The room was clean and bright, and the Xiaodu smart control system was user-friendly and convenient. The surrounding environment was quiet and elegant, with convenient transportation and ample, safe parking in the backyard. The service was also reassuring and attentive, and they even provided a fruit platter. We were upgraded to a room with a window and added a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou.

The location is super convenient! It's just a 15-minute boat ride from Suzhou Station to North Wharf, and the hotel is a short walk from there. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and clean the room was. The balcony overlooking North Wharf and the lake was lovely, and it's so easy to go shopping from here. The front desk staff were also very patient and helpful with their explanations. 🥰

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay very pleasant. And their beds are so comfortable to sleep on :) The front desk crew were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They were always happy to assist whenever we had questions or needed anything, and their warm service really made a difference. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. It was especially convenient for exploring the area without having to travel too far. Overall, we were very happy with our experience here. The combination of cleanliness, great service, friendly staff, and convenient location made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others visiting the area!

The location is right on Shantang Street, and it's not far from the Ximins Farmers Market and the subway station next door, about a five-minute walk, so getting around is very convenient. Facilities: Standard guesthouse facilities, and overall they look quite new. It was pretty cold when I visited, but the room's air conditioning worked well, so I didn't feel like the temperature wasn't reaching the right level. Hygiene: I ran my hand over several surfaces and didn't feel any dust. There were no obvious stains in the room either, so it was relatively clean. Environment: The guesthouse clearly separates public areas from guest-only areas. General visitors can only access the lobby, and the accommodation sections require a key card to enter and are separated by frosted glass doors, so privacy is not an issue. There's also a lounge area on the first floor with a double-height ceiling and some greenery, and the sunlight coming in makes it very comfortable. You can relax here if you don't want to stay in your room. Service: All the staff members were very polite. They greeted me when I came in and out, helped with key cards, and had a great attitude. They were always available, and actively helped resolve any small issues. Although it's in a tourist area, there's a short path separating the accommodation from the main street, so I wasn't disturbed by the noise of tourists outside. The key card access to the accommodation area also prevents guests from feeling like they are part of a spectacle, which I appreciate. The soundproofing was relatively poor; I could hear my neighbor showering 😂. However, I'm a good sleeper, and the other guests weren't making much noise, so overall it didn't affect my rest. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Shantang Street area, I highly recommend it.

The homestay I stayed at this time really exceeded expectations! The location is particularly good, only 5 minutes walk from the subway station, it is very convenient to go to the scenic spot and the business district, there are convenience stores and snack streets around, and there is no need to worry about foraging late at night. The decoration of the homestay is warm log wind, clean and tidy to surprise, the sheets and bedding are just changed, with a faint smell of sunshine, and the bathroom has no smell. The landlord was very caring, sent detailed check-in guidelines in advance, and also prepared disposable toiletries, mosquito repellent and umbrellas, full of happiness. The lighting in the room is superb. It is especially pleasant to sit on the bay window in the afternoon to bask in the sun and read a book. Quiet and not noisy at night, sleep very peacefully. Next time I come here to play, I will definitely choose this homestay, I have already recommended it to my friends!

Bringing my elderly parents and child to Suzhou, choosing this inn was such a smart decision! The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful; knowing we had seniors with us, she immediately arranged a ground-floor room. She also proactively helped us with our luggage and directed us to parking. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. It's super close to Suzhou Museum and Lion Grove Garden, both within walking distance. Plus, there are plenty of light and delicious Suzhou-style breakfast spots nearby, which both the seniors and the child enjoyed.

The room is located on the 3rd floor of the old residential area in an alley. It is a two-bedroom room with independent electronic door locks. The space is very spacious. 2 rooms and 1 living room. Although the owner has carefully arranged it, the old traces are still very obvious. The hygiene is acceptable, the bedside is dusty, and the bathroom facilities are old. But there is a kitchen, there is a microwave oven and induction cooker, and a small refrigerator is very convenient. The boss is very good, will send you detailed check-in information, the attitude is also very warm, and also delayed us to check out for an hour. Very very close to the Shantang Scenic Area, but if you want to take a taxi, you need to walk a short distance. If you are not particularly demanding, you are still recommended to stay.

I was going to Xiyuan Temple the next day. I looked up this hotel online and placed an order. The transportation is very convenient. When I checked in, the two employees at the front desk were very enthusiastic and the service was very easy. They even gave me tickets to Xiyuan Temple. We really think about what the guests want. The rooms are very large and the floors are newly replaced. Although it is not a new hotel, the maintenance is quite good. Every corner is also very clean. It has an antique charm. It is worth visiting next time. Recommend friends to stay here

We stayed in Suzhou for one night. Staying longer might be uncomfortable. The bathroom faucet was leaking, and the shower had no door, making it constantly wet. Overall, it's a decent place, but it could use some minor renovations to make it comfortable. There's a shared kitchen area with a refrigerator downstairs. There are probably about 4-5 rooms in one building, and it was quiet. Self-service check-in is via WeChat, so keep that in mind. They sent you a password and check-in instructions, but the staff doesn't speak English if you call directly.
