The triple room was given a double bed and a flip-up bed. The flip-up bed was not only dirty, but also had no sheets, quilts, or pillows. Finally, we tried to change rooms. The waiter provided a larger family-style room... the curtains fell down... It's scary... It's a really uncomfortable experience. I hope the hotel can improve it.

Budget hotel in Vancouver. Clean place for a bed and shower. Good service. Staff are extremely helpful. The night receptionist offered to help us to take our luggage upstairs (no elevator). No Frills and Dollarmart across from the hotel. Good for last minute shopping before a cruise. Will stay again.

As a solo traveler this place was scary to go to. If you’re not driving yourself you will be totally fine. The rooms were nice, the blankets were similar to curtan materials but it’s a good place to go. i indeed got what i paid for.
