"Today was my second booking with the hotel and im very satisfied with almost everything. The location is very convenient as there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Even the sky train is just a few minutes walk. That aside, the hotel is very clean and neat. Few kitchen stuff is also provided. Staff is also friendly and approachable."

"The front desk staff were very friendly and patient in answering questions.
There's a free shuttle every half hour, with the first one at 6 AM. You just need to register at the front desk.
The bed's firmness was just right, not one of those that makes you sink in and wake up with body aches.
Facilities: Old and worn. The walls were scuffed, and the bottom of the door was water-damaged and cracked.
When the heater first turned on, it smelled like an electric fly swatter burning bugs.
Wi-Fi was barely functional; eventually, I had no choice but to switch to mobile data.
The fridge barely cooled; I couldn't even tell the difference between inside and outside.
The coffee machine looked like it hadn't been used in ages; when I opened the water tank, it was full of dust.
The bathroom light switch took a while to turn on after pressing, and it made a noise when it finally did.
The soundproofing was terrible; you could hear people walking and talking in the hallway crystal clear.
Cleanliness: I can only say it was very average. I didn't even lie on the bed; there were three hairs on the pillow."
