Location is brilliant. If you take a limousine bus from airport, it stops just outside. It is also just a few minutes away from the main shopping street of the town centre. Subway and other key bus stops just a few minutes walk. Attractions like Noji Market, TV Tower, Hokkaido Shrine all is within comfortable walking distance. Staffs is very friendly. The lounge that allows 24x7 access for coffee and water make us feel very welcomed and ease a lot of breakfast issues. The coin laundry is also very convenient but if it is bigger it will be better :D. Hopefully in future they can upgrade to some sort of family rooms so that families don't need to be separated. But they took extra effort to put us on the same floor which is a nice touch.

The location is ok. About 5m walk to bus stop to airport. There is free drinks available at gnd floor 24 hr. The main issues @hotel management pls read as I ll never stay here anymore
1) the heater is horrible - cold then hot then cold very bad control system especially in winter during our travel (kept waking up)
2) Security issue - the card can access any floors + the card tag is only outside lift. Means anyone that tag, those thief can follow you behind to go to your floors or other floors. This really happened to my wife as two strangers went up with her and pretend walking around in her room floors - once caught them unnoticed my wife faster go in her room. After that we checked there is totally no CCTV in lift or the room floors.
3) if you got big luggage is going to be challenging plus during winter with all those big jacket as the room is small

It was actually pretty good. The location is right behind Tanukikoji, making it convenient for shopping everywhere. It's about a 20-minute walk to Sapporo JR Station and 10 minutes to Odori Park. The surroundings are generally fine, though late at night in Susukino, there are Japanese girls soliciting.

We extended our stay here and the price is cheaper with booking at Trip.com compared with onsite. The hotel is of Perfect location for shopping & dining that is just adjacent to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. You feel good staying here with staff at reception and housekeeping are welcoming and friendly. The hotel has a cosy lounge area in which you can enjoy a cuppa and simple snack there. You can open the window in the room for fresh air and the air conditioner is adjustable with quiet functioning. Room space is in the average range of Japan ‘s Hotels room and the internal set-up is sensible. The sound isolation is good for me, I couldn’t notice noise outside/beside. Only found inconvenience for the laundry as it is always busy with only 2 set of machines. We had a really pleasant stay and definitely will come back if we visit Sapporo again.

One of the best location. Few steps to Tanukikoji shopping street and airport bus stop. Short walk to Donki. Close to Fish market. Afternoon tea and yummy snack is complimentary. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I don’t like was that they provide drinking water maching for you to refill in lobby but they don’t provide you bottle. So bring your own bottle!! 😆😆

The location is incredibly convenient. Turning right about ten meters from the hotel entrance, you'll find a small alley with many great restaurants, including soup curry and yakiniku spots. Popular eateries are all within a 15-minute walk. It's also close to the airport shuttle, which is really handy because we didn't have to drag our luggage on the subway and then transfer to the airport JR when we left. Plus, I unexpectedly discovered that the hotel's apple tea is absolutely delicious!
