"The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Susukino subway station and very close to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The room was impeccable as it's a new hotel. The breakfast tasted good, but the selection of dishes was a bit limited. There are three Lawson convenience stores right next to the hotel, which was very convenient for buying things."

"Terrible service and frustrating check in experience with a misleading listing While the cleanliness and amenities of the property were excellent, the service and check in process were incredibly frustrating. To be fair, we missed the host’s initial message, which caused some early hiccups. However, the actual on the spot setup is completely unfriendly for self check in. The lobby area requires an access code just to enter. If another group of guests had not happened to walk out and let us in, we would have been stuck outside the building entirely. Once inside, the check in tablet machine was faulty and did not work, forcing us to message the host to manually get our entry password. The most disappointing part was the host's attitude regarding baggage storage. We specifically checked that the listing included baggage storage before booking this hotel. Yet, when we asked about it before checking out, the host simply told us no and told us to go use a chargeable baggage locker at the train station instead. When I pointed out that it was explicitly listed on their profile, they just claimed it was a mistake and offered no real solution. To make it worse, we literally saw other guests' luggage stored in the lobby, meaning the host just chose either not to help us or they do not care. The rooms are nice, but the total lack of basic hospitality and misleading information ruined the stay. Would not recommend if you value reliable service because there is no service to begin with."

"The location is fantastic! You can access Tanukikoji shopping street directly from the back door, and it's a short walk to places like the prefectural office. The room was spacious, and the breakfast curry rice was delicious, especially with an onsen egg (mostly because Hokkaido rice is so good!). Coming back after a day out and having a soak in the large public bath on the top floor was incredibly relaxing."

"Koko hotel is very new, there is familymart parking downstairs to the nearby parking lot, the hotel provides parking discounts for 24 hours 1800, the room is clean as a whole, the refrigerator does not provide small ice grids, the laundry room has 2 dryers and washing machines"

"Stayed here for one night on 2/6 in a deluxe king room with lounge access. The lobby is located on the 10th floor and the check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel's lift is connected directly to B1 where the station and shops are. The room on the 25th floor was spacious, very clean and had 2 sinks which was very convenient for us. The room had a nice view of the surroundings and the TV tower. Toiletries provided were very good and they even provided Epsom salt for soaking in the bathtub. The bed was firm to our liking but the pillows were too soft and flat. The lounge, was sadly, inadequate and one of the saddest, smallest hotel lounges I've been to. They provided one type of red and white wine each, a self service coffee machine, soft drinks and some juices. There were a canape, fries that have been left out for too long and fruits. The next morning, we wanted to have coffee and the milk pump that was connected in the machine to a milk carton was not working properly and there was no staff to be found. Still a great stay overall and we will stay here again for future trips."

"This hotel boasts a fantastic location near Grand Gateway Park, right next to MOS Burger and across the street from a Lawson! However, the area isn't crowded with tourists, giving it a very quiet and peaceful feel. The accommodations are of excellent quality, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation! While check-in is self-service, I was initially worried about finding customer service, but it turned out to be quite simple, and the online customer service was very helpful 👍 The room was fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and a washer and dryer! The biggest highlight was the bathroom, which had two sinks – perfect for a group! Furthermore, in addition to air conditioning, there was a temperature control unit, making it very cozy in winter! Overall, I think this aparthotel is fantastic and very new; I highly recommend it! ♥️"

"This is a very new hotel with convenient transportation. The stay was very comfortable, the bed was huge, and the room even had a small kitchen. The bathtub was also very big and comfortable. I'm very satisfied! There wasn't any noise, and the staff were friendly."

"I chose this place because the bedroom and living room are separate, as I need to put my child to bed early. It would have been better if there were curtains or blinds on the window between the bedroom and the living room, but I was very satisfied during my stay."

"The room was great, very reassuring to stay in. I actually extended my 6-night stay by an additional 2 nights. However, it's best to plan your itinerary all at once and avoid extending, because a cleaning fee (around a few hundred RMB) is charged per booking and is non-refundable. Their rooms are quite spacious, and the surrounding area has a convenient tram that goes directly to Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade."
