The Lamborghini Hotel Suzhou Jinji Lake boasts an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient to step out and find dining and shopping options at the Gate to the East. The two restaurants within the hotel are also fantastic, and the service is top-notch. A special shout-out to Liu Qian, the lovely manager at the front desk. She's incredibly gentle and kind, and handles things with meticulous care and responsibility. We even saw her diligently working during afternoon tea, which is truly commendable! Also, Zhao Jianping, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel very happy. The hotel's overall management is strict and well-regulated, ensuring a fantastic vacation experience! Definitely worth returning to multiple times!

Guest UserThe location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Pingjiang Road. After exploring Pingjiang Road, it's perfectly situated to visit the Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum. The hotel has an antique charm, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. I was pleasantly surprised to find a direct dispenser for hot and cold drinking water in the room. Breakfast isn't a buffet; you choose your items the day before, but it's so delicious and generous that we only wished our stomachs were bigger! From the moment we checked in, every staff member was incredibly warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to Front Desk Agent Xiao Xu, who contacted us even before our arrival to give us directions and continued to check in on us until we checked out. She truly made this short trip perfect, and we're so grateful!

Guest UserI’d call this hotel a ‘soul-healing pod for city dwellers’ ✨
At first, I was just drawn in by the gentle vibe in the pictures. It's funny how you just know when something's right – the moment I clicked on it, I thought, 'Yep, this is the one.' But staying here turned out to be even more therapeutic than I imagined.
When I checked in, the front desk guy upgraded my room, and my heart melted the moment I opened the door to that scenic balcony. The evening breeze in Suzhou recently has been as soft as cotton candy. After a shower, I sat on the balcony, just zoning out. No mosquitoes, no traffic noise, just the night sky and the occasional cool gust. At that moment, I felt like a leaf that had been ironed flat 🍃.
I also have to rave about the wellness programs here! The sound bath with singing bowls was my little nightly treat; the sound rippled through the dark like a brain massage. The oxygen chamber and the Xiaoyu therapy bed were my 'sleep switches' – the second time I lay on that massage bed, I just drifted off... The therapists tailored the treatments to my physical condition; it wasn't a one-size-fits-all routine. I truly felt 'seen' and 'cared for.'
Even on a solo trip, I felt completely at ease. Although the hotel is in the city, the soundproofing is like another dimension. It’s super close to Humble Administrator's Garden, Guanqian Street, and Pingjiang Road. Delivery food was available whenever I wanted it; I could even summon nearby Suzhou-style snacks with a click. One day, I ordered all three meals for delivery, and the front desk guy even offered to bring them up to my room – seriously, their thoughtfulness made me want to give them candy 🍬. Mini-bar, fruit, and a nightly 'goodnight soup' were all provided daily. It was pure bliss.
I initially only planned to stay for two days, but it was so comfortable that I extended my stay for another night. After three days, my shoulders and neck felt relaxed, and even my breathing had slowed down by half a beat.
I think I'll be back. Not just for that evening breeze, that bed, or that delivered bowl of Suzhou mung bean soup, but also for the gentle 'I hope you rest well' look in every staff member's eyes here.
Whether you're alone or with someone, this place will gently embrace you. 🌙

ZhoujizifeitiyandashiThis hotel has the highest concentration of 'xiaojiejie' (young women, often with a hint of being escorts) I've ever seen. If you sit in the lobby bar for about half an hour starting at 2 PM, you can pretty much figure out what kind of 'xiaojiejie' the 'big brothers' from Suzhou are taking out these days. And if you go around 1 AM, you'll get an even clearer picture.
The next day, when I went swimming, there were a bunch of 'xiaojiejie' with great figures, scantily clad, posing for photos, making it impossible to actually photograph the pool.
Right next door is Huaihai Street. I went there at 11 PM to eat soba noodles and saw a lot of 'love' being delivered to people's doors. There were also some 'xiaojiejie' walking arm-in-arm with Japanese older men back to the hotel. And some who were drunk, clinging to men and shouting loudly.
When I went downstairs in the middle of the night, I saw a giant cockroach in the mist and felt a bit helpless, worrying it would suddenly turn into a defense tower and shoot a fireball or lightning, destroying the Indigo.
Downstairs, there's also a now-rare Jiyue car. I vaguely remember that the Jiyue exhibition area used to be right downstairs from the Indigo, in the mall.
I suggest the hotel cancels the welcome fruit service. Most people generally find it inconvenient, especially in this kind of hotel.
The hotel offered me many courtesies beyond normal expectations to compensate for some inconveniences I experienced, but I declined them all. So, I'll just give it a normal rating. The facilities are a bit old, but breakfast is good. The perfume in the elevator is too strong, but everything else is pretty good.

As other online reviews mentioned, don't expect much from the service here.
1. Usually, hotels have a butler escort you to your room and explain things, or at least wait at the door. On our check-in day, we arrived at our room to find the door open. A staff member in plain clothes suddenly emerged from the room, startling us. But that's a minor detail.
2. The public hot spring (gongtang) operating hours are 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM. However, when we went at 9:30 PM, after showering, ready to soak, we were told the 'golden' spring (jintang) was already being cleaned and we couldn't use it. Why couldn't anyone warn us when we entered or while we were showering? They started cleaning a full hour before closing, and there were 3-4 other guests in the women's bath at the time; everyone just looked at each other in disbelief.
3. On Tuesday, before checking out, I wanted to have one last soak, so I woke up early. But when I entered the women's changing room, all the lights were off (the locker access card still worked, so the access control wasn't off, and there were no 'closed' signs at the entrance). I had to call the front desk myself to find out it was closed on Tuesdays. No one mentioned this to us during check-in or at any other time, and it wasn't in the check-in guide. So, we woke up early for nothing. The front desk said it was mentioned on Ctrip (it was, but in tiny font about seven or eight pages down).
There were also no compensation measures. When we checked out, there were even other guests who had driven over specifically for the hot springs, only to be told it was closed that day. They also made a wasted trip, so the unclear signage is definitely not an isolated incident.
Other than that, the value for money is quite good, and the private hot spring (sitang) fees are reasonable, though the private springs only offer the 'silver' spring (yintang).

Jason Kam ganyaorongNovotel Suzhou is an excellent choice for a short family getaway, offering a warm and comfortable atmosphere, especially perfect for those traveling with children. The rooms are spotless and spacious, ensuring both parents and kids can relax and feel at ease.
What truly makes it stand out is the fantastic array of entertainment facilities provided for children. There are dedicated indoor and outdoor kids' play areas, a private children's pool, a fun game room, a kids' club, and regularly organized parent-child activities. While the kids are having a blast, parents can enjoy some much-needed downtime.
The restaurant also offers nutritious meals tailored for children, with attentive and thoughtful service. Overall, Novotel Suzhou perfectly combines cleanliness and an abundance of family-friendly amenities, making it the ideal choice for families seeking a worry-free, fun, and high-quality trip. Highly recommended.
