GGuest UserI booked this place after seeing the great reviews on Trip.com, and it really lived up to them. It's super close to the ancient town's archway ticket gate, so it was quite easy to find after getting dropped off by taxi. The soundproofing is excellent; it was very quiet at night, and I slept really well. The room was also very spacious, and it was lovely to relax on the small balcony in the afternoon with some tea and sunshine. The owners, a couple, were incredibly kind. They helped us with our luggage both when we arrived and when we left, and even gave me a bag of local specialties. Their dog is adorable too! I highly recommend staying here when you visit Zhouzhuang.

邱邱女士First off, the location is great. Its just outside of 山塘街 shantangjie, so I could easily return to the accom in the middle of the day when I wanted (to sleep, use the toilet or umbrella). There are some really good eateries nearby and receiving food delivery is easy. Secondly, the service was excellent! They sent me a detailed video showing how to get to the hotel, and also checked how I was coming. From the moment I arrived at suzhou railway, they started waiting for me at the street so I wouldnt miss their accom. They also gave me very useful tips for where to go given the time of day, and helped me with the route to go to places. They also received my taobao parcels. And everyday they gave a fruit platter with local fruits Lastly, the room was very cosy. The view was beautiful but still private. They provided a tea set and good tea. The toilet was very modern and had a warm toilet seat. The bed was also comfy. The price-performance ratio is very good. I will choose to stay here again when I come to Suzhou, and also recommend my friends and family to stay here

GGuest UserThe room was super comfortable, and the bedding was clean and tidy. The bathroom tiles were sparkling. The laundry room was fully equipped, and the dryer worked really fast. When we checked out, the front desk even gave us complimentary water and a small sachet, which was incredibly thoughtful! There were fresh flowers in the lobby too. The value for money for our stay was exceptional! Highly recommend!

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful — even going the extra mile to help us collect a parcel before we arrived. Truly above and beyond!
The place itself is beautiful and full of charm. The view from the property is absolutely stunning — a sweeping, picturesque scene that feels like something out of a postcard. The yard is also lovely and well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day out.
One of the highlights was the unique coffee table with a small pond built into it — complete with fish swimming around! Such a creative and peaceful touch that added to the relaxing atmosphere.
Do keep in mind that this is a homestay, so don’t expect the same level of spotless cleanliness you might find in a high-end hotel — but everything was comfortable and cozy nonetheless. Another point to note is that the smell of the burning mosquito coil was very strong during my stay.
One small note: if you’re arriving by taxi, be aware that the place is located down a narrow alley, so it might be a bit tricky for the cab to get all the way in. Still, it’s worth the short walk for the peaceful setting.
Highly recommended for travelers looking for a local, heartfelt experience!

MMAXIM D.Very good apartment in one of the skyscrapers in the Suzhou Industrial Park district. Despite our request to live on the higher floor with a lake view, we lived in the apartment on the 27th (from 47) floor with the city view. Probably, they just don't have lake-view apartments. However, there is another skyscraper in front of our building. Though, the room was perfect! Very clean, with home shoes, slippers, bath and face towels, teeth kits, kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle). However, there was no cookware or dishware. We also needed an iron (as was promised in the room description), but the administrator brought us a steamer (which is even better) a few hours after the request.
There are many convenient stores around, where you can buy even cooked food.
In general, we recommend this place to everyone!
Очень хорошие апартаменты в одном из небоскрёбов в районе Индустриального парка Сучжоу. Несмотря на нашу просьбу заселить нас максимально высоко с видом на озеро, нам досталась комната на 27 (из 47) этаже с видом на город. Возможно, у них просто нет комнат повыше с видом на озеро. Однако, прямо перед этим небосрёбом находится другой со стороны как раз озера. И всё равно, сама комната оказалась просто превосходной! Очень чистая, с домашними тапочками, душевыми сланцами, банными и лицевыми полотенцами, зубным набором, кухней (холодильник, микроволновка, чайник). Однако, не было ни посуды для приготовления, ни столовой посуды. Когда нам понадобился утюг (а он был обещан в описании номера), мы попросили администратора, и тот принёс отпариватель (что даже удобнее) через несколько часов.
Вокруг здания много небольших магазинчиков, в том числе с готовой едой.
В общем и целом, мы рекомендуем это место для всех путешественников!

GGuest UserOur neighbors were singing loudly late at night, but the front desk staff promptly intervened and resolved the issue after we reported it, which was great service. The toilet in our room also got clogged, and they fixed it right away. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; for both nights, we had noisy women next door, which was quite disruptive and gave me a headache. Before our trip, we had informed the hotel that we were traveling with a young child. Perhaps the note wasn't properly communicated upon check-in, or it could be due to peak travel season, but the hotel was full, and we ended up with loud neighbors.

AAdriana GabarrónThe accommodation is in an unbeatable location, a traditional Chinese house with everything you can need. The owner is a lovely warm lady ready to use her translator to make sure I understood everything. She offered me a better room for free as it wasn't busy that night! A beautiful traditional Chinese room! Perfectly heated, free tea, water, and all the amenities and commodities. The courtyard of the house is amazing. I definitely recommend staying here and I'll be coming back! Bonus for the beautiful house cat!

GGallleyaThis is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to China. We lived in a separate house. It's quiet and cozy there. The air conditioner works well for heating.
The hostess is very friendly and kind. When we got lost during check-in, she herself came for us. Also thanks to the man who helped us when leaving the hotel.
Comfortable bathroom, good beds, spacious room. I highly recommend it!

AAnonymous UserOur stay at this Suzhou apartment was nothing short of perfect! As first-time visitors, we were blown away by the incredible value. The location is great, just a quick 5-minute walk from the MRT, which made exploring the entire city effortless.
The apartment itself was exactly as described: spotlessly clean, surprisingly spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The highlight for us was the big projector screen; winding down each night with Chinese dramas was a unique and fun experience. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a huge convenience, allowing us to pack light.
The true standout was our host. She was exceptionally helpful, providing a personal recommendations. Their tips truly made our trip special.
We felt so at home and will 100% be recommending this gem to all our friends. Don’t hesitate—book this place for a seamless and memorable Suzhou adventure
