jumping in the snow, and you can go to the front desk to get carrots for free to feed them! Erdaobai River passes through the hotel. Through the corridor to the opposite side of the river is the hotel's hot spring area, which has several hot springs of different sizes, and there is also a popular iron pot stew, which is really unique in style! The hotel's breakfast is Cantonese style, with siu mai, xiaolongbao, steamed spare ribs, steamed chicken feet, fried rice noodles, etc. There are not many varieties, but it is very friendly to us Cantonese people! Lunch and dinner can be solved in the hotel's Shaojiu tube, the product is very good, special roast chicken, special braised butterfly fish, Northeast pig-killing dishes, Rensen pigeon soup, fresh lamb skewers and many other choices. We stayed for four nights and had dinner here every night. The dishes we ordered were different every night, and the taste was great! Chef Qin is very nice. He gave us some extra free dishes every night, from Changbai Mountain wild vegetables to peanuts for drinking, and he gave them away at hand! I have stayed in many five-star hotels, and so far Erdaobaihe is the one I am most satisfied with in Zhihe!

Changbaishan High-speed Railway Station pick-up service: very convenient The hot springs are also very comfortable. The hotel rooms have been renovated for a while, but they have all the necessary facilities. It is also very affordable for a 5-star hotel in Changbaishan. It is very close to rafting and the North Slope Distribution Center.

This guesthouse is an absolute delight! The host is so welcoming and generous and went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and fantastic stay. We are Chinese speaking foreigners, but the host had downloaded translation apps just in case. The breakfast was lovely and he made every effort to make us at home, including by picking us up from the airport and helping us arrange our itinerary. The guesthouse is in a convenient location to the North Entrance of Changbaishan (a seven minute walk) but away from the touristy hustle and bustle. It is nestled by a serene stream and surrounded by a forest, which is perfect respite from big city China. The rooms are beautiful, clean, serene, and comfortable. 我们在长白山过的三天，过的很开心。 老板给我们也别热情的欢迎，也帮我们安排好我们的行程。 这个民宿很漂亮，很干净，特别方便。 在长白山北坡的附近。

The room is very tidy and clean. Ctrip also provides juice and fruit for booking. The front desk guys and girls are very enthusiastic. The customer service added WeChat as soon as the high-speed rail arrived at the station. If you have any questions, you can communicate on WeChat. It is also very convenient and user-friendly to book a car, which meets all kinds of travel needs. The attached hot springs and skiing are very convenient with special car pick-up, and the experience is perfect! It is very close to the ticket entrance of Changbai Mountain, and it is super convenient to directly access VIP rights. Guanyue Restaurant is a little expensive, but it tastes very good! The breakfast is also very rich. This stay experience is five stars, praise praise praise 👍.

This hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. If you have your car, then no issue at all. 这家酒店有宽敞的服务式公寓，房间很大，很干净，酒店工作人员很乐于助人。 距离长白山火车站 10 分钟车程。 我遇到的问题：旅游旺季期间，城市出租车严重短缺，有一天我甚至不得不在零下 15 度的气温下步行 3.3 公里才能到达市中心，滴滴和 T3 服务在这里可以使用，但出租车等待时间通常为 40 分钟到 1 小时。 作为外国人，酒店位置对我来说有点奇怪，很多宝贵的时间浪费在出租车等待上，早餐地点距离房间 300 米远，这很不方便，因为我和家人不想在零下 20 度的气温下走进去吃早餐，我住了 5 天，但只有 2 天我敢去吃早餐。 住宿方面，这个地方非常好，非常干净、温暖。如果您有车，那就完全没有问题。

I had the most wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan! The room was exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable. Although tickets to Changbaishan were sold out they we’re able to secure some in arrangements to great experience going above and beyond  The hot springs were absolutely amazing—so relaxing and rejuvenating. We also indulged in the massages, which were top-notch and truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to every taste. Overall, the service, amenities, and atmosphere made this an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Very beautiful area, close to the north gate. The girl at the front desk is very nice and attentive. We contacted the hotel a week before arrival because I don't know Chinese. The girl constantly helped, through a translator built into the WeChat application. Hot springs are amazing. The hotel staff is very caring and attentive. The VIP service was very pleased, because there were a lot of people. I recommend you book this hotel to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery. I want to come back here again!
