1、設施設備很陳舊，對不起200多元一間的價格；
2、特意給前台説幫我開一間安靜點的房間，結果特意給我安排臨近馬路的；房間隔音非常差，外面有一點噪音都聽的非常清楚；
3、房間裏連吹風機都沒有；
4、房間裏面臭的讓人噁心，晚上都需要打開窗户睡覺；
5、我在被套、枕頭和洗臉枱上面發現了很多長頭髮，能不能麻煩你們把前面約了炮的房間打掃乾淨順便換一下床單被套呢，給後面入住的旅客一點尊重呀

第一次入住格林豪泰酒店，酒店位置非常好，離地鐵四號線東湖路站步行2分鐘不到，出行十分方便，周邊有不少小吃店。前台美女服務熱情。停車場夠大，就在酒店後院。早餐花樣挺多，口味尚可。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水很足，連住了兩天，一次愉快的出行經歷。
