My stay here exceeded expectations! The location is fantastic, making it super easy to find places to eat and get around. The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, and my room was spotless with no strange smells, and all the toiletries were provided. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – so I slept really well. Audrey at the front desk was so kind and patient, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. She was also very responsive to any requests I had. The facilities are well-maintained, and it offers great value for money. Overall, it was a very comfortable and relaxing experience. I definitely recommend it!

The off-season prices were great, and the two young ladies at the front desk were super cute and provided excellent service. The freshly ground Americano in the lobby was fragrant and delicious, with a slightly bitter and tart flavor that lingered pleasantly after sipping. Parking was convenient. The only downside was its proximity to the elevated highway, so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Getting to Pingjiang Road by taxi was a short distance. The hotel provided bath bags, and taking a bath was incredibly relaxing!

The hotel staff provided excellent service, and I felt great throughout my stay, definitely worth a high rating. This was the best stop on my trip to Suzhou, everything from dining to accommodation and transportation was satisfactory. I have fond memories from the first day to the last.

Before I could even say anything, they upgraded my room, and anticipating a potential delay, they also offered drink vouchers and snacks. This truly showed their customer-centric approach. The location is absolutely unbeatable – the subway is right in the basement, the canal view is stunning, and it's even within walking distance to the stadium. Plus, the drinks at the ground-floor bar are incredibly delicious. I can't wait to visit again!

The room offers outstanding views of Lion Mountain, and its spacious, open layout includes twin beds, a corner sofa, and a large desk, perfect for both relaxing and working. The bathroom is generously sized with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to take in the entire Suzhou nightscape – it truly sets a wonderful, relaxing mood. On the downside, dining options nearby are limited; to experience authentic Suzhou cuisine, you'll need to venture into the city, as there are no traditional local eateries close by. The breakfast buffet is just average, with a limited selection of drinks and a frequently malfunctioning coffee machine. However, the Japanese breakfast is quite authentic, featuring onsen tamago, natto, soba noodles, and ochazuke, which are all quite good.

The soundproofing was effective; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or stairwell, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's overall environment is quiet and elegant, with clean and bright common areas. It offers excellent value for money, with an affordable price that includes all basic amenities, making it ideal for solo travelers or short trips. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Suzhou, and I highly recommend it to friends visiting the area!

The best stroke of luck on this trip was choosing this hotel! The moment I stepped into the lobby, the aromatherapy instantly made me relax. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. The hotel has Type-C outlets, and the room was so clean I couldn't find a single flaw. The bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of good quality. The hotel's location is superb, close to attractions and shopping malls, making getting around incredibly convenient. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stay here again!

Staying in Suzhou New District Shuxiang Xinbo from the check-in counter Lucy girl very carefully helped us introduce the hotel environment and also helped us call Didi taxi and cooperate with our choice of our most suitable room. All the problems during the stay helped us solve and also helped me intimately. The fruit we prepared and the Lugu girl at the front desk also helped us solve a lot of problems. The kitchen aunt also prepared breakfast very carefully. It is a recommended hotel.

Staying at the Shangri-La Suzhou on Shishan Road was originally a business trip, but it unexpectedly felt like a relaxing vacation. The room was elegantly decorated and comfortable, with soft and clean bedding, allowing me to unwind quickly every evening. A special thanks to Tina, whose service was attentive yet unobtrusive; whether it was guiding me through check-in or handling simple inquiries, everything was handled smoothly and pleasantly. I also managed to visit Jinji Lake, where the evening breeze, the lake, and the city lights were all just perfect, adding many delightful surprises to this Suzhou trip. The hotel consistently maintains high quality, and the service is warm and inviting. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

This hotel on Mabang Commercial Street is great. The rooms are nice, and the twin beds are large. The service was excellent, there are many restaurants nearby, and it's very clean.
