The hotel environment is fantastic, with a unique garden-style design. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The noodle shop and restaurant offer great food, and the fresh meat mooncakes are exceptionally good and leave a lasting impression. The hotel service is excellent; the doorman greets guests with a smile, helps with luggage, and arranges shuttle services. The peonies and lilies are also particularly beautiful. Seven Degree Travel Photography's skills are impressive; they took many high-quality photos of my husband and me, creating wonderful memories!

The location of Dongtaihu Grand Hotel along the shores of East Taihu Lake is undeniably unique and excellent. The hotel offers three types of accommodations: the villa area, Wanghu Tower, and VIP Tower! Wanghu Tower and VIP Tower are closer to East Taihu Lake, but the villa area is very quiet, each having its own advantages. The breakfast for the villa area is separate from the other two. Honestly, for a hotel in this price range, the breakfast offers very poor value for money because the variety is limited and the taste isn't great!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, incredibly close to the North Station. There are clear directions right outside the station. The environment is elegant, and the breakfast is plentiful. The surrounding amenities are also very comprehensive, and the hotel's pool and gym are fully equipped. Front desk staff member Wang Yi provided very thoughtful service; seeing that we had a child, she proactively arranged various kids' amenities for us. 👍

Had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night trip with my good friends and their families. Regarding service: Our butler, Cindy, was always online and ready to help. The engineering uncle braved the heavy rain to set up the projector for the kids and greeted us warmly the next day. Xu Chenhao from the activities department was a warm and engaging young man, teaching us kayaking techniques, sharing the resort's development story, and taking beautiful photos for every family. The children's club staff were also very welcoming, inviting us to try out various fitness equipment. Regarding cleanliness: Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. Regarding dining: The Chinese restaurant was quite good. However, breakfast was a bit mediocre with limited options. By 10 AM, they almost stopped restocking food. Suggestion: Upon check-in, we were offered an upgrade from 2 rooms to 3 rooms, but then told the third room was locked, effectively making it no upgrade at all. They only reluctantly opened it after we complained. I suggest training the front desk staff on what a room upgrade actually means. It might have been better not to offer an upgrade at all if they weren't clear on it.

The hotel's service and dining were absolutely fantastic! There were tons of activities for kids, constantly featuring various ceremonies. However, since my family and I are introverts and prefer quiet, we hardly participated in any of them. My daughter, on the other hand, was completely enchanted by the robot dog in the hotel lobby. We rented one, and she was so upset when it was time to return it, she cried her goodbyes. The lobby manager was very thoughtful and gave my daughter a model robot dog, which has been her favorite ever since. The only downside was the facilities. The air conditioning in the room was too cold; it wouldn't go above 21 degrees Celsius, and even switching it to heating mode didn't help. For a family-friendly hotel, there was no small stool at the bathroom sink, and the sink next to the toilet lacked hand soap and hand towels, which felt a bit inconsiderate. The kids' play area facilities were also a bit too basic, but perhaps everyone was at the snow world.

Absolutely thrilled with my stay! What a pleasant surprise! 🥰 Check-in was wonderfully smooth, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Claire, one of the staff members! Her service was far from rigid or procedural; she was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous, always putting herself in the guest's shoes. She treated me with the warmth and consideration you'd expect from a close friend or family member. It was such a comfortable interaction, and she earned my complete admiration! The hotel's attention to detail was truly impressive. They even provided a thoughtful welcome fruit plate upon check-in, a small touch that added a lovely sense of occasion and was very heartwarming. I especially want to recommend the hotel's swimming pool! The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an absolutely stunning view. Looking up, you're greeted by beautiful scenery; it's spacious, calming, and every spot is perfect for a great photo. The ambiance is simply captivating! In my free time, I took a leisurely stroll to Jinji Lake, which was incredibly relaxing. Overall, the experience was fantastic. I genuinely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou!

Staying at Hualuxe Suzhou Bay during the National Day holiday truly exceeded my expectations. Despite the large crowds, check-in was handled efficiently and in an orderly manner. The hotel boasts a wonderful New Chinese style ambiance, and the rooms are spacious and clean, with an amazing view of Taihu Lake from the balcony. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service remained attentive throughout. The complete facilities, including the swimming pool and children's playground, make it a perfect choice for family travel. Our butler, Kikyo, added us on WeChat and sent us a guide, and was always quick to respond to any questions. All the hotel staff provided excellent service. It was a worthwhile experience to escape the holiday crowds and relax by Taihu Lake, with everything from dining to accommodation and leisure activities all in one place.

This is my fourth time staying at the Taicang Karuizawa Onsen Hotel, and I'm still extremely satisfied. This time, I came for the Dragon Boat Festival holiday with my mom, husband, and son. The hotel's overall environment is quiet and comfortable, the rooms are serene, well-equipped, and have a quality feel. The hygiene has always been excellent, making for a very reassuring stay. My favorite part is still the hot springs – warm, comfortable, and very authentic. For me, the cleanliness of the hot spring area is particularly important, and Karuizawa consistently meets expectations in this regard. Each soak leaves me feeling relaxed both physically and mentally, making it perfect for a short holiday getaway. The hotel's surroundings are also ideal for a vacation. It's about a 15-minute drive to Shaxi Ancient Town, which has lots of delicious food. Nearby is JinCang Lake Park, with its excellent ecological environment, perfect for a family stroll and relaxation. We drove from Shanghai, which took about an hour and a half, so the transportation is very convenient. That's why for the past two years, whenever a holiday comes around, we think of staying here for a few days. During this stay, the hotel service also felt very warm. The staff were friendly and thoughtful, and the restaurant service was especially attentive, proactively caring for and asking about our needs. When they learned my mom had a sensitive stomach, they even specially added plain congee, which was truly thoughtful. Because we've stayed multiple times over the past two years, the hotel even offered a complimentary private hot spring this time, making us feel their full sincerity and a truly welcoming atmosphere. In short, the Karuizawa Onsen Hotel has become our family's go-to for short holiday getaways. Everything from the rooms, hot springs, hygiene, and service to the surrounding environment leaves us very satisfied. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance in the second half of the year.

Banyan Tree Suzhou Shishan is the perfect resort for a family vacation with kids! The private hot spring in the courtyard was amazing – the water was clean, and it felt very private. We had a blast. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich and varied, with a semi-buffet style that ensured everything looked great and was fresh. They even included local Suzhou specialties, and the drink selection was extensive and visually appealing. The resort grounds are tranquil and elegant. Alice and all the staff were very attentive. Overall, our stay was a perfect 10, and I highly recommend it for families traveling with children.

This is my second stay at the Crowne Plaza Kunshan, and it's fantastic! It offers incredible value for money, and the location is excellent. There's a direct corridor from the hotel to Jiufang City, which makes dining and shopping super convenient. The hotel staff are also very welcoming and friendly. I really like the decor style too. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Kunshan.
