Having been open for years, some lower-floor rooms show signs of age with limited power outlets and average soundproofing. Occasional noise from planes and trains can be heard due to its proximity to railway tracks and flight paths. Cigarette smoke from the casino can sometimes drift into adjacent floors. If you're sensitive to smoke, prioritize a high-floor, non-smoking room. The dining options are just okay; the buffet breakfast is pricey, and fast food reviews are mediocre. It's more cost-effective to dine at one of Richmond's excellent Chinese restaurants nearby. When booking, request a high-floor, river-view, non-smoking room to avoid lower-floor rooms on the casino side."

"I had a really great stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and very well organized. Everything I needed was provided, and it felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location was convenient and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. "The hotel's location is superb. It's easy to go to several interesting spots around and also there are plenty of restaurants in a walking distance. The room size is quite large. It's very convenient for us to expand our luggages. All of the staff, we met, are super nice, polite, and very helpful. Overall experience we had here is very positive."

"Although it's a bit far from the city center, there was a bus stop right in front of the accommodation with buses heading downtown, so getting around was absolutely no problem. In fact, I preferred it, as it was a quiet residential area and I got to stay in a spacious house! Having a private room meant I could move around freely without feeling self-conscious. While the bathroom and shower were shared, the bathroom was right outside my door, so it felt almost private. I also never had to wait for the shower, which was great! The kind host always responded quickly to messages! It was such a wonderful place that I'd love to stay there again if I ever visit Vancouver. Thanks to them, I had a very happy stay. Thank you! 🥰"

"The counter staff was so kind to accommodate us in the handicapped room when I requested for it. Everything in the room looked great except that there was no real cabinet for clothing. And they only provided 2 hangers (I attached a photo). The hotel is surrounded by different restaurants and malls. A short walk to Walmart and Lansdowne Centre. Nearby skytrain station and bus stops. Parking lot is huge and can accommodate a lot of cars (with a minimal parking fee if you’re a hotel guest)."

"We stayed there for 3 nights, we got picked up from the airport for free, on level 3 departure. The shuttle runs approximately every half an hour. The room was on level 10. It's a modern and very clean room, that's what we like about. It's a little noisy sometimes from airplanes taking off, but it depends on the wind direction, sometimes we didn't get the noise. Capstan train station was the nearest to the hotel about 15 minutes walk. Price wise was reasonable for a Fourstar hotel, that's the reason why we liked this hotel."

"Hotel a bit outdated, soundproofing not very good. But apart from that, everything went well, location is in a safe and convenient place for public transpo. Cozy room. Only wish 2 things were available: slippers (bec the floor becomes very cold) and drinking water."

"The boss couple was very enthusiastic and gave many suggestions for nearby sightseeing and dining. It is very friendly to Chinese speakers who are new to the area. There is no language barrier and you can clearly get information about the attractions you want to visit. I also highly recommend the airport pick-up service. If you are arriving on the first day, I strongly recommend making an appointment to save you the trouble of finding a bus to the city. The hotel is clean, and towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is also a coffee machine and fruit for you to use. It takes only five minutes to walk to the nearby food court, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping."

"Overall, it is a pleasant hotel for a short stay in downtown. Despite the Karma Lounge currently being under renovation, the hotel arranged a room dining service for breakfast as an alternative, which is acceptable and yummy. The hotel staff are helpful and kind. The location is close to down town, 5 to 10 minute walk to Robson Streetfor shopping, 1 block away has a supermarket and some nice reastieant eg The keg steak house."
