GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

SSusan PradjaWe are family of 4 stayed in Deluxe King Suite with Harbour View, very happy with the location of the hotel. The room is spacious, and they have Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle but they don’t provide any plates and spoons. We did groceries for breakfast and we needed spoons for yogurt and plates for fruits. There’re cherry blossoms trees and colorful chairs and many birds flying around just next to our hotel and we could see those beautiful view from our room. The parking garage is also spacious with easy access to the lobby. When we checked in, the reception staff told us that our booking was only for 2 adults and he wanted to charge us more for extra 2 kids but I showed him my booking is for 2 adults and 2 kids. He finally didn’t charge us more but they didn’t set up the sofa bed for our kids. And like others said, the sofa bed is not comfortable and too soft. We stayed with another friends (family of 3) and they gave us rooms in the same floor, and we hanged out everyday in our room especially when it rained whole day on the second day.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located at a prime location, with train stations nearby directly linked to the airport. There are also many restaurants along the way and walkable to all tourists spots. Very safe neighbourhood with office buildings surrounding. It can be a bit loud at night due to the ambulances but that’s something that can’t be avoided anywhere in the city. The breakfast option however is disappointing especially for the lack of vegan options. Breakfast are on an ala carte basis and gratuity is not inclusive. This means that breakfast averages to about $15-20 per breakfast which better options are available around the area with great variety. Hotel staff are polite and kind.

GGuest UserService was good, room was clean and well equipped, although short on coffee pods. The decor was dated as were all appliances and fixtures. Chairs and coach were all low (not good for a bad back), the toilet was also old and low. Best feature was close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Worst ”feature” was being told the room had a king bed, but no, just a queen. The isn't the only hotel that misrepresents their beds, what an annoying trend. The onsite restaurant pub is very average. Fries were greasy but my Buffalo Chicken Wrap and my wife's Bacon & Tomato Soup were ok. Service in the restaurant was excellent, very helpful waitress.

SsugarmanI stayed for 12 nights over Chinese New Year. It's a great central location, within walking distance to many attractions, and there are luxury shops right downstairs, which was very convenient. The room was spacious and well soundproofed, making for a very comfortable stay. I felt it was comparable to the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong, but with much better value for money than hotels there.

LLAdukailiGreat location, just a 9-minute walk from Canada Place where the cruise ships dock. The north-facing rooms offer a peek of the ocean, while other directions have city views. The hotel is right above Burrard Station on the Expo Line, making it super convenient to get anywhere, especially the airport, with no traffic! Absolutely unbeatable!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The hotel decor is a bit dated, but it's quite comfortable. The bedding felt like Egyptian cotton, silky and smooth! The gym, outdoor sauna, and outdoor heated pool are on the 4th floor, all with city views. It was a good experience!👍🏻

GGuest UserClean and well located ! Off a late flight and only 4 blockes from sky train as well as 2 blocks away from Hullo Ferry. Great breakfast in the lobby restaurant ( Paval was an exceptional server) . This will be my new go -to hotel when in the city.

GGuest UserThe hotel is an older hotel but kept in great condition, it is a little like a resort with several bars, restaurants and pools to choose from. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location next to Stanley Park and Coal Harbour is excellent and it is very close to Robson St restaurants.

MMichael K. L. NgThe hotel appears to be short handed on housekeepers as our room was not refreshed despite us hanging a sign to refresh when we left the room in the morning. Also, one other couple who was traveling with us was only able to check into their room in the evening as it took the hotel longer than expected to clean up the room after the previous guests checked out. At times, request for amenities were not answered and we had to make a repeated call to the front desk. Front desk staff took a long time to answer calls as well. It appears they are also short handed in that department.
