Perfect
GGuest UserA super satisfying experience, the number of rooms is just right for us.
Hygienic: The room is very clean, the bathroom has no smell, hot water is sufficient, and several rooms will not affect the bath at the same time.
Service: The service is very good, the group will be pulled in advance, and all kinds of needs will be responded quickly.
Hardware: It can be seen that the boss is still very careful in the operation, all kinds of decoration designs have been spent on.
This trip brought children, dining chair toys, staying in tatami room type is also very suitable, not afraid of children falling out of bed.

IInaRIt's a great house in an awesome location. However, it has not been looked after well. It's quite dirty (spinning webs in the room, toilet in the reception area is being used as ayi's cleaning room or where she would look after her personal hygiene - comb and cleaning utensils/towels placed on sink) and even though you can see some staff from time to time, they don't feel keen to interact with you. All the activities that we were sent, were not available (animal feeding - no animals, wine tasting - no wine) or we had to find out how to do them ourselves (drawing - most of the pens were dry. sunset walk - no one could efficiently explain where to go or point out direction on map). Lunch and denu menu is the same and very limited (also fries were sold out after the first night we stayed there), there were no cool drinks available. At breakfast menu there was a station where staff should make fresh fried egg but there was no staff. No one asked if we wanted tea or coffee or was there to help with anything. In the morning, the table was still the same like we left it after dinner. All in all, it was very chaotic and felt more like an airbnb than a hotel experience.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious. I booked last minute on May 1st, so the lake view rooms were fully booked, which was a shame. However, you can still enjoy the beautiful lake view from the breakfast area, lobby bar, and lounge. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it didn't feel crowded at all. There were lots of tents camping along Lake Tai, which was a really nice touch. I'd love to come back and experience it again. The hotel staff were all very welcoming, it felt just like coming home! 😆

UUdianxiaopiqiwEnvironment: This is a really nice guesthouse. The atmosphere is great as soon as you walk in, and you can tell the owner put a lot of thought and effort into the decor; every detail is meticulous.
Service: The butler provides excellent one-on-one service. They even ask in advance if you'd like porridge or noodles for breakfast, and the noodles were very delicious.
Facilities: The guesthouse is fully equipped, and there's even a natural hot spring for soaking. The rooms are very clean, and the amenities are of high quality.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou! Haha.
DdyhxThe hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests.
The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries.
Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower.
The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums.
In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs.
Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me.
But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

1110153****A clean and affordable hot spring hotel with few guests. The service attitude was genuinely excellent – friendly, attentive, and patient. The hot springs were also good; the key is that there weren't many people, making for a very relaxing soak. Soaking in the winter is truly comfortable. We were warm and toasty, and it wasn't cold at all walking back from the outdoor pools.
The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices.
However, a few complaints: The family room was advertised to have a sofa bed, but it was very small, only suitable for a child. Once unfolded, half was a hardboard and half a soft cushion, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shampoo and body wash provided for showering at the hot springs were quite low-quality, and there was no conditioner. Also, the changing room air conditioning was insufficient, so it was quite cold while changing clothes.

GGuest UserA truly delightful stay from check-in to check-out, every detail was perfect. A big thank you to our butler, Lumi, who was always responsive to our needs and even upgraded our room due to special circumstances. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional, making the check-in process efficient and addressing all our requests promptly. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the housekeeping team was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the local specialty snacks are definitely worth trying. The restaurant staff proactively asked about coffee/tea preferences. We received welcome fruits upon arrival and a thoughtful souvenir upon departure, which made us feel very special. We also enjoyed the travel photography, spa, hot springs, and private hot tub, all of which were very satisfying. Honestly, from the moment we arrived until we left, we interacted with many staff members from various departments, and every single one was exceptional. I'd give full marks to each and every staff member, with a special thanks to our butler Lumi. I'm already looking forward to my next holiday in Suzhou and staying at the Banyan Tree again!

GGuest UserAn absolutely perfect B&B experience! The lake view loft is breathtaking, and watching the sunrise from the bathtub is incredibly romantic! 😭 The owner's meticulous service (with complimentary fruit and drinks), and the freshly made breakfast is incredibly delicious! Pet-friendly, with a pool, and electric carts for easy island hopping! The facilities are brand new and smart, and the details are comparable to a five-star hotel! Kanas really knows how to vacation, and I'm definitely going to take my parents back! ❤️

GGuest UserBringing the baby to Taihu Lake on the weekend to relax, choosing the Baihujing B&B for time, the overall experience far exceeded expectations! The B&B is in Xishan Island Village, quiet and not noisy, pure white minimalist style is particularly clean and healing, the courtyard pool is super island-like, and the children don't want to go until they play Trip.com . The rooms are all first-line lake views, large floor-to-ceiling windows + viewing terraces, lounge chairs blowing the lake breeze to watch the sunset, the atmosphere is directly full Trip.com . The room facilities are very new, smart toilets, Dyson hair dryers, five-star beddings are all equipped, and the details are at ease Trip.com . The boss family is enthusiastic and real, send the route in advance, help plan the play, breakfast is very comfortable, parking is convenient, the whole family is very satisfied, next time you come to Taihu Lake to live here.
