Checked into the Indigo Suzhou Jinji Lake, and the location is absolutely unbeatable – just a 2-minute walk from Suzhou Contemporary Art Gallery Metro Station. The hotel's overall vibe is 'Suzhou Cyberpunk,' blending traditional Jiangnan garden aesthetics with vibrant colors, making it super photogenic. In the room, the Dyson hairdryer was fantastic, and the B1 pool is heated. After a workout, you can even go cycling by the lake – the free bike rental is a huge plus! The Ferris wheel is right across the street, offering incredible views. During my stay, if I had any issues, I reached out to Guest Relations Manager Scott, who was incredibly responsive online and resolved everything efficiently. The service was truly reassuring.

Took my kids to Suzhou Tongli Lake Hotel for a weekend stay. Their logo is a hoopoe bird, and the experience exceeded our expectations! The room was new, spotless, and thoughtfully detailed, making our stay incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The family-friendly facilities were fantastic: outdoors, you can feed bunnies, and the kids' play area was clean and safe – my child didn't want to leave! The heated pool had crystal-clear water, perfect for both adults and kids to enjoy. The buffet offered fresh, diverse, and delicious food with plenty of choices. On Sunday morning, we did a travel photoshoot in the Suzhou-style garden right next to the hotel. With its white walls, dark-tiled roofs, winding corridors, and ornate windows, every step offered a picturesque scene. It's a wonderful family-friendly hotel with a serene environment and attentive service!

Let's talk about the location first: I originally wanted to book a hotel by Jinji Lake, but I'm so glad I booked here instead – it's incredibly convenient! Pingjiang Road is right outside, making it easy to find food, entertainment, and buy souvenirs. But what I really want to rave about is the service. We drove here, and on a weekend, there were a lot of cars around the attractions. I contacted the front desk, and a staff member named Xiao Xu immediately arranged someone to help us with our luggage and provided valet parking. We went straight to the hotel, and a dedicated driver parked our car. When we wanted to go elsewhere, we chose to take the subway, and they even arranged a car to pick us up and drop us off at the high-speed rail station – all we had to do was contact the concierge. We stayed for one night, and we had to check out before 12 PM the next day. I thought the service would end after check-out, but that wasn't the case at all. In the afternoon, we bought some souvenirs and stored them at the hotel. In the evening, when we returned to our car, they even arranged a dedicated staff member to help us carry everything to the car, including all our luggage. The service was absolutely fantastic!!! If we didn't know what to eat or where to stay, the front desk would always arrange everything perfectly. The room has a Suzhou-style garden decoration, giving you the feeling of living in a traditional garden. The building itself is 300 years old, and the environment is lovely, plus it's very clean. What I want to praise the most is truly the amazing service; it made traveling with kids so convenient. Even after checking out, the service didn't diminish, which I'm really grateful for!

First time here, I'd read a lot about it beforehand. It definitely lived up to the hype! The hotel has a rich history and deep heritage, and the service was incredibly warm. They even allowed an early check-in and upgraded me to an 'Infinite' room. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were from a high-end brand. What really impressed me was the individually wrapped towels – that's a rare and thoughtful touch. The only minor drawback was the low water pressure in the shower, which might be due to being on the first floor. But that's a small issue that doesn't detract from the overall experience. The four main scenic spots within the garden are also a big plus; I highly recommend taking part in the tour, especially for first-time guests. It's about 30 minutes long and well-planned. Breakfast was excellent, with both Chinese and Western options. I recommend the red soup noodles and douhua; I even had two bowls of the braised pork noodles. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and attractions. A walk along Shiquan Street at night is wonderfully relaxing. It's also very close to the Master of the Nets Garden. It's a shame I only stayed for the weekend; I'll definitely have to come back if I get the chance!

To all the dedicated staff at Wanda Realm, first and foremost, thank you for your consistently warm service. **Facilities**: As a newly opened hotel, I've stayed here multiple times. The hardware facilities consistently exceed the brand's positioning, and the attention to detail is excellent. **Hygiene**: After numerous stays, I can confirm that even the hidden corners are subjected to rigorous inspection and cleaning. They maintain a dust-free standard, even on ceiling lights, under sofas, and on air-conditioning buttons. **Service**: From the management team to the front desk, everyone demonstrates an exceptionally high level of enthusiasm for guests. The work environment feels relaxed and pleasant.

This resort is a bit old, and the facilities do show their age. However, you can tell it was built to a high standard, with spacious rooms, a separate wet and dry area, double sinks, and a large bathroom with an automatic toilet. The shower stall is an add-on next to the bathtub, and the water pressure is excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. It has all the amenities of a standard hotel, and since it focuses on families, all table corners are child-proofed. Kids' slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, and footstools are all provided. The courtyard has a carousel, go-karts, a playground, a mini-train, and even small animals – kids are sure to have a great time. The front desk called before, during, and after check-in to ask about our needs and our stay, promptly resolving any issues. For that, I'm happy to give five stars. Breakfast offered a good variety, though the pastries and baked goods were a bit subpar. There's also a late-night congee served at 8 PM. You can really see the effort put in by the hotel management.

The hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from Exit 3 of Nanyuan North Road Metro Station, making it easy to hail a taxi. Food delivery is also convenient, with a robot delivering orders directly to your door. The overall decor is very refreshing. You can walk to the Master of the Nets Garden through charming alleyways. If you're visiting at night, be aware that some parts of the return route may be unlit and quite secluded. The front desk upgraded my room, which was spacious and clean. It had a desk, a small sofa, and a coffee table, providing ample space for dining and working. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had good water pressure. The hairdryer is a Laifen, and the Bluetooth speaker is a JBL, both brand new. There's also a garment steamer. The restaurant's offerings are decent, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

As other online reviews mentioned, don't expect much from the service here. 1. Usually, hotels have a butler escort you to your room and explain things, or at least wait at the door. On our check-in day, we arrived at our room to find the door open. A staff member in plain clothes suddenly emerged from the room, startling us. But that's a minor detail. 2. The public hot spring (gongtang) operating hours are 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM. However, when we went at 9:30 PM, after showering, ready to soak, we were told the 'golden' spring (jintang) was already being cleaned and we couldn't use it. Why couldn't anyone warn us when we entered or while we were showering? They started cleaning a full hour before closing, and there were 3-4 other guests in the women's bath at the time; everyone just looked at each other in disbelief. 3. On Tuesday, before checking out, I wanted to have one last soak, so I woke up early. But when I entered the women's changing room, all the lights were off (the locker access card still worked, so the access control wasn't off, and there were no 'closed' signs at the entrance). I had to call the front desk myself to find out it was closed on Tuesdays. No one mentioned this to us during check-in or at any other time, and it wasn't in the check-in guide. So, we woke up early for nothing. The front desk said it was mentioned on Ctrip (it was, but in tiny font about seven or eight pages down). There were also no compensation measures. When we checked out, there were even other guests who had driven over specifically for the hot springs, only to be told it was closed that day. They also made a wasted trip, so the unclear signage is definitely not an isolated incident. Other than that, the value for money is quite good, and the private hot spring (sitang) fees are reasonable, though the private springs only offer the 'silver' spring (yintang).

The ultimate one-stop destination for families with kids! No need to venture out, both adults and children had a blast! The hotel facilities are truly comprehensive, featuring its own children's water park. There's a shallow pool and small slides for younger kids, the water quality is clean, and the lifeguards are always on duty, which was very reassuring. My child played there happily all afternoon and didn't want to leave. After playing, we went straight to the hot spring area to relax. With dozens of different wellness pools and mild water temperatures, soaking there was incredibly soothing and perfectly relieved the fatigue from playing in the water. Besides the water park and hot springs, there's also an indoor play area, parent-child DIY crafts, and a children's restaurant – everything you need for eating, staying, and playing is available right within the hotel, truly offering a one-stop vacation experience. The room was clean and spacious, and they thoughtfully provided amenities like children's toothbrushes and small slippers. The staff were friendly, and check-in was efficient. We didn't have to worry about a thing regarding our itinerary. We'll definitely come back for our next family vacation with the kids.

I was upgraded to a room on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view. What really blew me away was the hotel lobby – the design aesthetics are just incredible, absolutely stunning! The whole hotel is filled with lush greenery, giving you a real vacation vibe. The breakfast was Western style, not really to my taste, but the environment was definitely amazing. The food near the hotel, especially the chicken wontons, was surprisingly good – I'll definitely be having them again next time! The service was also great, and they even have a shuttle bus.
