The location of the hotel is very convenient, the room is quiet and clean, and the price/performance ratio is very high!

Very nice boutique hotel in a fantastic area, especially if you're going to an event at Rogers Arena or BC Place. Very clean and the staff are lovely. Only complaint is that the mattress was too soft and leaned towards the middle - probably need a new one in room 326.

This hotel is great for the cost/location and is a perfectly safe, comfortable hotel to stay in. However, having stayed their now a number of times, check-in and/of check-out can take an overly long time.
