The location of the hotel was perfect for me, there is a metro station right across the street. The general impression was not bad but there were some minor flaws. My room was rather spacious but dark with a very small window under the ceiling. The interior is also a little dated. The walls definitely need a fresh coat of paint. And when I checked in there was a weird smell in the room, so I kept the window open all the time. The bathroom was super clean though and the bed really comfortable. The hotel is pretty quiet, at least I couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms.

I have stayed in oranges and orange crystals a few times, and I have always been very impressed with it. This time I came to Suzhou to choose this shop in the Master of the Nets Garden. The service staff in the store have a very good attitude. When it rains, you can borrow umbrellas from the front desk. If you don’t have enough clothes hangers, you can let the front desk deliver the room. Masks and disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer are available at the front desk at any time, order takeaways and robots delivered. The room is very convenient. There is a restaurant on the first floor, and the taste is okay; there is a gym and a laundry room on the third floor. The price is really good value. The interior decoration is also very good. The light is very suitable for taking pictures. The room layout is reasonable. There are smart speakers that can speak. Remote control TV, lights, curtains, air-conditioning, you can also let it tell you the time, report the weather, set an alarm clock, listen to music, etc., because there is a small family at home, and coming to this hotel is like going home. I really like it. Now, I will visit Huazhu’s Orange Hotel next time. Before leaving, the beautiful little girl at the front desk also gave me a silk scarf, which is great! Five-star praise must be sent!

The hotel is within walking distance of the subway which is only 10 minutes away from the main railway station so easy to get to if you are visiting Suzhou and convenient for getting around the city. Check in was smooth and fast and the lovely girl at reception spoke good English which is always helpful even though I speak some Chinese. The hotel decor is very cute and music themed, everything was very clean and new looking. I booked the Double Comfort room which was basic but still had some lovely touches.A very comfortable bed, hot shower, bottled water, tea and slippers which you might not expect in a value room. Possibly the cutest thing about the hotel were the little robots who delivered take out directly to your room door. The only down side is that the noise from other rooms and guests carries easily across the halls but that is not the hotel's fault, and it didn't really stop me sleeping. Check out was fast and I was given a small bottle of water when I left was a kind gesture. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Suzhou.Great value and service, and very foreigners friendly!

The location of this hotel was good. There was a family mart just downstairs and it was close to many different Gusu hotspots and attractions. The hotel is very clean and modern, but the rooms are old and a bit outdated. Even so, very clean and you get what you pay for. They have everything you need and even had little touches like putting a note on your bed with the next days weather forecast-very thoughtful. Would recommend if you’re looking for affordable Accomodation in Gusu.

The hotel proximity was ideal for the event I was in town for. If you're looking for somewhere you can walk out the front door and explore Suzhou, this is not it. It was more of a residential area. The room was simple, and clean... Breakfast was decent. Shower was hot. Staff were efficient and friendly.

This is my favorite Jinjiang Star. There are my favorite Jinjiang managers and front desk ladies. This is the best Jinjiang Star team I have ever seen. The hotel is located at the intersection of Baodai Road and Shuixiang Street. The transportation is very convenient. It is not far from Panyu Road subway station to the left, and it is closer to Baodai Road subway station to the right. Parking and dining are very convenient. The hotel was opened in 2006, the hardware was newly upgraded in 22 years, the room types were complete, the price was very close to the people, the environment was spotless, and the service staff were all at home and very kind. The front desk ladies smiled as flowers when they received guests, their eyes were clear, confident and sunny, and exude invincible youth charm. Hotel manager Wang Wenwan and Yuan received guests, professional dress appropriately, elegant temperament, magnetic sound line is very charming, people will not forget. The restaurant lady is full of enthusiasm and kindness, and the cleaning aunts are meticulous and comprehensive. The rooms and corridors are clean and tidy. The rooms facing the street are all double-layer soundproof glass. The interior is very quiet after closing the window at night, giving you a perfect sleep experience. It's the best Jinjiang Star I've ever seen, the best manager and team I've ever seen, none of them.

The lobby is spacious and provides green tea and fish food, so you can feed the fish. Ctrip booked a lot of rooms, but this time I stayed in the north room and couldn't adjust it. It faces the road to the north, and you can hear the sound of horns at night and early in the morning. Smoking is not allowed in the room, there is an ashtray on the table, and the smell of third-hand smoke is faintly audible. There are lollipops sold by third parties in the lobby. They cost 45 yuan each and are inedible. It was not resolved on the first day, so I reported it to the front desk manager and sent three boxes of Youth League. But the damage caused by the lollipop cannot be forgotten.

Extended another day, continuing from my previous review - see below. My happiest stay throughout my holiday in China, room is very clean and spacious, it is also voice automated (the one in my room wasn’t working but i’m not too concerned about it). Housekeepers clean the room everyday, even changing a new bedsheet/blanket cover (my food sauce caused unnoticeable stain on it but it was still changed!), staffs are helpful as well. There is a 24h family mart across the street and also a small food stall downstairs that opens till 12:30am if you’re looking for supper.

The location is pretty good. Many of the favorite stores are not too far away. There is an underground parking lot. Just go to the front desk and scan the code to get a parking ticket. However, many parking spaces are irregular and the places where you turn out are full of cars. Although it is not newly installed in the past two years, the overall facilities are well maintained.
