Good for business stay, just close to the Shanghai Hong Qiao Airport (1.8km)

Second time staying here. Great for 1-2 nights. Rooms are small but clean and have everything needed.

Nice new hotel with a super comfortable bed. The hotel is near the Hongqiao airport and does provide shuttle bus service to the airport. Definitely a great choice for transit. Highly recommended

A very nice hotel and friendly and helpful counter staff service. However, our very happy experienced ended with a very rude encounter with the young man in charge of the free shuttle service. We six persons have booked the free 8.00am shuttle service to the train station. We were waiting at the front door at 7.50am as stated on the notice board. There was a tour bus parked right in front of the front door. We did enquire at the counter about the bus but was told it haven't arrived yet. At 8.01 we saw the shuttle moving at the parking area thinking it was coming over to the main door to pick us but instead it left immediately without us. When we asked the staff outside why it had left without us. Instead of apologising he was rude and told us why we didn't board the bus there? We tried to tell him the notice board said wait at the front door and we had been waiting since 7.50am and no one approached us. And he told us not to argue with him..... What an attitude that spoiled all the good works of all the counter staff.

This hotel location is not so good if you don't have a car. Is difficult to find restaurant in nearby.

Hotel is very close to the airport, about 15 min walking distance. Nicely and modern decorated. I couldn't find any restaurants nearby. Closest metro is Shanghai zoo, about 15 min walking from the hotel. I was unfortunate to be surrounded by a group of hype enthusiastic tourists who were loud throughout the night.

Very easy to access Hongqiao International Airport. The shuttle bus is on time and very convenient. The room is clean and comfortable. I will booking again when I visit Shanghai

The hotel is conveniently located near the SHA and Hongqiao railway station.The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will recommend it to all the travelers.

Really nice. The staff was very friendly and didn't treat me any differently than their chinese guests. A cool feature in the room was the blue leisure light. The breakfast was really good. If you want to go to places like Disney or the Bund, it's about 30-45 minutes by car. I personally didn't mind.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The people at the front desk were extremely nice and accommodating even though there was a language barrier. I had to leave early before the free breakfast and they packed me a to-go meal in advance. The room was a little dark and the window was facing a room across from me, which was a little awkward. There was a cute self-service wine and beer bar which was really nice. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
