Great location, just a few stops away from the main railway station, and the metro station is a short walk away. Great value for money, and fairly new property setup. No complaints at all.

2-3 persons was fine. the room is spacious and clean, but once you get there (the gate), it will quite confusing because no more ornaments showing the specific hotel. however in the lobby, it was so hot and they didn’t turn on the aircon. our bathroom was troubled by the broken puddle, i already asked the receptionist to fixed it and nothing changes. hence, everytime we took showers, the water stagnates and even comes out to the sink area. unfortunately i forgot to take a picture of it. even the transparant window wall in the bathroom is not sturdy and wobbles easily. the aircon is also hot and not well-fixed by the receptionist i asked for. however for staying 2/3nights i suggest is ok.

The room is as advertised, very clean and comfortable. The service is good and they even have free laundry service, so I just had to give my clothes to them!

The new room I was provided with was very nice and clean. The room I booked online turned out to be near the reception desk which made it a little noisy for me: I asked them if I could stay in another spare room, I was provided with a new room after discussion. Before that, I felt discriminated just because of my visa situation (I am eligible to a visa-free stay in China for up to 3 months) and one of the staff members seemed not to believe me and was treating me in a discriminative way. It was also a bit complicated as regards the laundry service arrangement. After having shared my discomfort by asking whether something was wrong, she started doing her best to be helpful. I believe we are all humans in progress and we can all learn from this situation. I would still recommend this hostel, I think it was just a one time incident. I believe being honest is good, so my honest comment is a good comment. :)

The room is very clean and comfortable, and it's very convenient with how close it is to the Sanxiang Square Metro station (4 stations away from Suzhou station so it's good for transiting). Price is very friendly too. The front desk lady is very friendly and helpful with our questions! Will come again next time.
