I chose this hotel because Hanting are always reliable. Check in was quick, breakfast was good for the price point and the laundry has three washers and three dryers. My room faced the street but wasn't noisy (that said, I was on the 9th floor)

During the Chinese New Year holiday, our family of four visited Ruili and stayed in an audio-visual twin room. The room was very spacious with a pleasant ambiance. The toiletries were spotless. The twin beds were particularly impressive, each a generous 1.5 meters wide, perfectly accommodating two children on a single bed! The front desk staff, especially the lady assisting us, was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast offered a generous spread, and the laundry facilities were very convenient. The hotel is conveniently located near all the tourist attractions. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip. My only regret is forgetting to take more photos – I only managed to snap one!

They even provided information on nearby attractions, subway transfer tips, and a list of local delicacies, thoughtfully sharing off-the-beaten-path experiences to avoid crowds, making trip planning much easier. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout that didn't feel cramped. The bedding was soft and comfortable against my skin, making me sleep like I was nestled in a cloud. The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise, completely isolating me from the city noise outside, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the room and the bathroom tiles were spotless. The smart toilet, heated shower, and other amenities were complete and easy to use. The toiletries had a gentle herbal scent, far exceeding the quality of hotels in the same price range. The gym equipment in the public areas was well-maintained, and the laundry room had a dryer, which was especially convenient for long-distance travelers. The hotel also has a private hot spring bath! The hot water in the rooms is from the hot spring!

The environment is good, the hotel decoration is very grand, the front desk lady has a good attitude, the room aunt is very enthusiastic, whatever you need will be delivered as soon as possible, the full intelligent voice control is very convenient, the breakfast is also good, the rice noodles are praised by name, I like it very much, the location is good, not far from the jewelry city, there are many delicious foods around, the overall experience is still very good, quite a surprise, still highly recommended, next time on a business trip will come again 😊

Upon check-in, we received a brochure detailing nearby attractions, which was a nice touch for out-of-town guests. We had to clean the air conditioning filter ourselves upon entering the room. The bedding was clean. The bathroom exhaust fan, however, was not working. We reported it to the front desk before heading out, but it remained unfixed when we returned that evening, and we received no follow-up. Since we were only staying one night, we decided not to press the issue. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting nearby attractions and has its own parking lot.

The most feared thing for a single hotel is that there are problems with the operation team. Let's evaluate from an objective perspective. Advantages: The overall hotel style is avant-garde, the color is high-end, the supplies are also good, there are welcome fruits, the service is the receptionist on duty at the third check-in (reception, not management), enthusiastic, and the security guard is very good from check-in to check-out. The hotel is rich to have such employees. Disadvantages: The front desk management is not good at handling problems. The room smells strong, and the hair dryer and bath towel are placed in an unreasonable position. There is no regulation on the opening hours of the public hot springs. After 12 o'clock in the evening, the children are very noisy in the hot springs, and there is no way to rest at all.

The hotel has a spacious parking lot, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car. Overall, my experience was excellent. The hotel's location is excellent, about 50 meters from Fortune Plaza, making it convenient to everything. I had previously booked a different hotel, but decided to change to the Jingcai Hotel because the second bus stop to Mangshi Airport is across the street from the hotel entrance. The bus from the airport to Ruili gets off right at the hotel entrance, and the airport is only an hour and a half away. Transportation is very convenient. The front desk was very welcoming and told us that breakfast would be delivered to the room. We agreed on a time, and it was delivered at that time. The hotel room was a bit small, and the decor was probably French-style, which was okay, with dark colors. There was a musty smell upon entering the room. I asked the hotel, and they said it might be a drainage problem, which they knew about, so they always opened the windows and doors to ventilate the room before entering.
