MM583229****The location is nice, right next to the door about 200m is the slope to 恩都里. The staff is hospitable. The “lake” mentioned in the introduction is actually part of the park. I guess there would be ducks and flowers in other seasons.
Yet, the bathroom and toilet in our room are not separated by a proper wall, but instead by glass doors and walls, so you literally shxt in front of the bed if you do not close the door.
But well, you get what you paid…

SSbbyHighly recommended. Spacious and very clean rooms, with an exceptionally warm and welcoming owner. The overall vibe is amazing—you can really feel the care and effort put into this guesthouse.
Nightly fireworks with complimentary sparklers create a wholesome, memorable experience. Great coffee (slightly pricey but worth it) and a complimentary savoury breakfast. Note: food delivery takes about 60–65 minutes, though there are many 24-hour food options and massage parlours within 1km. They also provide you with some small craft art, and a small gift when you check out! Booking comes with free breakfast & a warm nice dessert soup! Appreciate the kind thoughts of the owner. Experience it yourself, won’t regret booking them.

GGuest UserThere's a pick-up and drop-off service, but the price isn't cheap for the town. The space inside is quite nice, so I cleaned up the hair in the bathroom drain and the dust on the hot water heater on the table myself. However, the biggest problem turned out to be with the door. Because of the door frame, it kept making a clanging sound. I contacted the owner immediately, and they applied anti-slip tape, but that didn't solve the problem. They said they'd figure something out the next day, but I couldn't sleep all night because of the clanging noise. It was very uncomfortable. The next morning, before leaving, I confirmed with the staff whether someone had cleaned the room the night before, and they said yes. But when I returned, the owner said the cleaning service had already closed. Having climbed the snow-covered mountain all day, I didn't bother with it. I just asked the owner to give me a few towels and two bottles of water, and that was it. In the end, they just taped the door frame.

MMind KatechooThe room is so so cute. It was a really nice and comfortable stay. The room has all that one needs and it’s practical and functional. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The design is well thought out. I enjoy spending time there. Tianchi was not open the whole time I was there so I spent a bit more time in the room and it’s nice! The owner and family are very friendly and helpful as well. They help as much as they can even though I asked so many questions. They’re quite attentive to their guests. I was a bit down because of Tianchi but they made it a good time nonethelss! I bought breakfast separately for the days I want to eat and they have nice sets of breakfast. There is a washing machine and a dryer and they’re quite busy. Still, it’s very convenient. The location is in walking distance to the Reindeer park, duck park, and distribution center too. So that’s a plus. It’s about 1-1.5 km away from the busy streets and the food. If you can’t hail a ride, it’s still possible to walk (though it’s very cold). It was a lovely stay and I loved the place!

The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and all the facilities were complete and worked perfectly. What really impressed us was the service – we got caught in the rain while out sightseeing, and the front desk staff immediately offered us umbrellas without hesitation. They even thoughtfully reminded us to be careful on slippery roads, completely preventing the rain from spoiling our plans. The staff were friendly throughout, answering all our questions with great attentiveness, making us truly feel at home. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

__FL309852****The front desk staff were very friendly. Someone contacted me beforehand to confirm my arrival time, and the shuttle service to/from the station was super convenient. I only remembered to take photos a little while after getting to the room, which was very spacious. It had a smart toilet. My only minor complaints are that the smart speaker (Xiaodu) was mounted up near the air conditioning unit, making it a bit difficult to use, and the TV remote was unresponsive. When turned on, the volume was incredibly loud, and no matter how many times I pressed the buttons, I couldn't turn it down. 😂 But it's not a big deal since I didn't really need to use it anyway.

The guesthouse has a traditional Korean wooden aesthetic, complemented by warm yellow lighting, so as soon as you step inside, the chill of Changbai Mountain is kept out. The common area has huge floor-to-ceiling windows; the room layout is smart, the bedding is super soft – once you lie down, you won't want to get up! You can even make a hot cup of tea by the window and watch the snow; photos turn out great without any filters!

The hygiene at this hotel is absolutely impeccable!
The room floor and tabletops are spotless, the bedding is pristine and soft, the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, the vanity and toilet are gleaming – you can't even find a speck of dust in the corners.

They were always responsive to requests, with a gentle and patient attitude, making you feel comfortable like a friend.

It’s very close to the north slope scenic area of Changbai Mountain, just a few minutes' drive away. The surrounding area is a commercial and leisure zone with supermarkets and restaurants, making it convenient for buying local specialties and souvenirs or enjoying good food. No need to rush for an early bus or stress about finding your way; after a tiring day, you can just come back and relax – perfect for a vacation!

The location is superb – right outside is the Changbai Mountain ticket office, Wetland Flower Sea, Elk Park, Enduli, and Cloud Top Market. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff were warm and attentive. They even upgraded my room for free! The original room rate was already great value for money, and the service quality was top-notch. The facilities are complete, including a smart toilet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Plus, there's free pick-up service from the station! It's super convenient for visiting Changbai Mountain! Highly recommended.
