Quite spacious room for packing luggage for the last night of our trip! Apart from a lite bit waiting time (~15mins) at peak check-in hours (~17:30), everything is perfect - good location, useful welcome gift (free late check-out), and the hotel is very new. Lots of parking space too so should be no need to park in coin parking.

Moderate room space, able to open 2 28’’ luggage.
Excellent breakfast!!
There’s a sauna inside public bathroom.
Staff service are great too.
I’ll stay in this hotel next time when I travel to Sapporo.

buffet breakfast is good but too many people and the seat so close to others. Sitting not good. Nice to have drink bar from 14:00. Cannot eat in the drink bar area

I selected this hotel because of high score of review and famous among tourist. When I arrived at hotel, I felt comfort and relex. Hotel is located at good location 10 minute walked to Nikka Susukino. Room is very clean and good layout with enough space for my Childern. Bathtab is also excellent. Highly recommended for those who are finding hotel at Susukino.

The check in staff who assisted us was SUPERB! We cant speak any Japanese and he made the effort to use a white translator and briefed us through the check in process! We love him!
Room is great, breakfast is great too! Could be crowded but there is a wide range of selection. Would definitely stay here again :)

The breakfast was fantastic every day; I had paella for breakfast every morning. The milk was rich and undiluted, unlike the watered-down milk you often get at four- and five-star hotels in China, which is quite frustrating. Plus, my nightly ritual was enjoying the hot springs. My only minor complaint is that after a late-night soak, there was no ice cream or ramen available. However, they did serve ramen at breakfast, which was absolutely delicious.
