This hotel is best for cruise travel, because it is the nearest place for departure and arrival in Vancouver.Not only for cruise travel, but also the downtown and commerical area in Vancouver. The travel places which include Stanley Park ,conventional centre and gas town. The skytrain is just on the side of the hotel, you can use the sky train the other regions of Vancouver. I lived 4 nights there with my wife, they cannot provide free parking space for their guest. So that you cannot ask your friend come to visit you in the hotel. The view is the best from your hotel room. I can see the crusies in and out of the harbour and also see the seaplanes flying on the sky and landing on the sea bay. The charge for seaplane of the Vancouver city tour is 199 for each single person,but just half an hour. This hotel can provde you gym facilities and swimming pool. I recommend you to first time in Vancouver on this hotel.

Very good, great experience, great location, very clean hotel, very good breakfast, convenient transportation, and a very cost-effective choice.

The hotel is located in a very nice location, we got a great view from our room. We were not very happy with the service though, as we arrived at the hotel, we weren’t greeted even though there were 3 people working at the valet nobody directed us where to park. I made eye contact with them but they just continued on chatting. Parking is also quite expensive ($45/ night for self-parking).

Stayed here with my partner for 3 nights while in town for a concert, the hotel location was great because it is like a block away from the harbour and if you’re comfortable with walking it’s a 45 minute walk to English Bay and like 15 min or less to Robson street. They do have a restaurant located in the lobby and the food always smelt amazing, but because we were only there for 3 nights we were more focused on trying different food places around Van, though we plan to come back and try the food at the lounge. The beds were comfy and the room was quaint and all we needed since we spent most of the time out of the hotel room and just came back to rest. Check in and check out was also very easy and fast.

Arrived later in the evening and the staff was excellent with check-in and answering questions about our check out the next day. Very accommodating with our cruise schedule, holding luggage until we needed to board ship. Staff was helpful in taking our luggage to the ship check in, going the extra mile!!! Beautiful scenery around the hotel, close to everything near the port area. Room was a suite, very spacious and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bed for a good nights sleep!

A Fantastic Home with Outstanding Views & Comforting Environment! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is wonderful and centrally located. There are many shops, markets, restaurants, cafes and attractions within walking distance for optimum convenience plus there's free underground parking provided! Our host was also very accommodating, kind and attentive. Thank you very much, we had an awesome time and look forward to staying here again in the future!

The hotel is great! All kinds of supporting facilities are complete, the toiletries are high-end and easy to use, the service is also in place, and you can order food and deliver it in the room! The surrounding environment is beautiful and convenient for travel. I will stay here next time!

The service at the front desk was excellent, they provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. The view from the room was excellent as we were placed on a high floor and had an amazing view of downtown Vancouver. The furniture in the room was a little outdated, and the water pressure in the shower was a little weak. The location of the hotel was great as it was in a very central area of the city. Overall, our stay was a good one.

A large full service hotel in the perfect location. We were taking a Disney cruise and the hotel is on the waterfront across the street from the cruise terminal. We were able to walk to almost all the shopping areas in Vancouver easily and the trip to and from the airport was fairly easy with frequent shuttles or Uber service. The rooms are large, clean and the restaurants are very nice. It has huge convention capabilities and all the services in the hotel were up and running with a friendly staff..

The location is superb, just beside Stanley Park, and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk left and walk. There are running lanes and bicycle lanes in the park, and each lane does not interfere with each other and is very safe. Walk along the park to the Rose Garden and Aquarium, or walk to Second Beach. Two blocks from the hotel to the right is Den*** street, there is a fruit shop at two intersections to the right, at the intersection, his family's apples and oranges are delicious and cheap, until 9 o'clock in the evening. There is a big living supermarket across the road. Everything is there. Compared to several supermarkets, his family's things are the cheapest and the cherries are super delicious. It is a suite. The two-room single-bath Basic Suite was originally booked. Two rooms were required at the time of booking. At the time, it was there. After arriving at the hotel, It was told that only the high-price double-room type was available. After flying for more than ten hours, I was too lazy to fight again. I added 50 knives every night to make an upgrade. The hotel does not provide slippers, dental equipment, etc. The kitchen equipment is very complete. There are ovens, microwave ovens, and cooking. It can provide larger knives and cutting boards. Of course, it is incomparable with domestic ones. It can be used together, and can also provide rice cookers.
