The hotel is in a good location and is convenient for eating nearby. The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean and tidy, parking is convenient, breakfast is rich, the reception is warm, the facilities are complete, washing and drying are available, the bedding is comfortable, and the price/performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it!

Cleanliness: Very clean and comfortable. Room & Ambiance: The room was quite spacious and comfortable. They even provide complimentary coffee and tea bags for you to brew yourself. Facilities: Super convenient! Electric scooters are available right downstairs, and it's only a few minutes from Delong. You can easily ride them all the way to Jiegao Port. Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options.

This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in Ruili. The facilities are truly high-end, and the service was impeccable. They offer a very spacious private parking lot, and the breakfast spread was incredibly extensive. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, providing meticulous and attentive service. All my travel companions, especially the seniors, were thoroughly satisfied and happy. Absolutely a five-star experience!

The room was clean and tidy, which I was very satisfied with. The service was excellent; they immediately went to buy things for me and brought them to my room – they were always very accommodating. The toiletries were of high quality and great value. There's a free hot spring pool in the backyard. The bedding was absolutely fantastic. The front desk thoughtfully provided a comprehensive kit with all sorts of necessities. The breakfast was nutritious and plentiful, and the projector and Wi-Fi signal were excellent. The most feared thing for a single hotel is that there are problems with the operation team. Let's evaluate from an objective perspective. Advantages: The overall hotel style is avant-garde, the color is high-end, the supplies are also good, there are welcome fruits, the service is the receptionist on duty at the third check-in (reception, not management), enthusiastic, and the security guard is very good from check-in to check-out. The hotel is rich to have such employees. Disadvantages: The front desk management is not good at handling problems. The room smells strong, and the hair dryer and bath towel are placed in an unreasonable position. There is no regulation on the opening hours of the public hot springs. After 12 o'clock in the evening, the children are very noisy in the hot springs, and there is no way to rest at all.

The hotel is centrally located in the historic district of a small border city. It's just over a kilometer's walk to Nong Mo Lake Night Market. The location is fantastic, offering convenient access to transportation and a pleasant environment with plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and activities. The staff are incredibly attentive, and the rooms are very comfortable. Upstairs, guests can find a compact self-service laundry room and a gym. They even have an on-site Halal buffet restaurant! Highly recommended!

Hotels in border cities must provide guests with a sense of security. The hotel's decor is reasonable for the price, but there are many areas that need improvement. 1. On our first night in room 407, there was something like a rat or some other animal in the air conditioning partition, which started moving around in the middle of the night. Furthermore, the shower seal in this room was broken, causing a loud dripping sound. I originally considered changing hotels the next day, but decided to move on. After all, in a small border town, the next room might not be much better than the current one. 2. After moving to room 402, both issues were resolved. So, I hope you'll focus on resolving the issue in room 407. 3. The hotel currently doesn't have a breakfast area, and the waiter served a nine-square grid. I didn't touch anything except the eggs and whole potatoes. If there's really no restaurant, I recommend switching to a variety of sealed options, such as milk, eight-treasure porridge, and packaged pastries, which are more hygienic. After all, this is a four-star breakfast. 4. Most importantly, the door didn't have a chain lock. Although there are two police stations within a kilometer, a sense of security is my primary concern when booking a hotel in a border city. You could provide doorstops for guests, especially those traveling alone. Your front desk staff opened the door for me without verifying my ID. Perhaps I recognized her, but that's not standard procedure. Hiring Burmese workers is indeed cheaper, but they need training. This loophole is fatal.
