The breakfast selection is rich, with Suzhou-style noodles and Japanese snacks that taste delicious. The hotel also has an indoor heated pool and a gym, which is very relaxing after a stay. The front desk staff are polite, and the overall environment is clean and quiet, making it suitable for both business trips and short getaways."

The room facilities were also very good. However, the front desk staff's business knowledge and problem-solving skills need improvement."

"It's been about 4 years since my last stay, and the hotel is still very well-maintained. The housekeeping staff even left a note after cleaning and proactively provided a mouse pad when they saw a laptop on the table. The meticulous service details, coupled with the hotel's overall excellent upkeep, really stand out. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance."

"My stay at Suzhou Marriott this time truly deserves a perfect score! 💯 The first room we were assigned felt a bit damp. After mentioning it to the front desk, the staff's attitude was exceptionally good. Not only did they proactively offer to change our room, but they also went to the new room beforehand to inspect it for us, ensuring everything was okay before we moved. That was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast selection was very rich, with a variety of Suzhou-style dim sum, noodles, and both Chinese and Western hot dishes. We were very satisfied with the meal. The hotel's location is very convenient. We also unexpectedly received two complimentary tickets to Hanshan Temple, which was perfect for a visit. The lobby staff also gave us some trendy Chinese-style cultural and creative fridge magnets. The design has unique Suzhou characteristics, and the craftsmanship is exquisite. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou!"

"The hotel is very close to Guanqian Street. Although the facade looks small, the rooms are spacious, and the front desk service is excellent. One gentleman (presumably the owner) was very warm and friendly. Most importantly, the interior design is beautiful and comfortable. I'll definitely book again next time I visit."

"I booked this hotel for my last two nights in Suzhou because it's near MixC World and the price was excellent. It's super convenient for dining, shopping, and buying things nearby. When I checked in, there were a lot of guests, so I had to wait a bit, but the front desk gave me breakfast vouchers. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a Japanese-style tatami layout and a small balcony that could be opened for ventilation. The overall room design and facilities were great. Breakfast in the morning was also plentiful. When I checked out, they even gave me some souvenirs: a very practical handmade hammer and a beautiful Suzhou-style fan. Because my flight was delayed due to a typhoon, they also allowed me a late check-out. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service!"

"The Executive Lounge service was excellent. The afternoon tea, happy hour, and breakfast were all very good. You could order à la carte for breakfast. While the afternoon tea selection wasn't huge, it was sufficient, and the happy hour dinner was also quite extensive."

"This was my first time visiting Suzhou, and I chose the Ritz. As soon as I entered, the staff helped me with my luggage. Mary, who handled my check-in, was very kind and provided excellent service. The manager, Seb, even upgraded us to a suite for free, which we really appreciated. We had a very comfortable stay for two days and look forward to coming back again."

"Overall, my stay was great. The hotel location is very convenient for getting around. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the in-room voice control was a nice convenience. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and the value for money is good. They even gave a small gift upon check-out. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. "The guest room's cleanliness was meticulously maintained. The gaps around the sink, under the bed, and the window sills were all spotless. The room was well-ventilated with no dampness or strange odors. The front desk staff, Qiao Yan, was friendly and helpful; check-in was quick, and she provided detailed information on garden tours and local specialty restaurants. All our requests were handled promptly. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the windows were soundproofed perfectly. Despite being near the street, we heard no noise, allowing us to fully unwind after a long journey. The hotel is located in the old town, just a few minutes' walk from major attractions and snack streets, making sightseeing very convenient. The breakfast buffet was continuously replenished, offering hot porridge, pastries, and seasonal fruits, all tasting light and delicious. Overall, our stay was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Suzhou next time."
