"The environment is nice, there's a food court downstairs, and it's located in Guanqian Street, the most bustling area of āāSuzhou. The owner is a handsome guy and very enthusiastic. However, that auntie, from the moment I arrived until I left, always acted strangely, even though I couldn't hear her clearly. It was just a small matter, but she made me feel like I was some kind of ****. Suzhou is really like that; last night I went to Shanghai and didn't come back, and she kept hovering around me, which was oddā¦ Overall, it was a very good experience. Every time I come to Suzhou before, something always goes missingā¦ This time was my first time in Suzhou without any problems. I'll stay here again next timeā¦"

AAnastasiia KraskovskaiaPerfect location, lovely hosts, beautiful room with vintage furniture and super soft blanket! Very authentic. During the day time itās super loud because of the amount of tourists, but staying in this place gives you unique opportunity to explain the town in the very early morning or very late evening (the lights switch off at 23:00).
The room can seem small, but itās old town, it canāt be different:)
Unfortunately there was no tea provided, thatās sad for tea-famous country, maybe should be improved. Other than that ā my stay was amazingāŗļø

GGuest UserAs someone from Inner Mongolia, I found this hotel to be excellent for around 300 yuan. I stayed for two nights, and the front desk staff even helped me with my luggage, which was a huge help as I'm pregnant and traveling alone. My experience here was great, and the service was really good. The room was clean and spacious. As for soundproofing, it's pretty much the same as any other hotel, but I didn't hear much noise during my stay, and my neighbors were quiet too. I asked housekeeping for two bottles of water, and they gave me four, which was a nice touch!
The location is fantastic, very close to Zhuozheng Garden subway station, and also near Lion Grove Garden and Suzhou Museum. It's definitely worth recommending, and I felt very safe traveling alone and staying here. Five stars! š

GGuest UserThe B&B's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, making it easy to get around. You can even walk to Guanqian Street and Pingjiang Road. The room was very clean, and the housekeeper did a great job. The bedding was comfortable, though it's a bit of a shame the room was a little small. The host was really enthusiastic and recommended some great local spots for food and sightseeing. It was truly an amazing stay!

QQinziyouranTraveling from Ningbo to Suzhou by car, this convenient hotel is quite close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, like the Lion Grove Garden, Tiger Hill, Hanshan Temple, and Jinji Lake. The hotel helps reserve parking spots right at the entrance, which is fantastic! Parking is 5 yuan for up to 12 hours. After an early check-in, the front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming. They patiently explained everything we needed to know, gave us several bottles of mineral water, and even a building block blind box for our little one. The room was clean, and we booked two rooms further inside, which were generally quiet. Since we had a baby and they were concerned we might be cramped, the hotel even upgraded one of our rooms to a king-size bed for free. The hotel amenities included disposable toilet seat covers, disposable bath towels, and regular towels, which was a thoughtful touch. The helpful front desk staff also recommended local snack shops and stir-fry restaurants that locals frequent, and their service was top-notch ā we tried them out and weren't disappointed! It was a very pleasant trip, and we'll definitely stay here again next time!

The reception was very helpful with all the request made and is available 24/7. Would definitely recommend this place for families travelling to Suzhou.

The room's decor is elegantly minimalist, and my stay was absolutely perfect. It was not only spacious and clean, but also offered a fantastic view. Kicking back on the bed and watching movies on the projector TV was pure bliss. But the real highlight has to be the large bathtub in the room. After a long day of exploring, my legs were swollen, and coming back to the hotel to fill up the tub with hot water and let all the stress melt away was truly the most therapeutic moment! The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Exit 7 of Leqiao Metro Station, making it convenient to get anywhere. Overall, Yun Chuan Hotel not only boasts comfortable amenities but also exceeded my expectations with its exceptionally meticulous service. As soon as I entered the lobby, the front desk offered me a warm towel and a glass of warm water, which instantly warmed my heart. All my requests were attended to promptly, truly making me feel right at home.

SStanley The Travel ManI arrived in pouring rain. I thought I could walk to my hotel but it was impossible in the downpour. I didnāt want to bother any hotel owner. Ā I didnāt and still donāt Ā have an eSIM that can make local Ā call but thanks to Trip.com, there is a link that I could call the owner for free. Ā I didnāt advise the owners my arrival time so they were off running errands. Ā I called the owner to pick me up and thankfully he answered. He was busy but gracious enough to turn around and picked me up. It knew Zhouhuang requires a ticket but I didnāt know that no cars, nor motorcycles, nor bicycles are allowed. Without him I would have arrived the hotel easily.Ā
I always like to meet the owners instead of employees . They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They are honest people who dedicate their Ā blood and sweat to their business. The owner even offered to walk me to the bus stop Ā to Suzhou which was my next destination.Ā
This Ā operates two hotels with 9 in one and 6 in the other. The one that I stayed in with 9 rooms is in a Ā lively and busy area . Just outside the hotel is a restaurant and there are plenty of places to eat. Inside the hotel is a peaceful oasis where you wonāt hear any noise. The location is the best. The other hotel is in a quieter neighborhood a few minutes away. Each of the 15 rooms has itās own personality, is different and has its distinctive decoration. The owners said they decorated them themselves. I love the decoration and especially the lighting.Ā
After you reserve a room, be sure to contact the owner for the exact address in case you want to arrive on your own. I think it is best to request the owner to take you there because he/she will lead you to the ticket booth to buy tickets. There are a number of bridges so heavy big luggages can be a bit of a challenge . Ā If you arrive after 5 pm, you can enter free of charge as no one is there to check your ticket. . But once you are inside, and if you choose to leave the area after 8 or 9 am until 5 pm, you have to pay to come back in. You can buy a one day or in my case 3 days pass. Ā Do check with the owner for up to date information.Ā
The room was quite clean. There were hot water all the time. There were other guests during my stay but they were not noisy at all. I barely heard them. I slept very well during my 3 nights there.Ā
Zhouhuang is really beautiful. There are many canals, bridges, boat rides, good food of all kinds. I had some of the best meals there. In fact , I ate in the same restaurant that serves dumpling twice. One night I had grill (BBQ) meat just outside the entrance for 4 yuans. . Ā There is decent size supermarket just outside the turnstile and not too far away is a much bigger supermarket. It was there where I bought half a Peking duck for only 32 yuans . The seller sliced the meat and separated the meat from Ā the bones. The bones he fried so it was crunchy. Ā It was delicious. There is a theater that offers performances.
The night view is great. If you step out your room, you will be overwhelmed in a good sense by the exciting surroundings.Ā
This hotel definitely is one of the best that I have ever stayed in. Look at the beautiful pictures and find one that you like.Ā
I stayed only 3 nights and one of those days I went to Tongli. In my opinion, one should spend at least 2 to 3 full days in Ā Zhouhuang (and especially this hotel ) savor the ambience. I donāt think Tongli is worth the time because it was twice as expensive and there are not that many canals and boat rides. It is much quieter and has fewer things to see. . The worst is that the sightseeing places require you to show your ticket. After 2 places, I lost mine ticket and I Ā couldnāt get in the rest of the places. It is unnecessary to require proof of entrance because you canāt enter the area without a ticket.Ā

AAnonymous UserOur stay at this Suzhou apartment was nothing short of perfect! As first-time visitors, we were blown away by the incredible value. The location is great, just a quick 5-minute walk from the MRT, which made exploring the entire city effortless.
The apartment itself was exactly as described: spotlessly clean, surprisingly spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The highlight for us was the big projector screen; winding down each night with Chinese dramas was a unique and fun experience. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a huge convenience, allowing us to pack light.
The true standout was our host. She was exceptionally helpful, providing a personal recommendations. Their tips truly made our trip special.
We felt so at home and will 100% be recommending this gem to all our friends. Donāt hesitateābook this place for a seamless and memorable Suzhou adventure
