Weekend stay at Four Seasons Hotel with family.
1. **Room:** East Wing with a small courtyard. The room was very clean, no mosquitoes or dust. Toiletries were complete, and the hotel offered a variety of bedding options. Room service was prompt.
2. **Restaurants:** We dined at two restaurants this trip.
1) **Jin Jing Ge:**
Suitable for family dining of 1-3 people. Dishes were exquisite, but portion sizes were not large.
Some service staff could benefit from more detailed training.
Recommended dishes: Jin Jing Chicken, Jiang Bai Shrimp, Sea Urchin Steamed Egg, Wine-infused Pea Shoots.
2) **Yun She Breakfast:**
The front desk lady had an excellent service attitude 👍.
The variety and quantity of dishes were average for a five-star hotel.
Recommended dishes: Smoked Salmon, Hot Pan-fried Buns, Eggs Benedict.
3. **Amenities & Services:**
1) **Travel Photography:**
Photographer Mr. Wang had excellent photography skills and a great service attitude.
No pushy sales tactics. You can choose shooting times and locations based on your needs.
If you only want 3 photos, you can communicate with the photographer in advance.
2) **Bicycles:**
The adult bicycles were quite tall, a bit inconvenient for women.
The bikes were heavy, and the handlebars were difficult to control. Not recommended for beginners.
It would be better if customers were offered a bottle of water and a towel when borrowing a bike.
Suggest having a bicycle repair person to check the bikes when customers return them, ensuring safety for the next customer.
3) **Swimming Pool:**
The outdoor infinity pool was fantastic, equipped with dining, swimming, and lounge chairs.
Recommended to go early to secure a spot to watch the beautiful sunset.
This sums up my experience. Hope it helps everyone! ❤️

Guest UserThere's an old saying, 'Up above there's paradise, down below there's Suzhou and Hangzhou.' I came back to Suzhou for a second visit with this in mind (I had a cold last time... and I have one again this time... sigh). As the last stop of this trip, my expectations for Park Hyatt Suzhou were unconsciously raised by the excellent performance of the previous two hotels. However, the facts prove that Park Hyatt Suzhou has shown through its genuine and attentive service how it stands out from and is highly sought after by numerous luxury hotels in Suzhou, and even the entire Yangtze River Delta region.
First and foremost, I want to thank all the staff who helped me during my stay at Park Hyatt Suzhou. Their contributions to the hotel providing such an excellent experience for guests are indispensable! Here, I truly experienced what it means to feel at home. Just like Park Hyatt's brand motto: 'Luxury is Personal,' the team at Park Hyatt Suzhou works tirelessly to ensure every guest's experience and genuinely cares for their needs. Firstly, I must thank the lady who checked me in on the evening of August 3rd. I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly professional! The check-in process was highly efficient, and she secured my preferred room in advance! Secondly, a special thanks to Rain and Tracy from Guest Relations. The WeChat response time from Park Hyatt Suzhou's Guest Relations department was the fastest I've encountered in all the hotels I've stayed at, including some that are much more expensive! Both staff members were never impatient when helping me, truly thinking from the guest's perspective and wholeheartedly assisting me with any issues during my trip. I remember waking up late and missing breakfast on my last day due to a cold. They made an exception and arranged a full-day breakfast set for me so I could still have breakfast 😊😊, saving me from having to eat a cold bun with my tired body. I am truly, truly grateful!
There was a minor hiccup during my stay, which was personally and professionally handled by the duty manager that day! This instantly surpasses countless comparable hotels. For a luxury hotel, the manager's attitude directly reflects whether the management team cares about the guest's feelings. At Park Hyatt Suzhou, I felt the care and dedication of their entire team, from frontline staff to management! The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, not a speck of dust. I must thank the 'Shifu' (master/skilled worker) responsible for my room; I happened to return while it was being cleaned! Thank you to Shifu and the team for your dedication.
Moving on from the 'software,' Park Hyatt Suzhou's 'hardware' also lives up to its reputation as Jinmantang's 'showcase room.' The construction details are beyond reproach. The full set of Gessi fixtures, with the faucet delivering a very smooth flow of water; surprisingly, the rainfall shower had excellent water pressure despite the high ceiling! The lighting control system was also the best I've seen in any hotel, using a full set of Lutron smart control panels. Each area had three intuitive and adjustable lighting modes, which was very practical. The custom Simmons Black Label mattress provided was my favorite of the nearly 40 nights I've spent in hotels this year – it felt like lying on a cloud, yet provided excellent support!
Finally, one thing that must be mentioned is the Bose Bluetooth speaker and the bedside tables in the room! The choice of speaker was very thoughtful. Due to the large size of Park Hyatt Suzhou's rooms, a rechargeable Bluetooth speaker is very practical, allowing it to be moved freely around the room based on activity areas. Additionally, Park Hyatt Suzhou has clearly taken into full consideration its large base of business and long-term guests, opting for a large bedside table that is both aesthetically pleasing and practical. It was very useful in actual use!
I remember a particularly memorable conversation with a Guest Relations colleague. I was surprised to find that the hotel's bathrobes had changed styles and inquired about it. The answer I received truly impressed me: 'Our hotel actively incorporates guest feedback. Some guests (including yourself) had mentioned that the previous bathrobes were a bit scratchy, so we changed them.' This kind of thoughtfulness is evident in every aspect – arranging rooms with the best views whenever possible, assisting guests wholeheartedly when they encounter problems, proactively resolving any minor flaws during the stay, and directly addressing issues; and asking 'Did you have a good stay these past two days?' during check-out: The team at Park Hyatt Suzhou truly embodies the brand's motto, 'Luxury is Personal,' with their sincerity and dedication.

Guest UserThis hotel is located at the entrance of Fenghuang Street, a convenient 10-minute walk from the Master of the Nets Garden and Dinghui Temple, and close to Shiquan Street. It's in the old town, but without the hustle and bustle of Pingjiang Road. My room was on the fifth floor, and despite being street-facing, it was surprisingly quiet. The room size matched the description perfectly – quite spacious. It featured smart controls via 'Xiaodu,' and both the mattress and bedding were excellent, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. There's a KFC downstairs, and just a short walk away, you'll find A'cheng Restaurant, known for its delicious and affordable food. The laundry room is on the sixth floor, equipped with two washers and two dryers, right next to a picturesque rooftop garden that's great for photos. My main complaint is that the hotel primarily offers king-size beds, with very few twin rooms available. What was also strange was that after customer service proactively called me the day before check-in to confirm my arrival, someone else called me on the same day asking if I was still checking in. This happened during the off-season on a weekday, which felt a bit odd.

MalipiyeluoThis hotel was a pleasant surprise and offered excellent value for money! 👍
With the Suzhou culture and tourism subsidy, we paid less than 500 RMB for a family room.
📍 **Location**
* Just 3 km from Kunshan Urban Forest Park – perfect for camping, cycling, animal encounters, and kids' activities (both powered and unpowered).
* A 7-8 minute walk to Mixc One for all your dining and shopping needs.
* Also quite close to Metro Line 11 station.
🏨 **Hotel Facilities**
* The front desk thoughtfully provides self-service items like earplugs, band-aids, and disinfectant wipes.
* The family room is incredibly detailed, offering a children's toilet seat, bath bags, kids' books, and building blocks.
* The room is spacious, the air conditioning is good, and the TV allows screen casting, making it very comfortable overall.
* There's a splash pool on the 12th floor, open annually from June 15th to September 15th. We didn't get to experience it this time.
🍜 **Breakfast was a pleasant surprise**
* The restaurant isn't huge but never had a queue, and the dining environment was comfortable.
* While not a massive selection, there was enough variety for a satisfying meal, especially friendly for those with Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai palates.
* Highly recommend the mixed noodles, egg rolls, and beef brisket.
* They also had herbal jelly and snacks for the kids.
📝 They even provided welcome snacks + drinks, and gave the kids toys upon check-out. The emotional value was definitely delivered!
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kunshan, especially for family trips!

Facilities: I came here specifically for the boat access and private hot springs. The room with the boat dock faces east, which was perfect for soaking in the hot springs while watching the sunrise! The room was incredibly cozy, the bedding was extremely comfortable, and the mini-bar had a wide variety of items. Since it was my birthday, I was upgraded to a suite, and the Japanese-style tatami tea room was very interesting!
Activities: The entire hotel was filled with a pleasant fragrance. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor activities to enjoy, like lighting incense, making tea, and reading – perfect for a relaxing getaway. I'd heard great things about the spa, and it definitely lived up to the hype. Next to the spa, there's a collaborating gallery featuring two intriguing exhibitions, and the souvenirs were also quite unique. Plus, the weather was beautiful during my stay, and I really enjoyed borrowing bikes from Yueliu to cycle around!
Service: Absolutely exceeded expectations! The front desk butler was very responsive. As it was my birthday, they not only set up a lovely decoration and provided a delicious cake, but several staff members wished me a happy birthday when I encountered them, which was a wonderful surprise! Tina from the spa area was very warm and straightforward, giving me lots of great recommendations, and we had a fantastic chat.
Dining: Dining is probably this hotel's weak point. Breakfast was mediocre. The Baiyun restaurant wasn't open, so I went to Yueliu, and while the food tasted pretty good, it was low value for money – definitely high-end 'agritourism' style. However, the ambiance of both restaurants was superb, and on a sunny day, eating breakfast outdoors while petting cats was incredibly pleasant!

Guest UserThe hotel's biggest highlight is definitely the kayaking in the lotus pond – it's a must-try. The staff is very lean, but despite that, they really tried their best to meet guest needs. It's clear the understaffing isn't their fault. The same goes for the restaurant; there aren't enough chefs, which makes you hesitant to order much. However, there's nothing else to eat nearby, so you're stuck with the hotel food, which honestly isn't great.
If the weather is good, the outdoor lawn is huge, and the water sports are decent. It's a good spot for families with kids or dogs.
I really didn't like the room. Next time, I'd try a regular suite instead of a villa. The villa felt like a renovated unfinished building.
Overall, I'd still be willing to come back if I'm in the immediate area.

Willows are green and reflect the blue waves. Soft silk dances in the spring.
The most affectionate place is Yuejuli, which holds many dreams of tourists.
The town after the rain is like a dream and a painting. The stone road under your feet is a thousand years old at a glance...
Yueju Inn is where the dream begins. The wooden door opens lightly, and you get a quiet world. The smile is warm like the spring breeze. A cup of tea, a lamp, and a warm time.
If you go to Suzhou, you must come to Tongli. If you go to Tongli, you must be in Yueju

Guest UserBanyan Tree, as always, is wonderfully secluded and comfortable!
The butler, a lovely lady, upgraded our room again. And we even ran into Alice Xiaoxiao, the butler who assisted us during our stay last year – it was great to see her again! She proactively reached out before check-in to ask about our needs and was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The concierge service upon arrival was also very thoughtful.
The courtyards, lush greenery, and water features are beautifully designed, offering a new picturesque view at every turn. The views from our room were truly refreshing and invigorating! Kids' toiletries were fully stocked, and the complimentary soft drinks were of good quality, not just an afterthought. The hotel also offers free activities like Baduanjin (a traditional Chinese exercise), cocktail making, and night runs!
Overall, a very satisfying stay! Excellent value for money!
**Dining:** The hotel's Baiyun Restaurant is also fantastic. Even though dinner was a set menu from a group deal, every dish was surprisingly delicious! It's a perfect alternative to the Rongsheng Restaurant next door, where you often have to queue for two hours if you don't want to wait. They've changed breakfast to a mostly buffet style, which can sometimes mean colder food with a less-than-ideal texture. However, they still offer à la carte service upon request, which is great! And the champagne was delicious!
**Activities:** This trip, we came specifically to climb Lion Mountain, and we successfully reached the summit – the entire scenic area is very thoughtfully developed! Safety measures are also very well implemented! Whether looking out from the mountain or gazing at it from the hotel, it's a view within a view – perfect for photos! There are several well-designed buildings nearby, like museums and science centers, all within walking distance. The hotel key card provides direct access to Lion Mountain Park, and in the evening, they even offer transportation for a golf course tour. The park has added more activities since last year, including a mini-train, cycling, and boating. This year, we even tried kayaking – so much fun! We'll definitely be back next year!
Our sincere thanks to Alice Xiaoxiao, our butler, who made our first stay enjoyable and our second even more comfortable. Also, a big shout-out to the handsome concierge who helped with our luggage! The auntie providing turn-down service gave our child small gifts and drinks, and the three lovely ladies at the bar patiently taught us cocktail making… All the hotel staff made us feel so warm and welcome.
Looking forward to our next stay!
