The sink in the bathrooms is not the best both quality and sanitary wise Excellent facilities and good customer service. Very good handling of the staff at the breakfast time, although always busy, the waiters never leave any guest unattended.

I fixed it for me. He stayed for a total of 10 nights, and then I was guaranteed by my Visa credit card. The hotel is good but! !! !! Everyone must pay attention! Don't guarantee with a Visa credit card. I never filled my credit card with information, only this time. Then a month later, it was stolen a few days ago! Although it is tens of dollars, but the staff of this hotel is too unreliable. Sorry for this brand. No such thing happened to Waldorf as I lived elsewhere. My uncle also said that the hotel had Indian waiters and the attitude was not good. I hope everyone has a heart, don't use visa abroad! !!

The biggest thing is the smell of sewage in the room. It was unbearable. The last night I had to literally use oils I had to try and not smell it. The noise levels the night before from a party was not fun. The room itself is roomy and super basic. It was quite clean and that I appreciated. The smell though again, unbearable. The smell seemed to permeate much of the hotel. Breakfast was super mediocre. The smell of fried food in there was quite gross and stuck with you. I avoided breakfast the last 2 mornings bc it just wasn’t worth it. Sorry! The beach and pool area were nice though and it was in a great location close to lots of things.

We had a wonderful experience at The Ritz-Carlton Al Hamra Beach. From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. The concierge team was incredibly friendly and helpful. Julily ensured a seamless check-in process, while Polina introduced herself to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We were warmly greeted by Clark upon arrival at the resort, and Gopal personally escorted us to our villa, explaining all the amenities and facilities. The villa itself was beautifully designed and came with a delightful fruit and cheese platter. Our dining experiences were top-notch, with exceptional service from Clark, Su, Tun, and Arun. The Shore House restaurant was highly recommended and certainly lived up to its reputation. After dinner, we returned to find that Ashish had meticulously cleaned and prepared our room. Special thanks to Fillend for a smooth check-out experience, and to Mario and Christine for their outstanding service throughout our stay. A special mention to Shivraj for making our experience even more memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable!

The location is spectacular specially with rooms having golf course views. However service standards to be enhanced for sure. Service staff members are way too casual but they are well mannered and friendly. Food is also good specially breakfast! Dinner can be little better. Honestly a nice one specially at a pocket friendly budget
