Guest UserCame to Suzhou with a friend and checked in really late, but the front desk always had someone there. They helped us check in quickly, even upgraded our room, and gave us a tourist guide. Food deliveries were all handled by a robot, which felt really secure. Every day before cleaning, they'd contact us first, so no one just entered our room randomly. Staff would also greet us proactively when we saw them. Everyone was super nice!
**Facilities:** Everything is automated.
**Hygiene:** Clean and tidy.
**Environment:** Close to tourist attractions and convenient for transport.

BeiLeiThe overall service was excellent, everyone was friendly and smiling. For our anniversary, they decorated the room and sent us a small cake and cookies. The infinity pool was beautiful and great for photos, and they even offered us mini popsicles. The kids' club was large, making it a perfect place for families with children.
We originally booked a 'Yiyuan' King Room, but the front desk said they upgraded us to a courtyard room. This room, however, was on the ground floor with a courtyard, which was useless since it rained all day Sunday. Moreover, it was located at the very end of the East Wing, making it extremely inconvenient to get around with a child. We had to walk so much extra. The room was on the first floor, while the front desk was on the second, and we had to take a connecting elevator. The actual 'Yiyuan' rooms are usually on the second floor or higher. So, this felt more like a downgrade disguised as an upgrade, and we were quite uncomfortable. The duvet cover and duvet were separate, the cover had no zipper or ties, and the edges were torn.
I strongly advise against staying in the ground-floor rooms with courtyards. They are dark and gloomy, and on rainy days, a room with a balcony upstairs would be much airier. Since we were traveling with a baby and spent most of our time at the hotel, every time we had to go out, it took forever, and our child got tired. Therefore, I felt the room experience this time was very poor – it was remote, and the lighting was bad.

Guest UserMy stay at Park Hyatt Suzhou far exceeded my expectations. The overall design, with its elegant and grand Suzhou garden-style courtyard, was impressive, and the guest room was very comfortable with an excellent view of Jinji Lake. A special thanks to our butlers, Tracy and Rain, who upgraded us to a lake-view room. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive throughout our stay, taking care of all our needs with a perfect balance of thoughtfulness and discretion. We truly felt at home.
The dining was equally delightful. Xizhou Xuan offered exquisite and authentic dishes, and the breakfast quality was consistently high, with the Suzhou-style offerings being particularly outstanding – a truly satisfying culinary experience. The combination of attentive butler service and delicious food made this trip to Suzhou exceptionally memorable.

Guest UserThis hotel is located at the entrance of Fenghuang Street, a convenient 10-minute walk from the Master of the Nets Garden and Dinghui Temple, and close to Shiquan Street. It's in the old town, but without the hustle and bustle of Pingjiang Road. My room was on the fifth floor, and despite being street-facing, it was surprisingly quiet. The room size matched the description perfectly – quite spacious. It featured smart controls via 'Xiaodu,' and both the mattress and bedding were excellent, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. There's a KFC downstairs, and just a short walk away, you'll find A'cheng Restaurant, known for its delicious and affordable food. The laundry room is on the sixth floor, equipped with two washers and two dryers, right next to a picturesque rooftop garden that's great for photos. My main complaint is that the hotel primarily offers king-size beds, with very few twin rooms available. What was also strange was that after customer service proactively called me the day before check-in to confirm my arrival, someone else called me on the same day asking if I was still checking in. This happened during the off-season on a weekday, which felt a bit odd.

MalipiyeluoThis hotel was a pleasant surprise and offered excellent value for money! 👍
With the Suzhou culture and tourism subsidy, we paid less than 500 RMB for a family room.
📍 **Location**
* Just 3 km from Kunshan Urban Forest Park – perfect for camping, cycling, animal encounters, and kids' activities (both powered and unpowered).
* A 7-8 minute walk to Mixc One for all your dining and shopping needs.
* Also quite close to Metro Line 11 station.
🏨 **Hotel Facilities**
* The front desk thoughtfully provides self-service items like earplugs, band-aids, and disinfectant wipes.
* The family room is incredibly detailed, offering a children's toilet seat, bath bags, kids' books, and building blocks.
* The room is spacious, the air conditioning is good, and the TV allows screen casting, making it very comfortable overall.
* There's a splash pool on the 12th floor, open annually from June 15th to September 15th. We didn't get to experience it this time.
🍜 **Breakfast was a pleasant surprise**
* The restaurant isn't huge but never had a queue, and the dining environment was comfortable.
* While not a massive selection, there was enough variety for a satisfying meal, especially friendly for those with Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai palates.
* Highly recommend the mixed noodles, egg rolls, and beef brisket.
* They also had herbal jelly and snacks for the kids.
📝 They even provided welcome snacks + drinks, and gave the kids toys upon check-out. The emotional value was definitely delivered!
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kunshan, especially for family trips!

A great choice for a relaxing getaway within a 2-hour drive of Shanghai. The butler was also very responsible in understanding guests' needs and making proper arrangements. Miss Cindy at the front desk was warm and attentive.
However, there were a few issues that differed from brand expectations:
1. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the second-floor bedroom, connecting to the corridor, had no blinds, and the glass wasn't one-way. The outside view was completely unobstructed (shocking 😱).
2. The hotel bathtub didn't meet cleanliness standards, showing obvious traces of prior use 🤢.
3. There was noticeable leakage in the bedroom toilet.
4. The slippers were in the second-floor living room, not at the entrance, which made for a very confusing layout.
5. The archery range didn't seem to open at the designated time. Perhaps one needs to proactively inform the activity center?
I hope to see improvements in hygiene and facilities next time I stay, so guests can feel more relaxed and at ease.

Willows are green and reflect the blue waves. Soft silk dances in the spring.
The most affectionate place is Yuejuli, which holds many dreams of tourists.
The town after the rain is like a dream and a painting. The stone road under your feet is a thousand years old at a glance...
Yueju Inn is where the dream begins. The wooden door opens lightly, and you get a quiet world. The smile is warm like the spring breeze. A cup of tea, a lamp, and a warm time.
If you go to Suzhou, you must come to Tongli. If you go to Tongli, you must be in Yueju

Guest UserBanyan Tree, as always, is wonderfully secluded and comfortable!
The butler, a lovely lady, upgraded our room again. And we even ran into Alice Xiaoxiao, the butler who assisted us during our stay last year – it was great to see her again! She proactively reached out before check-in to ask about our needs and was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The concierge service upon arrival was also very thoughtful.
The courtyards, lush greenery, and water features are beautifully designed, offering a new picturesque view at every turn. The views from our room were truly refreshing and invigorating! Kids' toiletries were fully stocked, and the complimentary soft drinks were of good quality, not just an afterthought. The hotel also offers free activities like Baduanjin (a traditional Chinese exercise), cocktail making, and night runs!
Overall, a very satisfying stay! Excellent value for money!
**Dining:** The hotel's Baiyun Restaurant is also fantastic. Even though dinner was a set menu from a group deal, every dish was surprisingly delicious! It's a perfect alternative to the Rongsheng Restaurant next door, where you often have to queue for two hours if you don't want to wait. They've changed breakfast to a mostly buffet style, which can sometimes mean colder food with a less-than-ideal texture. However, they still offer à la carte service upon request, which is great! And the champagne was delicious!
**Activities:** This trip, we came specifically to climb Lion Mountain, and we successfully reached the summit – the entire scenic area is very thoughtfully developed! Safety measures are also very well implemented! Whether looking out from the mountain or gazing at it from the hotel, it's a view within a view – perfect for photos! There are several well-designed buildings nearby, like museums and science centers, all within walking distance. The hotel key card provides direct access to Lion Mountain Park, and in the evening, they even offer transportation for a golf course tour. The park has added more activities since last year, including a mini-train, cycling, and boating. This year, we even tried kayaking – so much fun! We'll definitely be back next year!
Our sincere thanks to Alice Xiaoxiao, our butler, who made our first stay enjoyable and our second even more comfortable. Also, a big shout-out to the handsome concierge who helped with our luggage! The auntie providing turn-down service gave our child small gifts and drinks, and the three lovely ladies at the bar patiently taught us cocktail making… All the hotel staff made us feel so warm and welcome.
Looking forward to our next stay!
