GGuest UserWe really love this hotel. The owner, husband and wife so friendly. They contacted us days before we checked in and sent lots of very usefull information about their location, Suzhou attractions and local food choices. Upon our arrival, the husband welcome us with fresh fruits.
Around a week before our stay, we ordered taobao with the hotel as the delivery location, we ordered quite a lot of stuff and the owners helped us to keep the packages for a couple of days. When we got there and received our orders, we discovered that it was still in very good shape and are well kept. As a matter in a fact, there are still some orders from taobao that we placed that still haven't arrived yet. We informed the owners and they agree to help us keep the packages until we visit there again in April.
The hotel location is perfect, very near within walking distance to Suzhou Museum, Humble Administrator Garden and Pingjiang street. The metro station is also very near, around 200 meters, 5 minutes on foot.
The room is very clean with lots of space for 3 of our big luggages. The room is complete with a private sauna which is very special during this winter time. The room heater works perfectly and there's also a heater on the bed to keep us warm while sleeping.
We enjoy our stay and wish to thank the owners for their hospitality. We will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserI booked this place after seeing the great reviews on Trip.com, and it really lived up to them. It's super close to the ancient town's archway ticket gate, so it was quite easy to find after getting dropped off by taxi. The soundproofing is excellent; it was very quiet at night, and I slept really well. The room was also very spacious, and it was lovely to relax on the small balcony in the afternoon with some tea and sunshine. The owners, a couple, were incredibly kind. They helped us with our luggage both when we arrived and when we left, and even gave me a bag of local specialties. Their dog is adorable too! I highly recommend staying here when you visit Zhouzhuang.

BBobby_LeslieThis was an incredibly satisfying and surprisingly good trip! After I made the booking, the owner called to give me directions to the free parking lot. Once I arrived, an electric cart quickly picked me up and took me to the hotel. The hotel itself rivals a five-star garden resort – it's clean, tidy, and has a comfortable temperature.
They upgraded our rooms and placed them together, which was convenient for visiting each other. The rooms were very spacious, with separate wet and dry areas, and impeccably clean with a cozy atmosphere.
The family room had two extra-large beds, a bathtub, and an open-air balcony perfect for enjoying tea, the view, and conversations.
Ordering takeout in the evening was also very convenient, with delivery directly to the hotel. The hotel also has its own restaurant within the ancient town, offering discounts to guests. The restaurant's ambiance is excellent, the dishes are visually appealing, taste great, and the set menus offer fantastic value for money.
When checking out, I just sent a WeChat message to the owner, and an electric cart was immediately arranged to take us back to the parking lot. The entire stay was absolutely perfect! The owner also has a super cute Corgi. The next time I visit Zhouzhuang, I'll definitely choose Mulan again.

GGuest UserGreat location for Zhouzhuang, zhouzhuang itself is magical. A welcoming very friendly lady came outside to greet us. She gave us a map and was always willingy helpful when asked which places to visit and where best to eat. And her suggestions were always spot on, the restaurant from where I had the fish, which was unique and delicious. We were lucky, i feel we had a free guide with us. Also very spacious and clean room, perfect shower and bathroom.

LLulumanyoujiThis is probably my fifth stay here, and the environment is just so comfortable. They even upgraded me to a suite for free, which was absolutely fantastic! It's right next to the city moat and the Loumen city wall, giving it a charming, ancient vibe. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, and the staff's attitude has always been consistently good.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay here. Hotel staff were very kind; they met us at the entrance to the ancient town to help us with our bags and lead the way. The rooms are lovely and have air conditioning and complimentary water bottles. The location is perfect. Would absolutely recommend.

GGuest UserWhen i arrive at 7pm, there is no receptionist, this hotel is a self checkin type, but i got lucky that i meet a aunty that help me to contact the receptionist and gave me the room password (the room use a smartdoor with self checkin type)
It is located inside of Tongli ancient town, so if you like a quite place and want to feel to live like a locals, this is a good option

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Basic amenities are all available, and having a microwave on the first floor to heat up leftovers is very convenient.
Cleanliness: The overall place is clean and hygienic; as soon as you enter the room, it feels fresh and bright.
Environment: The biggest highlight of this B&B is the small balcony overlooking the river. Enjoying the sun and having afternoon tea there is simply delightful~
Service: Both the proprietress and the housekeeper auntie are very welcoming, and the kind and beautiful proprietress even gave us a free room upgrade!
Overall, we had a very comfortable stay for one night, which perfectly concluded our trip to Tongli😊

TTowandaThe location is quite good, convenient to go anywhere. The old houses have a lot of charm, but they are indeed a bit old. I stayed on the first floor, and the cleaning wasn't very thorough. The stairs creaked quite a bit, so light sleepers should be careful. Hot water was plentiful, and the bathroom had disposable towels and other amenities.

GGallleyaThis is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to China. We lived in a separate house. It's quiet and cozy there. The air conditioner works well for heating.
The hostess is very friendly and kind. When we got lost during check-in, she herself came for us. Also thanks to the man who helped us when leaving the hotel.
Comfortable bathroom, good beds, spacious room. I highly recommend it!
