"Having stayed at the voco hotel in Xishuangbanna before and having a good impression, I decided to choose this brand again. I felt the front desk service was excellent. Upon check-in, they specifically arranged a quiet room for us as requested and even warned us that there was a mall under renovation nearby, advising us to keep the windows closed. The room's windows were well-sealed, so the renovation noise didn't disturb our sleep at night. The room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed, so the hygiene was good. The facilities were also new, especially the showerhead which had great water pressure. The only downside was that the shampoo was too diluted; I had to pump many times to get any lather. I provided feedback to the front desk when checking out and hope they can improve this. Breakfast was decent; I had it for several consecutive days, though some of the vegetable dishes were a bit salty. Transportation was also very convenient. It's just a 2-minute walk to the commercial street, and the subway is a short stroll further. Taxis were readily available, and there were even rickshaws right outside the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience, and I recommend it."
