酒店地理位置很好，門口就是地鐵站，前台服務很好，大堂有免費的自助咖啡，小零食，三樓還有洗衣房烘乾機等等，這個價格在酒店中算性價比很高啦，值得推薦

房間整體環境還是不錯的。智能遙控房內設施，基礎要求聲控可；洗手間的遮光簾有點太透了，私密性不高；床單被罩枕頭目測都很乾凈，旅行三件套沒有用上；電視很大超讚，可投屏；賓館早餐很簡單，玉米很糯，白粥醬菜挺清爽的。入住期間提的訴求，有獲得及時的處理，退房的時候也有跟進，服務態度nice。是下次來蘇州會優先選擇的hotel。

Facilities: There is only one plug in the room, which is very inconvenient. The bathroom door handle is broken. The light is dim and uncomfortable. The room is relatively large. There are many large pillars in the parking lot, which is not easy to park. Novices should not park here.
