I booked this hotel last minute because it was close to the concert venue, and it turned out to be even closer than I expected! The environment was great too. While everyone else was baking in the sun and crammed into the mall downstairs, I was just chilling in my room with the AC on, waiting for my takeout, hahaha. Holiday Inn is always fantastic; the facilities are comprehensive and comfortable. Plus, you don't need a key card for electricity, so the AC stayed at the perfect temperature. What really touched me was that it was my daughter's first concert, and Jenny, a lovely staff member, had already prepared celebrity merchandise and souvenirs for her. My daughter was beaming from the moment we arrived! I'm so grateful; I never thought a random choice would create such an unforgettable memory for her. Thank you, Jenny, and thank you, Holiday Inn – truly a 'smart choice.' 👍 I'll definitely stay here again for future concerts.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and cozy. The service was prompt, and the location was excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I live nearby, and whenever friends visit, I always arrange for them to stay at the Rebetin Hotel. It offers great value for money compared to other hotels in the area. The rooms are spacious, and the night view is absolutely stunning with an excellent vantage point. It's a very comfortable stay overall, and the front desk service is top-notch. The hotel breakfast is also quite good, with a wide variety of options. I'll definitely be booking this hotel again for my friends' next visit.

It is expected Orange Hotel Brand Experience with clean rooms and amenities. Although it was only one night we spent at this hotel it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located near Suzhou International Expo Center and close to Jinji Lake Scenic Area. It's within walking distance of Moonlight Dock and Eslite Bookstore. The subway Line 1, accessible right outside the hotel, is just one stop away from Gate to the East. There are many restaurants downstairs. While the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are very clean and tidy. The rooms are a bit small but adequate. The bedding, towels, and bath towels are of good quality, and toiletries are comprehensive. The shower has strong water pressure and comfortable temperature. However, the air conditioning is not very effective. Free parking and complimentary tea are provided. The front desk service was enthusiastic; we were able to check in at 10 AM. Breakfast was decent and sufficient.

Had a very comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, right by the subway exit. The complimentary black tea upon arrival was very refreshing, and the service was excellent every day.

My child had a competition at the Culture and Arts Center, and this hotel was incredibly close to the venue. There are tons of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby, so we could easily walk to all sorts of great food. The hotel is also right on Jinji Lake, offering fantastic views. The staff were very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. They even proactively offered us water when we checked out. All in all, it was a very thoughtful experience. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance! Oh, and the hotel even upgraded us to a lake view room. While the room wasn't huge, it had everything we needed and had excellent natural light. Overall, highly recommended!!!

The hotel is very close to the commercial area, making it super convenient to go out for food and shopping in the evening. The room facilities are complete, and the TV and internet work fine. The cleaning staff are very meticulous, promptly replacing toiletries every day. The front desk staff are efficient and not long-winded, making it hassle-free to stay here for travel.

Amazing experience! Incredibly helpful and kind staff. Even with the language difficulty. Very helpful to get a Translation app installed. Google Translate or Papago (better! Works without VPN). Staff and cleaning crew very helpful using the app to answer all questions. The breakfast is very tasty as well. Everyday. A huge selection of yummy food. I'm happy I selected this hotel. Made the China experience super easy. Thanks.
