You can even make a hot cup of tea by the window and watch the snow; photos turn out great without any filters! 🧼 **Detail-oriented folks will rejoice – so clean it puts your mind at ease.** The hygiene at this hotel is absolutely impeccable! The room floor and tabletops are spotless, the bedding is pristine and soft, the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, the vanity and toilet are gleaming – you can't even find a speck of dust in the corners. 👩💼 **Service that’s not overbearing, but thoughtful everywhere.** No overly enthusiastic intrusions, just the right amount of considerate care: During check-in, the front desk attendant quickly processed everything and proactively offered a Changbai Mountain travel guide and tips to avoid common pitfalls. Coming back in the evening, I found two extra bottles of mineral water and some frozen Northeast pears. They were always responsive to requests, with a gentle and patient attitude, making you feel comfortable like a friend. 📍 **Excellent location, zero travel burden.** It’s very close to the north slope scenic area of Changbai Mountain, just a few minutes' drive away. The surrounding area is a commercial and leisure zone with supermarkets and restaurants, making it convenient for buying local specialties and souvenirs or enjoying good food. Overall, we had a great stay despite a small hiccup with the pickup due to hotel staff turnover and miscommunication. The hotel room was amazing and super well designed with great amenities, it was undoubtedly the best accommodation we had during our 2 weeks in Dongbei. Even though we didn’t book breakfast, the boss gave us free breakfast to comepensate for the poor experience we had with the pickup from the high speed rail (I would strongly recommend giving them a call to confirm the pickup rather than communicating through WeChat). The breakfast was super tasty and has lots of different side dishes (not saying this because it’s free lol), would definitely recommend. We were there during NYE and NY, and seems like people in the neighbourhood really liked fireworks. We probably saw fireworks 8 -9 times during our 3 days stay (including one from our host), super lucky! The local restaurant the host recommended was very tasty as well (not touristy so be prepared for a raw experience), food was great and fried eggs is a must try. The only issue with staying in this area was transport if you don’t have a driver for your stay in Changbaishan (which is a well known issue for all hotels in this area). Getting a cab took about an hour… after constant failing, the boss was so nice that she tried to call all her friends to see if they were available to drive us to the restaurant and we got there at the end!!!! 谢谢老板和老板娘的烟花还有小礼物，我们玩得特别开心！

This elderly couple from Shanghai was very satisfied with their stay. First, the location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and a bus stop right outside, making transportation convenient. The hotel is also next to Meiren Song Park, perfect for those looking to escape the summer heat and enjoy daily walks. The staff, from the front desk to the back-office, were all warm and attentive, making us feel right at home with family. The breakfast was also delicious, featuring home-style dishes. The Northeastern-style braised eggplant and stewed potatoes with green beans were especially exquisite. The entire management team truly embodies the warmth of Northeasterners and the meticulousness of Southerners.

This was my first time visiting Changbai Mountain with my elderly parents, and this hotel is very close to the tourist distribution center, just a few minutes' walk away. The young lady at the front desk was beautiful and generous, with excellent and attentive service. Both the seniors and the children were very happy.

For my trip to Changbai Mountain, I chose the Jiyue Shanjie Hotel. The hotel's location and transportation are quite good, it's about a 10-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain North Slope distribution center. We booked a superior twin room, which had one double bed and one single bed, accommodating three people. The hotel's hygiene was well-maintained, though we did have to remind the front desk for daily cleaning during our extended stay. Breakfast was served at the neighboring Manyue Hotel, which is reportedly under the same ownership. The buffet breakfast was decent. The hotel offers butler service. With advance booking, they provide pick-up and drop-off services to the high-speed rail station. They also have private car or shared car services for other attractions. However, sometimes arrangements couldn't be made, and we weren't informed promptly, which is something I hope they can improve upon. Regarding the price, I stayed in a superior twin room in early February. I booked it about 10 days in advance, and it cost around 450 RMB per night, which was a bit pricey.

I stayed for three days and had a good experience. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Erdaobaihe, but it's perfect for self-driving tourists. There's a market nearby where you can easily buy small apples, other fruits, cold noodles (liangpi), and ginseng. There are also plenty of supermarkets, making food delivery very convenient. The room was spacious and even had a laundry room. While it didn't have a voice assistant, that aligns with the brand's positioning. The sound insulation of the room door wasn't great; if you like to sleep in, you might be woken up by cleaning noises. Early risers can ignore this. The only downside was a slight odor in the shower room, possibly a drain smell or something similar, but everything else was great. I hadn't stayed at an Ibis before, and this one left a very positive impression. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Also! The public parking at the Chibe Transportation Hub for Changbai Mountain charges 25 yuan! You can decide whether to take a taxi or pay for parking. The hotel also offers a shuttle service, which I didn't use, but they called me in advance to ask, which was a nice touch.

The front desk staff were excellent; they happily provided water whenever I asked, which was great since it was so dry and I drank a lot. They even gave me extra water when I checked out the next day. This place is much better than where I stayed the previous two nights. The room was very new, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom – totally awesome! The room was also very spacious, and the overall experience was fantastic! In the evening, the front desk lady even helped me find a parking spot. I do think not having their own parking lot is a drawback, but it's a minor issue that doesn't overshadow the many positives.

The hotel was incredibly welcoming! This chain truly offers standard, satisfactory service. The room was spacious and bright, the front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the cleaning auntie tidied the room every day. We'd fill up on breakfast before heading out to explore, which was great. The free shuttle service from the station was also very good.

This guesthouse is conveniently located right at the end of the Daquan River rafting experience, making it super easy to head back after your adventure. The staff is really helpful and will arrange taxis for you if you want to go out for food or other activities. They even organize carpools for longer trips to places like Yanji or Xue Ling. The owner is a great person! Our room was very clean and tidy, and we had a really comfortable stay. You can even step right outside and play in the snow, offering a truly immersive experience.

Changbai Mountain's Erdaobaihe area was incredibly popular during the summer, and most other hotels were fully booked. We were lucky to snag a family room here. The room itself was pretty standard, and it came with breakfast for three and hot spring tickets. Just a heads-up, the hot springs close at 9 PM. Also, the restaurant and room service hours are quite limited. However, the price was genuinely affordable.
