AAnonymous UserI booked the Suzhou Anyi Hotel for a friend, and they gave excellent feedback after their stay, very satisfied with the overall experience.
The hotel's location is truly fantastic. It's within walking distance to Guanqian Street, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. A huge plus for anyone visiting Suzhou.
The rooms feature a smart design, allowing you to control things with voice commands to 'Xiao An.' It's very convenient and feels quite high-tech. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a good sense of space, making for a very relaxing stay.
We arrived quite early that day and asked the front desk if we could check in ahead of time. The staff's service attitude was excellent; they were very patient and helpful in coordinating the arrangements. They even upgraded our room type, which really elevated the experience.
Plus, the smart toilet, bed, and pillows in the room were all very comfortable. The attention to detail was impressive, and the stay exceeded expectations.
My friend was very happy with it and said they would definitely consider staying here again on their next trip to Suzhou.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean, not crowded, with a collection of patterns and style. The windows are large and the view is good. There is a children's playground on the first floor of Building 2, which the children like. The breakfast is rich. Bird watching and scenic spot tickets are given, which is very cost-effective. Bird watching is worth going. The scenic spot rocking boat is worth a ride, 30 yuan/person. There are few people on the rainy Dragon Boat Festival, which is not bad.
The hotel staff is enthusiastic. 🅿️ The parking lot is large and there is no parking fee. I will choose to stay in Manxinfu next time. Thank you for the careful and meticulous service of the hotel staff this time.

Wwl****The location is fantastic, right inside the ancient town. You can get in for free after 5 PM. Plus, after breakfast the next day, you can tour Shen Hall and Zhang Hall for free. The value for money is just incredible! They even provide a bath kit in the room, which is a really thoughtful touch. Big thumbs up, highly recommend!

Our stay here exceeded expectations in every way. The hotel itself is very elegant, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The courtyard area is absolutely wonderful — very clean, relaxing, with a beautiful pond full of colorful fish that creates a special atmosphere both during the day and evening.
The rooms are spacious, fresh, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything feels carefully maintained and much more premium than the price we paid. Honestly, we felt we received far more value than expected.
What made this experience truly exceptional was the employee Charles. He was incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely caring during our whole stay. He always helped us with recommendations about the best places to visit, restaurant guidance, arranging taxis, taking care of our luggage, and even helped create a wonderful fish-feeding experience for us. Small details like this made our trip feel special and memorable.
You can clearly feel real hospitality here, not just hotel service.
We stayed as a couple and would happily return again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Suzhou who wants an authentic, elegant, and relaxing experience.

It comes with fitness equipment and complimentary laundry service. GGuest UserNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here.
Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around.
In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room.
When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture?
Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc.
Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us.
These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, right above a commercial street with a subway station conveniently located just outside. There's a charming pedestrian bridge next to the subway, perfect for photos and adding to the overall ambiance. The hotel is also incredibly close to a major shopping mall; cross the bridge, and you're at Vientiane World – truly a superb spot!
Service: The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, genuinely caring for every guest and resolving issues remarkably quickly.
Ambiance: The Japanese-inspired decor creates a fantastic atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean, wonderfully comfortable, and tidy. Staying here was a truly delightful experience.

It was amazing to have the room’s windowoverlook Pingjiang street and the canal. There are plenty of food and drinks options right outside the hotel and a short walk away. Great hotel to stay if you enjoy the traditional atmosphere of Suzhou.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were all incredibly nice! I initially booked the wrong dates on a third-party platform, and they helped me contact the third-party customer service for a refund. Then, they even upgraded my room on the spot. When I left, they gave me some snacks, drinks, and tissues. Their service was very thoughtful!
