The hotel is in a good location and is convenient for eating nearby. The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean and tidy, parking is convenient, breakfast is rich, the reception is warm, the facilities are complete, washing and drying are available, the bedding is comfortable, and the price/performance ratio is very high. During the Chinese New Year holiday, our family of four visited Ruili and stayed in an audio-visual twin room. The room was very spacious with a pleasant ambiance. The toiletries were spotless. The twin beds were particularly impressive, each a generous 1.5 meters wide, perfectly accommodating two children on a single bed! The front desk staff, especially the lady assisting us, was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast offered a generous spread, and the laundry facilities were very convenient. The hotel is conveniently located near all the tourist attractions. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip. My only regret is forgetting to take more photos – I only managed to snap one!

The most feared thing for a single hotel is that there are problems with the operation team. Let's evaluate from an objective perspective. Advantages: The overall hotel style is avant-garde, the color is high-end, the supplies are also good, there are welcome fruits, the service is the receptionist on duty at the third check-in (reception, not management), enthusiastic, and the security guard is very good from check-in to check-out. The hotel is rich to have such employees. Disadvantages: The front desk management is not good at handling problems. The room smells strong, and the hair dryer and bath towel are placed in an unreasonable position. There is no regulation on the opening hours of the public hot springs. After 12 o'clock in the evening, the children are very noisy in the hot springs, and there is no way to rest at all.

The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise, completely isolating me from the city noise outside, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the room and the bathroom tiles were spotless. The smart toilet, heated shower, and other amenities were complete and easy to use. The toiletries had a gentle herbal scent, far exceeding the quality of hotels in the same price range. The gym equipment in the public areas was well-maintained, and the laundry room had a dryer, which was especially convenient for long-distance travelers. The hotel also has a private hot spring bath! The hot water in the rooms is from the hot spring!

This place was a delightful surprise. The manager personally prepared hand-ground coffee, and since I often brew my own at home, I could tell immediately that the beans weren't cheap—probably a medium-dark roast Geisha or something similar. Seeing that I knew a little about coffee, the manager chatted with me for a bit, and we hit it off immediately. The room exceeded my expectations; it was very spacious, with room for my luggage inside the wardrobe. What I appreciated most was the cleanliness. The sheets and blankets were brand new, the carpet had no musty smell, and the bathroom didn't have any musty sewer odor. I felt very safe and comfortable staying there. It's truly a newly opened hotel.
