第一次入住金普頓酒店，感覺非常好，入住前管家Lisa小姐姐就把入住訊息發給我，還問了對房間和樓層的需求，入住後又是房間升級又是送這送那，温馨和親切，服務細緻體貼周到，必須五星好評！酒店的餐廳早餐也很不錯，值得再次入住。

早餐咖啡和茶有待提高。服務員很熱情有禮貌，想逛老城區的遊客住這裏太方便了，健身房設施也很不錯，步行city walk也是不錯

來蘇州特別的方便，所以帶着毛孩子一起來入住，非常的nice，老城區內少有的奢華型酒店，而且還是寵物友好，真的很棒。每位工作人員都很耐心細緻，尤其是我的管家lisa，提前對接聯繫我，幫忙準備好房間，最驚喜的是給毛孩子準備了手繪的小卡片，親自帶我們到房間內，很細心，提醒我們房間的燈光操作，擔心狗狗一個人在房間內，告訴我們請勿打擾燈以及一些可以享受的禮遇。入住期間遇見了一些小小的問題，房間的地板有一些毛絮，感覺寵物房更應該注重衞生細節，好在工作人員都很細緻，態度很好。lisa退房還給我額外準備了小禮物，可惜沒在退房遇見，下次再來~~

一進門，就是一陣清涼，原來這個酒店坐落在蘇州護城河畔，每一處都散發著寧靜的氣息，環境太美了，我衹能説：“此處應當有掌聲”。我們入住的水景套房更是大氣，寬敞得讓人感覺像是在度假。
套房內帶有2個陽台，視野開闊，可以俯瞰蘇州護城河的美景，每天早上醒來，看着河畔的風景，感覺一天的心情都變好了。
服務方面更是沒話説，我特別要提的是賓客關係專員Lisa小姐姐，她超級細心周到，還親自送我們到房間內，還送來了新鮮美味的小甜品和水果。
交通方面也非常便利，就在市中心，周邊還有許多美食店和購物中心，走幾步就能到。

首先，我要提前感謝賓客關係專員Lisa的熱情服務，早早地就加上我的聯繫方式，讓我感受到了無微不至的關懷。
服務方面，他們真的做得非常到位。一進酒店，就有專門的員工幫你拿行李，然後帶你到房間。房間超級乾淨整潔，還有小零食和飲料供你享用哦！
更讓人驚喜的是，一進房間就能看到，lisa手繪給毛孩子的卡片，簡直太可愛了。
酒店周圍環境也非常棒，門口的環宇薈小商圈也可以帶狗狗出行，如果你想帶寵物出門遊玩，這裏絕對是個好選擇！

洲際旗下的奢華線，也是大陸第一家金普頓，真的很棒！剛開一年多，設施設備非常齊全先進，配備了泳池、健身房還有瑜伽器材，超棒。早餐也很不錯，很精緻，味道特別好，尤其是超新鮮的椰子汁，班尼迪克蛋很讓人驚喜！也可以選擇在户外的蘇州護城河邊使用。很感謝lisa的優質服務，簡直是無微不至，提前電話聯繫，溝通落實入住的細節問題，安排了對着蘇州護城河景觀的水景房間，很舒服。幫忙查詢洲際集團的會員，提前準備了會員歡迎水果，西梅很好吃，隨口和lisa説後，還特地去申請為我們又準備了一份。每位工作人員都十分熱情，酒店環境也很好，很滿意的旅行。就是廁所沒有排風扇，希望能改善一下。

位於蘇州姑蘇老城中心地帶的園林酒店。這個酒店就像是藏在祕境中的寶藏。
首當其沖的就是這裏的服務，賓客關係部門的lisa小姐姐人超級nice，電話提前聯繫，瞭解入住需求。得知我們第一次入住，特地安排的庭院房間，簡直太貼心了，庭院房間的佈置極具特色，安靜又舒適，彷彿置身於江南水鄉，太美了。
而且，lisa小姐姐還特意提前準備了歡迎水果和小甜品，精緻到不行，而且味道也超級棒，甜而不膩。
環境方面也是一絕，酒店環境很好，空氣清新，鳥語花香，讓人感覺彷彿置身於天然氧吧。晚上還可以聽到蟬鳴和鳥叫，簡直太享受了。
這家園林酒店的價格也是相當實惠，相比其他同類型的酒店，性價比真的超高，這麼好的地方，真的是物超所值。
