"We were there January 2026. Wonderful winter, wonderful snows that no words can describe. Overall we satisfy especially with the cleanliness of the room, bathroom is SUPER CLEAN! Congrats Rembrandt! They provide coffee/tea, kettle, slippers, and cute night gown 😊 in the room. And they tidy up the rooms everyday during our 3days stay. Theres window to view the snows. They also provide coffee making at lobby until night. TQ Rembrandt Style Sapporo"

I would like to share a small concern regarding my experience at the front desk on March 1, in the hope that it may be helpful for your future service considerations. After checking out from another hotel, we planned a 2‑day, 1‑night trip to Otaru and wished to store our luggage at your hotel beforehand. When we arrived, we were assisted by your staff member, Ms. Hayshi(林）.When we asked whether it was possible to store our luggage, we were informed that storage was limited to one day only. We then explained that we would be returning quite late the following evening and asked if there might be any flexibility or alternative arrangements. However, the response we received felt a little abrupt, including a surprised “Huh?” that left us unsure how to continue the conversation. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable and misunderstood, though we believe it may simply have been a moment of miscommunication. In addition, from the day we inquired about luggage storage until March 4, we noticed that there were still two pieces of luggage stored in the luggage area for several days. We would appreciate some clarification on why those items were allowed to remain for an extended period, as this left us a bit confused about the policy. At the same time, I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the warmth and professionalism shown by your Assistant Front Office Manager “Faucett mark “during my check‑in. He welcomed me with genuine kindness, clearly explained the procedures and facilities, and made me feel very well taken care of after a long journey. His patience and attentiveness created a truly positive impression, and I hope the hotel will acknowledge his excellent service. We have always appreciated the thoughtful hospitality that Japanese hotels are known for, which is why we chose to stay with you. "Overall it was okay, but there were long hairs in the corners. And it felt like there was sand under the duvet? Generally, everyone was pretty quiet, but the room next door had two Japanese people who were very loud. I'm not sure if that's allowed by the accommodation rules, but I hope next time they don't put two people in one room. Also, there was a male staff member who entered the women-only room. That was quite surprising..."

"My 3rd time staying at GRIDS Premium, within walkable distance from Otaru Station and, easy access to Otaru Canal, clean and cozy room with Onzen at top floors, for sure will come back again!"

"This is by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Japan. Here are the highlights: 1. Direct access to JR and subway stations without having to go outside, which was a lifesaver with luggage in the heavy snow. 2. The public bath (daiyokujo) was very comfortable. Although it wasn't a natural hot spring, the women's bathing area really stood out with its thoughtful details: Dyson hairdryers and showerheads, and POLA cleansing oil, toner, and lotion. My hair felt smooth and voluminous after washing, not frizzy at all – I'm now a big fan of Dyson! 3. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; I felt completely at home with no sense of being in a foreign land. We stayed for six days on a family trip and booked two rooms. Each room had ample space to easily open two suitcases. 4. The staff were always friendly and greeted us warmly. Even though rooms weren't cleaned daily, yukatas and towels were replenished as needed. 5. There's a microwave and ice machine on the fifth floor, and complimentary coffee and drinks are available on the first floor. My kids loved this hotel and said they want to stay here again."
